Working with Robb was great and he was very helpful throughout the whole building process. He took his time to explain everything to us along the way and was very responsive to questions and concerns. We love our new home. Our experience during the sales process was not good. Jessica was great and so was the salesperson we talked to from the Avon Lake community, but Tom was incredibly rude to us. We almost did not buy a Pulte home because of Tom, but decided to look past his horrible attitude because we wanted the quality of a Pulte home in Avon. While we were deciding if we wanted to buy we had a lot of questions as this was a huge financial decision for us, and he told us we were irritating him. Great experience, always got our requests solved very soon.

Be very careful. The home overall is spacious and planned well but the lack of care to the details makes this a new home filled with fixes. Slow down and really go through the house prior to the final walk though! For example, our master shower leaks water onto the floor, the standard size fridge space was measured/built incorrectly so that it did not fit a fridge, the fuse box was labeled wrong. Those are just the highlights.

Pulte builds fairly decent homes for the price. I would recommend this builder if you are looking for a home that’s doesn’t give you wasted space in there models. Our home was in the mid to upper $300s but with almost every possible to make it look nice. At the end of the day I did not experience anything over the top when compared to other builders and we build 4 homes thus far.

The team was great.

No one is held accountable. One of the workers was smoke pot. Grant makes excuses and just tells me to cover up the faulty work. Things were not built to standard. You will be hearing from the VA construction building office within a week

Builder should hire subcontractors that will put more attention to details and final completion before handing over the property.

No good finishing, moved closing date 3 times with 5 days of anticipation. No communication between branches.

From the Sales Manager at our development to the Field Manager to the trades used to build our home, we had a very good experience. Any questions were answered promptly. You could sense that the Pulte team wanted to give you a quality home and for you, the consumer, to be happy and satisfied.

Pulte worked with us to get us into the house we needed after our home was destroyed in a fire.

The process can require some personal time, but it is well worth it.

Our experience building with Pulte Homes honestly could not have been better. From the very beginning, communication was very important to me and the entire team was on it! As a Realtor myself, I know what I'm looking for from a builder for my clients and only wish that everyone I have ever worked with was as attentive to my client's needs as Pulte was to ours!

Fairly easy process. I've always heard that building a house was a nightmare. This was not my experience. Any issues that came up were addressed in a timely manner. Communication was clear.....it may take a day or two to hear back on something....but this crew is slammed busy so that didn't bother me. Finding a lot of cosmetic drywall issues now that I'm living in the house, but will get these handled at my 1 yr inspection. Other minor issues have been addressed in a timely manner. My advice is to visit often and inspect even more. Catch things as early as you can to avoid any major problems down the road. Fingers crossed that nothing MAJOR occurrs after my warranty is up. The entire experience from start to finish has exceeded my expectations.

To many major issues within 2 weeks after closing roof leak, 2 different granite color on island also water line crossed for filtered water connected to shower not fridge. Then had to cut hole in drywall to repair. These items should never happen in a supposedly quality home!!! I will give credit to them for getting on items for repairs thou warranty people been real good on getting repairs done.
