The issue is with your subcontractors. The warranty people are great, the lady who sold the house and the project manager were excellent. but your plumbing people since we moved, are having issues. one of the bills I received from the plumbing was rude. I knew I had to pay it because that problem was not his fault at that time, but the bill stated that "he wasted his time finding a leak) ( 3 hours ). then after that other issues appeared that are plumbing. but today is May 6 and we still dealing with them.

This was our first home by experience, and they made the process, very smooth. The materials for that were on the basic side, but that it was the flexibility to add nicer light fixtures, bathroom, vanities, shower heads, etc. in the future. Overall, the price of the house seemed reasonable. When we went to close, we’re going to the show room and try and they were many more materials and lighting fixtures etc that we were never offered. While the house is nice, the lack of the multiple construction groups do now watch what they are doing. Ensure you have set up an inspection of the home. We did and received 80 pages of discrepancies that need to be fixed or repair. While I can understand the missed paint area, I can not fathom why the team would install roof trusses that are split or have broken connectors, why they install the drawers in the shelving backwards so they could not slide out, stone that is obviously cracked or split in pieces and tile that is not properly installed that will crack when pressure is put on it. . Our construction manger has been responsive to fix these issues but a month into it we are still waiting on some key things to get fixed. Still moving in.. checking to see if everything works as they should

I am happy overall with my new home and the easy process. Justin and Khal were very responsive during and after the build.

10% of non-refundable earnest money required. Had to complain numerous times during the building process on many issues to get it fixed. Kept asking good feedback on the survey both construction and mortgage process. The construction manager stopped responding right after the survey was completed even though there are some items that still need to be fixed. I am not going to recommend Pulte homes to my friends.

Our experience was very good since we started buying process with Peggy until closing at Pulte in West Palm. Also, services and questions, things to correct when we receive the house: Mark was 100% on our side. Now, Robert is doing also a great job.

She is the best sales manager we have ever experienced, and the whole team was wonderful throughout the entire purchasing process, including the closing of the house. We are very happy with the quality and value of this house. Thank you so much!

I love my home. The master it is exactly what I was looking for and the open space downstairs is great for gathering with family and friends

The most important things, like structure, etc. were great. Quality of the most important things were great. Considering the cost of the house, the quality of the woodwork and the installation was not as good as I expected. Also the closets had wire shelves. Considering the cost of the house, getting wire shelves was not acceptable. The installation of the yard could have been a lot better. There are rocks, holes, etc in the yard. I'm going to have to rework a lot of the yard on my own. But like I said, the most important things were great.

I am very happy with my new house

We had a good experience buying the home from Pulte but for us we had a situation selling our other home. The day when everything was good to go, we had to pick up the house keys on our own and the office was about to close. We thought we'd see someone greet us but nothing. Going through the walk through, Make sure you go through it thoroughly. Don't rush. For me now I see all the flaws in some areas in the house. Feels like they were rushing. Thank you to Jon who was keeping us posted on the house.

What a horrible experience dealing with Pulte and its representatives as a whole. Between Tim, Andrew, Cindi, Kathy, Josh, Bryan - You all took away what was supposed to be an exiting chapter in my wife and my lives. We were not in a rush to close. YOU rushed this closing because all you care about it the all mighty dollar. It started with the Mortgage company. ZERO communication until Fridays at 6pm to tell us lies and make us think we would not get the house and little to no explanation. We didn't get final approval until a day before closing. This alone cost us $5721 in additional rent because we couldn't give our 60 day notice in time. You should compensate us for that. We would also get "change orders" multiple times via email. No call to explain what or why, but we were expected to sign them so you could keep the process moving forward. You lied on the advertising about the home stating the lanai would be caged in. That cost me $1478.68 to have completed (You gave me $500 off the price of the house) You changed the seller concession so many times i don't even remember what it ended up being, but i promise you it wasn't the amount we agreed on when you accepted our offer. Lets get to the final walk through before closing. Damaged cabinets, damaged microwave, chipped tiles, holes in walls, scratches in the glass. Your attention to detail is unacceptable and we were told we were too picky. You didn't even send someone out to replace the damaged cabinets. They were mailed to our house and I installed them. The power washing company was supposed to have already been there the day prior. They didn't show up until after we closed and then wanted to use our water to do it when it should have been done when the water was in your name. We were told we would have paint for every color interior and exterior only to find out the painter in the area took them and tried extorting us to get the paint. On the day of closing, when we arrived home for the first time, we were greeted with wet paint on doors, the cleaning crew spreading dirt and dirty water through out our new home. (Made them stop and leave) No internet and no solution to get it working. My wife and I had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the garage door openers and manuals for all the appliances. It's a shame you don't care about the people who help contribute to your 15.6 Billion in revenue almost 3 Billion in profit! Congrats! ... More

Pulte staff are well trained to provide their future owners a comprehensive process from sales to closing the deal.

My husband and I are very happy with our new Pullte home at Wildhorse Estates! Our project manager Jenny was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. What impressed us the most was the amount of care and pride that went into building our home. We were hesitant to build a home using a large developer but we could not be more happy with the results!!!!

Pulte had what we were looking for in design, structure, and detail for a home. We love how fast the process was and can’t wait for our memories in this home!

The quality of the house is what you expected for your price.

Pulte was wonderful to work with! They made the home building process as simple as possible. I feel like I got a great home!

The irrigation system or unevenly laid sod isn't warrantied after you close. (Sort of like a "tail light warranty when purchasing used cars.) Look at all the yards in this new neighborhood (Marwood) that are completely burned because everyone is afraid to water their lawn again because of irrigation water leaks that aren't warrantied. I have a neighbor whose first water bill was $1000. A couple other issues so I won't make this mistake again.

In meeting the builder Chris, I knew I was in for a treat. It was a quick and easy process I love my home
