We have visited site almost every day and were very happy with workmanship, team coodination, construction and material quality. It's being one month plus we are staying in the new house, found some very minor issues, but warrenty dept is quickly addressing issues best way possible. Pultes are team of high quality professionals, I would highly recommend it.

Sales representative and field manager were very knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy!!! Answered ever call and question, throughout the process. Great customer service, professional, and responded promptly. I learned a lot about the process of building my home and the energy efficient qualities that Pulte homes offer. #1 in quality and service! Great job Pulte!

Great quality and nice structure

The entire experience was as well planed out as we could have hoped for. they set a time line and and met it every step of the way. They did what they said they would d0. they made us comfortable all through the process.

We have been in a Pulte house for the last 25+ years, and while it has had it's good and bad points, we were VERY impressed with the "state of the art" Pulte builders. Outstanding floorplans that we didn't see (even similar) elsewhere were significant to us as well as was their "across the board" attention to detail. Specifically, from the time we first started to discuss our "ideal retirement house" to AFTER we closed, the Pulte staff was excellent. The sales staff (Matt) did FAR more than other builders' sales staffs do, and the PM (Rob, whose personal attention to detail was scary sometimes) delivered to spec and on time, have to be among the best in their fields; and were certainly the best we have ever dealt with (and I was a multi-million dollar quota sales guy and one point in my career and also was a PMI PMP for more that 17 years; so it's not like I don't know what performance in those disciplines is). The entire purchasing and build process was smooth

We had our Pulte house built while living in another state for the entire build process. All of the Pulte employees were amazing and always responded to our calls and emails. The field manager was the best with sending us weekly updates with progress pictures and timeline expectations. We even closed on the exact day that they told us from the beginning estimates close date! Fantastic area and we absolutely love our house!

Deciding to build our retirement home we toured many neighborhoods to not only choose a great location, but also helped us zero in on the builder choice. Seeing the quality of planning with Pulte neighborhoods, prompted us to stop at the model home to work through an initial home planning process with Matt at Blue Ridge Creek. From that moment on, we were "catered to" as new home builders, working through the many questions to be answered and decisions to be made. Then being introduced to Nick our Construction Manager, who initially walked us through the timetable and various decision timelines, and visually kept us updated on progress with weekly emails including pictures of our build process. This was exgtremely helpful since we were from out of town with only occasional visits to the site. The finalization and closing process with Aaron and the Pulte Mortgage group and closing team also went smoothly.
