The Pulte Guy who managed the building of our home went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy both during and after the construction process. We feel that we are in a very good relationship with Pulte even after moving in.

The home had a ton of issues and the construction team has not been open and honest about fixing the lingering issues and had been punting them to Warranty instead of taking ownership.

Building with Pulte was a one-stop-shop! Everyone was great to work with and Dustin Smith was wonderful!

Pulte was amazing to work with - through picking our lot to securing our mortgage to choosing from the many designs all the way through to the end of the build process. We would absolutely recommend Pulte to all our friends!

We recently built a house with Pulte. I cannot say we got the value we paid for our home. All of the trim work was in really rough shape. We had to hire an external painter to come in and fix a lot of the trim, mudding, and painting. It is still not fixed correctly, because it was just too much to get done and would have cost a fortune (since we did not want to have all of the trim ripped out and redone.) I feel like this is not something I should have had to pay for considering my house almost cost half of a million dollars. The whole building process was very rushed and you can see that in our home. We have spots where grout is missing in the bathrooms, we were not able to get the fixtures we wanted due to back order, some of the hardwood is not glued properly, banisters not sealed correctly, brick has not been pressure washed, sloppy brick laying outside, the sidewalks have gouges in them and look rushed. There were many options that we could have had with this home, but was not offered to us. Example-sprinkler system, unaware Kitchen Aid appliances also had a confection oven capability. The closing process took us over three hours since we were not allowed to leave until the money from our lender cleared with Pulte. I feel like it was that way due to us using an outside lender and not Pulte. Overall the house was built quickly and we are glad to have a home, but it does show it was rushed. Great team and was an awesome experience buying a home with Pulte.

The team we worked with in South west Florida was great. Lots of communication, very responsive and kept to timelines. Build quality was very good. We are over a month in our home and have only found 2 very minor warranty issues and will report them closer to the end of our first year. It was clear to us that Pulte wanted to ensure we were satisfied prior to closing and minimize and post closing issues.

It was a very smooth overall experience.The build quality is great and the community is awsome.

My experience was great. From the initial walk thru to the last walk thru, anything that I saw that needed attention got it immediately. Overall, a great experience.

We bought a 1 story home and what stood out to me was the open floor plan design that just opened up the whole house. This made the house seem bigger than what it was so I was very happy with the choices that were available to us in their portfolio. The salesperson that helped us was incredibly helpful and there for us all the way till the end. And when problems arise they were ready to remedy any issues we had.

With our first home there was nothing wrong but it just seemed like such a drain on us from start to end however with Pulte everything seemed to go so smooth and great. I believe it's because of their A+ customer service. From the start our Sales Rep Bobby kept us up to date with everything and was more than willing to assist with any questions. Chris and David where fantastic with communicating with us on any issues or concerns with the build. They were also fantastic with tips and genuinely showed they cared.

I enjoyed working with everybody from the mortgage department to the sales department. Very friendly and kept their word.

I wanted a less stressed home buying experience, that's why I went with new build. But it seemed I had to put in more work on quality control work because the builder didn't. They need to work on their contractors. Lots of obvious misses. The build manager is responsive and easy to work with, but I shouldn't have to bother him too much.

Pulte exceeded all expectations at every step of the home buying process. The paperwork was particularly clear and Amy questions were answered quickly. The quality of the build is quite high and their own punch list was meticulous.

Disappointed at the cheap fixtures and lights they use. Quality of workmanship does not match what they claim
