We’ve had a few issues we had a leak under the sink that was no big deal that was fixed right away. We then had our slider on our lanai when I went out and then shut it. It locked because the pin in the handle did not come back out to stop it from locking, we had to hire a locksmith to come that night because we were locked out of the house at $300 which we were never reimbursed for they came and fixed the door and we were told that that does happen sometimes when it was misaligned so they realigned it we had the patchwork done on the wall and repainted Some of the screws started to fall out of our garage door and there was no end on the wires to keep them connected in the sensor of the garage door. I had the sensors fixed and then the door company came out and said that the door must’ve been hit because the first and the third panel Bowed while we’ve had our garage so our car has not been in the garage The guy that came out was extremely rude and arrogant from D&D garage doors and then I never heard back from customer care person. I had to text him to find out what was going on and he said oh the garage door company said it must’ve been hit they’re not gonna cover it. Well you can’t hit the first and third panel unless you got a really special car, especially when they are, 6 feet away from each other. The spots that were bowed we’ve had our sprinkler systems break and not have water on our lawn for a couple weeks. We have an issue where all the connections are for the water system where it is a deep hole I have contacted the HOA and put in a request for that to be fixed because it’s a safety issue I have a child that is blind and she’s falling in there already That still hasn’t been fixed and we’ve been here a month ... Lot of quality issues and issues with workmanship. Even after the closing day there were lot of paints issues that were not fixed. I have talked with few others in community and their experience is similar. I driveway I understand it can’t be done because of winter time but they didn’t even remove the nails from driveway which caused 3 tire punctures and tire replacements for guests visiting the house. Cabinets not done properly and I am still waiting for them to fix after more than 45 days after closing. Overall not so great experience. They charge you a lot of money for simple upgrades which other builders have included in their price. ... More

Everything was completed on time and above expectations. They really did a great job from Josh Schneberger (Sales) to the Final Walk through. I would definitely buy another Pulte Home!!!

Justin was a pleasure to work with and kept me updated in the progress of my new home which I greatly appreciated.

Don’t trust quality of workmanship get it inspected don’t close until everything is fixed and they will make excuses for most problems in the house walls they will look at from 6 feet away to see if they’re straight sliding door glasses. They will look at 9 feet away for scratches and many other problems that may not be resolved.

This was our second build with Pulte. There were issues from the very beginning, starting with the Project Manager who was totally clueless. Quality and workmanship from the subs was drastically different from only 3 years ago. We had to stay on top of things daily and supplied pics and letters to PM. Had to get his boss involved to get things done . Almost a year of nightmares but happy to finally be in and hopefully nothing major arises. I sent my request to have issues fixed within my 30 days warranty and no one ever called or emailed me back.

Recently bought a property through pulte. Their construction overall is of great quality but would really appreciate if they would improve their service at and post closing a bit. In our case they were not willing to move the closing date even by 1 day without charging us but when we did the walk through some issues came up that they had to repair. Nothing major just some finishings but still would be great to get everything handled before moving in. Now that we’ve closed its taking ages to get any work done. Again, the team is responsive but slow at sending folks to actually do the repairs

I don’t have time to write some elaborate review, let’s just say make sure everything is perfect before you move in. If there are any issues after the fact they do everything but honor their warranty and workmanship. Things that were identified before we moved in or the week after we moved in have still not been fixed and I am starting to get a feeling that they won’t. Huge disappointment.

good experience overall [Jessica from sales did exceptional job and Clay from support team doing great job and only issue had is my construction manager was not up to the mark, we ended up having lot of issues, however support team is resolving those.

Great company, helpful professionals

Pulte kept us abreast throughout the build process and while there were little things here and there that were not perfect, they have been responsive and professional in trying to make things right.

It has been really great. Everyone who helped me in the process with Pulte have been really friendly and even the warranty team has been very responsive which is what a new home buyer would want

We purchased this home for our daughter and her family. The buying experience was spectacular. The on;y issue we have thus far is that the GFI in the laundry room pops when she starts her washer. We plugged the washer into an extension cord then plugged the extention cord into an outlet in the hall and it works fine. I made a warranty request weeks ago and have not heard form anybody to date.

Pulte built a structurally sound home. Buying process was painful. Design Center was a great experience. Quality of workmanship was mixed (example; floor and tile work were great, Paint and finish carpentry not so great). Overall, a builder's grade quality home. Optional design choices offered are very overpriced. Staff is responsive to issue resolution.

Overall great experience. Our sales guy was amazing. He knew our budget and helped us use it according to our preferences. Our construction manager was also top-notch. He had great attention to detail and took the time to make sure we were happy. Our experience at closing with the lender was great too.

From the sales team to the design team, and all the way to the builder, the process was smooth and streamlined. The closing process was a bit bumpier, but when isn’t it? Our builder was proactive and has been very communicative even after the sale of the home. We expect the home to have few to no problems, and if something does arise, we have faith that Pulte will take care of it.

Overall experience was good. Worked out some issues

My construction manager in particular made this experience a breeze so far. Our inspector said he’s never seen such a well built new build. Not all have the same experience in this neighborhood but Zach really stepped it up. He’s been extremely responsive and a “yes” man!

Sales team was fantastic and very helpful through the whole process. Construction manager was very attentive and quick to follow up with questions and needs.

Most of the people we dealt with through the process were great. I did feel pressured to make some decisions more quickly than I was comfortable regarding upgrades/add-ons but did anyway.
