Beautifully build homes using high quality material

Pulte was phenomenal end to end. From our sales person, to the job site manager, to the community manager we were very impressed. Very easy and high touch customer service. The metro association HOA isn't so great though, it was harder scheduling our move in than buying the house. I will recommend Pulte, but will tell people to be wary of which HOA is used. Guest parking is also ran by the HOA and is super strict as well, it's hard to have friends visit. One star was removed due to HOA.

The walk through process was great!

Nick, the site manager has been outstanding through out the entire process. As a first time home buyer, he made it look so easy with his quick respones and attention to details.

We could not be happier with our overall result. We are thrilled everyday to be here. Our experience with the sales team, management and construction manager was great. Our almost 5 star rating was do to a very bumpy ride with the mortgage team. We did not receive our mortgage approval until the night before our actual closing, which was 8 months after our purchase contract signing.

Overall great experience, only issue was a little bit of difficulty getting in contact with the sales person but other than that the builder and foreman made up for it!

Mortgage experience could have been smoother

Very well made, solidly built. Is it the finest construction materials...not everywhere...but for the most part, yes. The lower grade stuff is the stuff you might replace right away for style...carpeting, range, refrigerator....those are the main things. As for doors, hardware, toilets....they are good quality and will last. The building is very nice on the outside, very happy with that. It doesn’t look like an “affordable” income restricted bldg. As such, I expect certain things not to be premium grade, of course. What I have is warranted, and things do seem like they will last. I will not replace for style...as I bought this because of my budget. All tolled...I am quite happy and would readily recommend Pulte. ... More

Everything was good. Except loan service from Pulte home.

Easy and professional process to get mortgage on time before closing date. They keep trying to satisfy me and clear any comment we give. I appreciate the effort they did and definitely recommend if been asked.

Gary, Peter and Bob have been wonderful. Gary and Peter have gone out of their way to fix any issue that has come up. Always, polite, friendly and willing to lend an extra hand. Bob has kept us informed every step of the way of the construction delay. Everyone took into consideration our circumstances and Made our move as easy as possible.

I am very happy with my new Pote home. The building quality is excellent. The only negative is that Pulte rushed me through the process of selecting structured and unstructured items. The turnaround was too quick,, which was two and three weeks. For such a large price investment, we need more time.

Overall, our experience has been very positive. However, we have been somewhat disappointed with the exterior landscaping. The overall landscape design and appearance do not reflect the same level of quality as the home's interior. The placement and arrangement of the shrubs appear to lack thoughtful planning, leaving us with what feels like a large mulch bed rather than a well-designed landscape. When compared to other homes in the community, the landscaping around our home seems sparse and less visually appealing.

Overall I had a great experience with Pulte homes. I’m very happy with my home. It’s beautiful and well constructed.

As a previous homebuyer, going into a home that is being built, is like no other. The experience was great. However there were some challenges with communication with Sales rep, Frank (lack informing on due dates), however after going above his head the concern was promptly corrected. And the purchase, options, craftmanship is without a doubt top notch. There were flaws identified after move in that were quickly corrected, by the construction mgr, Max. The overall experience I would do again. Everyone was quite pleasant and professional.

Some great people in sales and management but held back by some mediocre tradespeople.

Pulte Homes Review – Nottingham Trace, New Albany, Ohio Overall, our experience with Pulte Homes at Nottingham Trace in New Albany has been somewhat positive. We selected the Martin Ray floor plan and appreciated the home’s design, functionality, and suitability for retirement living. The sales process was professional, and communication throughout construction was generally responsive. The quality of workmanship was good not excellent overall, with attention to many details that contributed to an attractive finished home. We particularly appreciated the open layout, sunroom, extended patio, garage extension, and overall community design. Like most new construction projects, we encountered several items that required correction during the building process and prior to closing. Pulte was generally willing to address concerns and complete items when brought to their attention. We found that conducting independent inspections and maintaining a detailed punch list helped ensure issues were identified and resolved. The construction manager and customer service representatives were courteous and worked with us throughout the process. While some repairs and adjustments required follow-up, we ultimately received satisfactory responses to most concerns. Very responsive and informative from initial visit to closing and punch list items. Good value for the money.

We had never built a home before. The toughest part of the experience was the design choices. The design center people were great; the not-so-great was the sales staff being very "optimistic" on the adequacy of the allowance. The building process was great and the construction manager was the best. Overall, very happy and would recommend Pulte.

When we first saw the price of the house we wanted, the sales agent told us right away that the model you see has all upgraded in it. The base price of the house is about $150,000 less than what the model has, so keep it in mind. Saying that even after paying for all the upgrades it’s really a good deal for House. They keep you informed of all the progress and do a very through a walk-through to make sure everything is fixed. After moving in, we had a couple issues to take took care of right away. Very pleased so far.

We got a new house because we wanted a Master on one. We decided on Pulte after looking at 4 or 5 other builders. They worked with us for 6 months. There are a few things I don’t like. Pulte mortgage was the WORST! I will never use them again. After working 6 months and getting them everything they requested in a day, they wanted to delay our closing again. This was almost a no go. Second, we wanted no carpet throughout the main level. They would not do hardwood in our main bedroom or closet. We even agreed to pay more. Instead I had to remove the carpet and install the hardwood flooring myself! ... More
