It was a good experience working with Pulte. The few things are noticing some information shared that was not factual. Also make sure your project manager writes down EVERYTHING you talk about being an issue or needing fixed. It would be easy for them to say there was no record of previous conversation on the issue and try to hand it off as an after purchase issue.

The Pulte team, particularly construction manager Isiah, did an excellent job of keeping construction on schedule and keeping us informed of progress throughout the project. And Isiah responded to all of our questions and concerns in a very timely manner.

The home buying experience was overall a great one! Pulte was willing to help us find a great price point and fix all issues that surfaced in the inspection. Anytime someone is buying a home it will be stressful, but now that we are in, we absolutely love the house and neighborhood! Thank you Pulte!!

Joe our salesman was very responsive to any questions or inquiries. And Jared our construction manager was on top of any questions or concerns that we had.

It was a great experience overall. Almost all the workers were very responsive including the Building manager, sales agent etc. Only had some issues with the interior designers. There should be more flexibility while choosing the options. Hope that customer service will continue to help if new issues pop up.

Been making claims since I moved in a lot of the venders are wonderful dealing with. The Pulte staff is great but I think alot of this stuff should of been fixed before we moved in and but we’re making it and Pulte is doing there best

This is my second new construction with Pulte. They have been a reliable and trustworthy builder that I had a great experience with. Some of the craftmanship and finish were unsatisfactory, but overall they delivered a good home to my family. Especially, the construction managers whom I worked with were great professional and more importantly great people.

Just a couple of minor issues getting punch list items resolved. Other than that, the sales and negotiation process were great and we love the house.

The process of seeing the house and buying went pretty quickly. The main waiting period was waiting for the house to be built so we could close. The construction manager really enhanced our experience during this time and continues to be of help to us as we settle in. The mortgage process through the builder-associated lender required some back and forth as is expected for any home loan experience. There were also minor things we wanted to change that we did ourselves like adding more conveniently placed towel hooks in the bathrooms. Our Construction Manager, Tylor, went above and beyond to ensure our home building process was seamless. He has continued to make himself available for any questions. The Pulte management team stepped in whenever necessary to make certain any concerns were met with our best interest in mind. Our new home is amazing.

Shawn my build supervisor was fantastic. Responded to every issue or concern I had in a very timely and professional manner.

Our experience was great. Both Derek and Omar were a pleasure to work with. Overall we had a decent experience, only thing to keep in mind workers need to be a little more organized, less sloppy throughout the process with a bit more attention to detail. Also, cleanliness of the home before handling over to the homeowner should be a little bit better.

Responsiveness has been great with fixing issues and the sales team has been great as well throughout the home buying. There are some quality issues with the build not sure if the value is there for what we paid.

Overall, the experience with Pulte has been positive; however, I believe greater precision and transparency are needed regarding certain key aspects. The community does not have its own Social Club. While residents may access the Oakleaf Amenity Center, it requires upfront annual payment, which can be a significant consideration, especially for families with young children who rely on amenities such as a pool during the summer months. The HOA fee is relatively affordable, which is a positive aspect, but the enforcement and interpretation of its rules can feel quite strict and complex. I would like to emphasize that the sales and construction teams have been very responsive and professional — excellent, in my view. Overall this was a good experience. The construction manager (Terry) was awesome as well as Justin.

The loan team was really hard to work with, communication was not good and the platform set for it all was not used as it should, we ended up having to email paperwork twice, three times, four times over and over. The construction coordinator was great is kind and takes his time to explain things, however the finishing of the house had too many details that we taped blue and were not actually always fixed, we still have stuff that weren’t adjusted but he has done great communicating and trying to take care of it.

Overall average experience from book to move

Overall process was straightforward. The mortgage process was also efficient and teams have been responsive. Did have quite a few issues post closing, including scratched materials, ringer for doorbell not working and windows that had to be replaced. But were all addressed in a timely fashion. Only remaining issue that is quite bothersome is that workers and random vendors keep coming to our house and walking on and though our property despite having financed the closing process.

The process went smoothly for the most part, and communication was generally clear and professional. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed, though there were a few moments where timelines or follow-up could have been a bit quicker or more detailed. Our concern moving forward is how well Pulte stands behind its warranty as a few neighbors have had issues with workmanship. Sales team was slick and glossed over some details we didn’t expect. A little more forthcoming would have been nicer. Pulte is building so much in our area that they probably can’t find enough quality staff. We recently purchased a new condo, built by Pulte, in the Potomac, Maryland area. The experience could not have been better. The sales associate, Devon, was professional, friendly, and very understanding of our needs. She guided us through the processes, even calmed some anxiety on our part. The construction supervisor, Sean, was also terrific. He kept us informed on construction progress and met with us at important stages as our condo was being completed. He was always available to take calls or e-mails and was extreme helpful as we moved in, making sure that our unit was ready for us.
