Very pleased with the overall process and the flow of events from purchase to delivery. Minor details at closing were promptly addressed and fixed. The personnel i dealt with were very professional and knowledgable.

The staff and Field Managers are so involved and they keep you updated of the process of your home being build just great experience.

PulteGroup, Inc. offered significant value for money in comparison to the other communities that my wife and I toured. We never found another community in our area that provided the same offerings within a comparable price range; it was always significantly higher. We really valued PulteGroup, Inc.’s bright and spacious floor plans that provided 3-car garages and 10’ ceilings as standard features in our selected community as well as a wide range of structural and design options. Even before COVID-19 placed a new demand on home designs to support work from home or virtual learning, PulteGroup, Inc.’s plans had already accommodated these functions. We had previously built with PulteGroup, Inc. in the past and were very happy with our home. When we needed to relocate to another part of the city, our immediate reaction was to look for another PulteGroup, Inc. community. We were very pleased that within a 4 -year period we could tell that PulteGroup, Inc. had continued to innovate and develop their product and processes, and we built a home that was more energy efficient, boasted a wider range of design options and incorporated more advanced technology. During our build process we observed that the lots in our community continued to sell very quickly. In contrast, other communities that we had initially considered had a much slower rate of lot sales and were struggling to sell their spec homes. Excellent Customer service was the key since the beginning of all the Sales/Purchase process, therefore it was fluid almost zero stress. Great capacity to identify your needs and Pulte personnel does wahtever is need to comply with it. Excellenet relationship House Value -Vs- Quality. They frequently showed the progress of their commitmment sending communications & pictures regarding status and the better part they complied with the critical Date during rush time which was December.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of buying my first home through Pulte Mortgage. They made everything easy and simple from the start. I was gently guided through the entire process, from the day I viewed a model to the day I closed. I cannot express how thankful I am for the patience and diligence of the team. Also, before I forget, MY HOME IS AMAZING!! I’ve been here 45 days now and I couldn’t be happier. No regrets!! I always want to buy from Pulte.

Bill the construction Manager is amazing. He made me feel so confident in the pulte Brand. After this whole process I consider Bill to be a trusted family friend. Alejandro was great. He answered all my questions. Informed me of what would be the best options. He always gave great advice. Pulte should be honored to have such great people working in this company.

From the planning phase all the way through to our closing, we couldn't have been more satisfied with our home building process. Special shout out to Ben - our construction manager! (We'll never build another house again... but if we do, we want him to do it)

I have been a victim of fraudulent claims, therefore, I was not a trusting person. I meet and spoke with Elizabeth and she said many things and made many claims. I was some how unconsciously waiting . I had to apologize on a few occasion because everything she said or claimed all came to be right. From that point on if Elizabeth endorsed it .. I said it’s fine and it was Elizabeth was fierce and compassionate dealing with my independent loan company and resolving my issues. I never seen someone display patience and a strong drive to resolve my issues. Plainly my issues was not due to Pulte, When it appears my loan wouldn’t close as a team Elizabeth and Traci fought hard and tough with my loan company and reassured me at all hours of the night the loan would close on time. I had a minor issue with my house and they were right there and I have been completely satisfied up to now.. I can’t say enough about Elizabeth, imagine she was getting married and I called in a panic and during this special time , my needs were meet first. When you hear a big name builder you assume everyone gets the same stock house, not with Pulte. Pulte is as close as you can get to a custom builder without paying the custom build price. We were pleased at how many structural changes were offered. And the design center appointment will blow you away with the amount of style choices to pick from. Our Superintendent, Ed, was top notch the entire process. We a very happy with our new Pulte Home.
