We bought a condo in Alameda Bay37, and the entire experience from sales to construction manager and final walk through was very good. Quality so far seems to be really great, and we really love living here.

Overall everything is fine. We love the house plan but a lot of things were missed on the house that we had to go back and address. Towel racks not level, holes in flooring under the carpet, sloppy drywall and painting, stairs creak when you walk on them, shower rods don't fit properly, kitchen cabinet missing a knob, a circuit in the kitchen had a short that was tripping the breaker....and on and on. Maybe this is the way it goes now days but disappointed that Pulte doesn't put more effort in delivering the final product. We will definitely make them address everything but it is time we shouldn't have to spend. ... More

This is a very nice neighborhood with great neighbors.

The GM kept me informed during the whole home building process and was very easy to follow.

I've been trying to get a couple settlement holes in my yard for two months now. I had a weather letter at closing for them to finish the final grade of my yard after closing. Very disappointed but not really surprised.

It was fast, clean and the house is awesome. The sales executive and mortgage were very nice.

Kevin made the process easy and stress free. He kept in total communication and was on top of everything

Once I signed the purchase agreement, they shared with me steps and details of the home building process including the closing day. So they kept all what they said and it is up to a great standard I believe. Waiting to see your home completed is not easy though! So many emotional and financial situations may change during those times. So keep your financial situation under control and build your credit during this process to minimize the risk of not being able to close on time.

Paint finish quality is horrible. Peeling and chipping paint on walls and doors already. Drywall feels very weak (crumbles when you put basic drywall screws in to mount anything). I was promised at closing that remaining items on punchlist would be taken care of ASAP after I signed. It has been well over a month and we are still waiting on things to be done. I had to go chasing after them for a lot of things. Took multiple calls and messages before any movement on tasks.

Our construction manager, Connor, was great. There were a few issues upon moving in that we are still trying to get resolved, but it’s as expected with new construction.

Building and moving can be overwhelming and stressful. Pulte made over experience happen efffortlessly. They were there to answer any questions or concerns. They accomodated our desires in building of home the best they were able. I highly recommend Pulte Homes.

I had some couple issues with plumbing and Pulte has been very quick and responsive to fix the problem. And Luis is very kind to response to all my questions with regards to some home maintenance. I am satisfied so far with the quality of the house. But I had issues with HOA. They did not give me any information about the HOA and I had to figure how to contact them and ask for HOA rules.

Jacob and Rachel were very responsive and made the process very smooth

After you’re in the home it’s almost like you are forgot about. They were supposed to do a 30 day inspection and no one has come by. My office doors are supposed to be replaced but they still haven’t done that either.

We are very happy with our decision to build with Pulte. Our home is beautiful We had a great experience with everyone on their team — from the start with our Sales Consultant, Daniela, to our Design Appointment with Stacey. Our construction manager, Christopher, was phenomenal. The home warranty offered by Pulte, and their continued responsiveness, gives us peace of mind in the quality of our home. Pulte made the new home building process as easy and transparent as possible.

Flooring insulation is terrible, can hear neighbor walking loud, very annoying and no solution on it, not recommend to buy house here

improvements need to be made. Driveways for 3 car garages should be wider. Many issues were not completed before moving in.

My experience was good in terms of home buying, and but since we closed, we have been identifying the issues pretty much in a lot of things, which made me lose trust on how the builder has handled the construction, and why within just first 3 months we've been experiencing all these issues.. I would recommend exercising caution if anyone is buying from them.. but to their credit, so far the responsiveness has been great, and they are resolving issues (although there shouldn't have been any in the first place)

We recently completed the process of building our new home with Pulte, and overall, the experience was quite positive, though not without its hiccups. Having previously built a home with Meritage Homes, we noticed a discernible improvement in craftsmanship with Pulte, which was a pleasant surprise. The responsiveness and service provided by our agent at the model house were highlights of our experience. They handled our requests and questions with remarkable speed and professionalism, which made a significant difference in the process. However, not everything was smooth. We encountered some issues as our construction manager quit unexpectedly, and disappointingly, Pulte did not inform us of this change in a timely manner. Moreover, there were a few items that we felt should have been addressed prior to closing but were overlooked. In conclusion, while the process of building a home is inherently filled with challenges, Pulte managed to deliver a quality home with superior craftsmanship compared to our previous experience.
