My wife and I purchased 3 home from Pulte. The first was very well done so we bought two more. With each new purchase the quality, concern, customer service and follow up repairs increasing got worse. We are very disappointed!

No I would never recommend pulte to someone else. It was a horrible home buying experience and pulte still hasn't fixed things that were discussed during our final walk through.

After moving in, we have had so many issues with our home that we regret buying it. It’s as if no one looked at the home to ensure things were done right. Cabinets are misaligned, improperly installed, broken, nails missing from showers, grout is multiple colors or missing, door knobs damaged, paint splashes and grout EVERYWHERE, light fixtures installed crookedly, framing issues, dirt and sawdust everywhere, nails in carpet, metal debris in lawn - this is an absolute nightmare. For all issues we have been told to coordinate with the warranty dept. I should receive a stipend for the work I’ve ...

Closing was stressful. Underwriter was still asking for documents the day before scheduled close. Lots of issues on the initial inspection that weren’t addressed. Still lots of issues to take care of on the 30 day inspection. Not great quality of workmanship. Lots of paint splatter from walls to ceiling

I do love my new home! The design, features and options are exceptional! I believe there could be improvement in the final stages of completion before closing. The house had paint paint drips on the floor tile throughout the house, the washer was not fully installed causing a flood during the first load and the house was not properly cleaned prior to move in. A Pulte punch-out team would be ideal to to take care of these concerns prior to move in. The warranty manager has efficiently addressed most of the concerns identified after moving in.

Design center options over priced and limited options. You can get the upgrades from other parties for a third or more less with more options. Getting issues resolved takes one to two weeks, sometimes requiring me to follow up for eta.

Pulte Mortgage requires a lot of disclosures when you purchase from them. And at the end, they sell your loan. I’m still waiting on a 30 day walkthrough after 6 weeks of living in my home. It’s time consuming to get your issues looked at and discussed with the builder. Pulte does build a beautiful home though.

Seems like you need to upgrade everything or you get cheap materials. All can lights in house flicker. Electrician saud it is the lowest quality bulbs. Nothing they can do. Just one example. They red tape stuff during walk thru but, seems later just remove tape and say it got fixed.
