My new home is all some I end my wife are so happy to live in our dream home we are much grateful to pulte we believe about 4 of our friends are planning to buy a house from pulte very soon

Greats sales person , Not good construction manager

Tabitha in the beginning made my walkthrough efficient. Austin has made everything after signing easy. I’ve had a few issues, but were resolved within a week.

The home buying experience from Pulte builders and their mortgage company was an easy and complete operating system. Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful with this process.

From beginning to end buying a home with Pulte has been a great experience. Carlos helped my family and I more then we could ever imagine, the others that we meet from Pulte were absolutely incredible. We are absolutely in love with our new home and we are grateful to the people at Pulte for making our home buying experience smooth and enjoyable!

All the Pulte employees I have encountered have been top notch. From sales to construction supervision to customer service, they have responsive, diligent and willing to go the extra mile. I had a frustrating experience with appliances and their installation. The lack of preparation and communication were driving forces. I would recommend that Pulte offer appliance packages and installation in the future.

The communication and build quality was great from start to finish. Isabel, tom and ashley were very helpful and available at all times. Home quality exceeded our expectations!

We had a great project manager even after closing he addressed issues caused by a contractor after closing which we appreciate. We were a little upset to find out the pond isn't stocked with fish…. Even tho the sales people told us we could fish in the pond. This was a main reason we bought on a pond. That is why the trustworthiness rating was lower. I don't feel like sales has all the facts. For the most part the build quality was pretty good there were some minor things missed that of course we noticed after close, such a walls were not re pached well around window corrections and a piece missing from stair moulding. I will say some floor plan issues like doors going in vs out in the laundry room makes for a frustrating fit. These would be minor issues. Cleaning before moving in could have been better there was alot of drywall on the baseboards and I wouldnt say it was “clean” per sat like they said. I do wish our neighborhood had a park and/or pool like other Pulte neighborhoods. But we do love the smaller neighborhood vibe and close to trails. Pulte also has decent yard size as well and great buyer incentives which us the main reason we purchased as the price of the home and rate could not be beat with a pre existing home. We feel very fortunate to have been able to build a home in Magnolia Ranch. The value of what we received with all the extras included is unmatched to other neighborhoods around here. Specifically the hurricane impact windows, the tile roof, the paved driveway and patio, screened patio all included as the standard! We were very pleased with the care that went into our home. Our project manager Dan was great! Maguire was lovely to work with during the buying progress. AJ continues to be helpful with the warranty process.

We recently purchased a brand new Pulte home, moved in less than 2 months back and our experience in last 1 month has not been good at all. We had a leakage in one of the pipes in mechanical room which took almost a week to get fixed, noticed cracks on the wooden floor in few sections, bathroom lock’s doesn’t work most of the times and the walls get scratched very easily. Overall the quality of materials used in building the home are really bad and we wish we knew this before buying our dream home!

I recently purchased my first house with Pulte, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire process, from selecting the floor plan to closing, was smooth and well-managed. The sales team was knowledgeable and guided me through every step, addressing all my questions and concerns promptly. The construction quality is excellent, and the design options allowed me to personalize my home exactly how I wanted. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my new home and would highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a seamless home buying experience.

The quality of the home for the price I paid is average. The materials of the kitchen cabinets and drawers are not very sturdy. The paint job is mediocre at best. The garage door the way it was built slams to the ground when it closes. The driveway and garage is very tight space. For the price of the homes I was expecting a little more higher quality

The process from start to finish was smooth, stress-free, and very efficient. All my questions were answered right away and I was always kept in the loop, especially when it was close to closing time. The builders took care of everything before the final sign-off and everything was handed over to me with such ease.

Our building manager Donato was awesome through the entire process. He keep us informed and answered all of our questions.

This is my first home ever and it was a smooth process. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Made sure understood the process and answered my questions. Didn’t even need a realtor.

Do the research for the community you are considering. Ot is important to stay engaged in the build process and you should definitely engage with a 3rd party inspector who is there as uour expert to point out items requiring attention and to give you peace of mind

Smooth build with constant communications

Wonderful well built home. Pulte handled all issues quickly and efficiently. We love it. From sales to securing the mortgage, the staff all went the extra mile.

Nadia and Nate were great. After closing we noticed damage to the front door. Sent an email and work ticket along with photos and have not had any response.

The buying experience with Pulte on a new home was much better than I expected. Compared with buying an existing home on resale it was much more pleasant.

Do not sign the final inspection report until all problems have been resolved. An employee promised to fix items at signing and when reminded, appeared to forget.

I have reached out multiple times but have not received any response. The microwave, which is installed inside cabinets, is meant for countertops and not built-ins. Whirlpool has refused to provide warranty support. Despite reaching out to multiple people, I have not received any replies.

House seemed to be built too fast

Very poor service! Even before I moved in i was sent a water bill for over $600. I should not be responsible for something I have not used. Pulte management was not willing to help. The patio door is of low quality. Tiles are laid unprofessionally. Even the smoke detectors are not in working order. I will not recommend Pulte homes to anyone. My brother was planning to purchase from Pulte, but he changed his mind after my experience.
