My project manager had way too many homes. It was evident in the responsiveness and ability to keep up with issues. There were a few hiccups along the way that I had to stay on top off, but the painters are a disaster. It was ridiculous what was missed and how many times they had to come back. By the time we closed, I basically just gave up. I’m also disappointed that the ceiling/attic isn’t strong enough to support any storage. I would like to attach some indoor gym equipment for kids to the walls and ceiling, but Im scared the roof would fall down..even though I was able to put something similar in my last house without issues. Whenever we had any questions about anything dealing with the construction to the purchase to even after the closing, Pulte was more than eager to assist us in either answering a question or acting on a concern, immediately. We consider Pulte to be an excellent partner in the building of a new home. And would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Worst experience. Would never build with Pulte ever again. Had to visit the house every day to make sure house was completed properly and on schedule. Had to go above site manager’s head on multiple occasions to his boss to make sure proper repairs were completed. Initial Electrical and plumbing done incorrectly in the kitchen, no water to the dishwasher, multiple cabinets damaged, windows leaked at the time of closing and then charged $700 in late closing fees because I wouldn’t sign until windows were repaired. Pulte is a good builder and we feel happy we went with Pulte - our field manager was very helpful and responsive!

Great experience, great support from field manager Chris and Sales Cam. Also great service from Pulte mortgage team.

Home is great with appliances and tiles and hardwood floors. All ceiling LED lights are very nice and bright the home. All staffs are friendly and quick response to any issue that I have concerning the home.

Our overall experience with Pulte was very positive, with a few small but bothersome issues. There were a few repair items we pointed out to the build team during our various meetings. While some of those were addressed upon reinspection, others weren’t and we had to repeatedly ask for some minor repairs and touch ups to be completed.

From beginning to end, Pulte has been extremely amazing! The home built for us is top quality and every employee showed great customer service! We are so happy to own a Pulte home and would highly recommend them.

Built our home from start to finish -picked out the absolute perfect home and lot. We could not be happier. From the time we walked into the sales center to the design center and the build. Everyone was so professional and communicated with us along the way. They all gave us updates and met their build times. Super excited with our home and the process was stress free!

The quality of the work was great. Very responsive and no major issues with the construction. From day 1 to closing date everything was great.

The house is leaking less than 30 days after closing and the heat system is not working in just 30 days.

Very responsive to issues that come up

d moved to Santa Rita Ranch from the east coast, and had to choose style of home, lot location, interior, and exterior choices all on the internet. The builders representatives were a great help, and when I arrived in Texas to see my home I was pleasantly surprised, and pleased that the walk-thru went well and any 'tweaks' were done, and in a cooperative manner. I would recommend Pulte Builders at this location without hesitation.

The process was fairly smooth. Loved our Field Manager, who kept us updated every step of the way, and answered any questions we had. The Sales Agents across various sites were always very welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns. The Warranty Dept has also been great. After visiting a few builders, I think we got the best bang for our buck with Pulte.

Workmanship was inferior. Structural, plumbing and electrical areas were missed. Homeowners had to notify construction team of concerns. Trades were careless.

We love our new home. As the build began to come completion we had some issues develop and because of lack of responsiveness in communication, had some last minute changes that was not part of the original plans. In the end, the builder came through.

We purchased this before it was built and I want to thank everyone involved in this process from beggining to end. We love our new home.

I highly recommend PULTE. Great quality all around.
