I would not recommend building with Pulte to anyone. The sales process was bait and switch. They tell you one price and up it for things like lights which a normal builder would include a flush mount light in a quarter million dollar price tag. They give the cheapest items possible, the price point and marketing claims your getting superior luxury, it’s a lie. The corporate office will not back their product, they don’t communicate. They allow construction teams to give terrible customer experience, bad builds. Almost every trade on my home had to be ripped out and redone 2-3 times. If it weren’t for contracts We would of gone a different route. The president of the company refuses to acknowledge customers. Still dealing with getting things finished, every item is a battle to get complete after closing months ago. It should be simple, you tell your client this is what your providing & you do it. We could not be happier with our overall result. We are thrilled everyday to be here. Our experience with the sales team, management and construction manager was great. Our almost 5 star rating was do to a very bumpy ride with the mortgage team. We did not receive our mortgage approval until the night before our actual closing, which was 8 months after our purchase contract signing.

From start to finish alot of errors where made. Talked to other owners in area and it seem the options offered to some owners wher not offered to others. There is not a paint and lighting options

We built a Pulte home during the height of the pandemic without ever seeing it in person. At the time, travel to the other state was prohibited. The sales team and our protect manager did a great job of keeping us informed by sending frequent photos and videos to update us on the progress. We made a few changes along the way and they were very accommodating. Thank you to Pulte team - we love the house!

I am living in this home for almost 2 months. I love the home and Pulte built the way it was promised. I have only one comment to make. The walls of home are not insulated enough one can hear what's going on in that room. Example: when someone use the bathroom in the 2nd floor, other can clearly hear from the 1st floor. I am not sure how I can fix that now? I would Pulte seriously take this matter and fix it in future homes

Our Pulte was well built from the foundation to the roof. Disappointed in the quality of the lawn that was installed. Too many weeds in the lawn from day one. They have added some top soil due the uneveness of the lawn. I'm working tosolve the crab grass problem but feel Pulte should provide a better quality of grass.

The personnel was very supportive in our endeaver.

Pulte builds a decent home but the pricing of the homes are getting out of hand. The actual development is beautiful and that's what sold us on building in this neighborhood.

This is my first new home build. I have owned before, but never built. The Pulte team was courteous, professional and always communicated well.

The loan aspect of the experience was phenomenal! The quality of the finish makes me not buy another Pulte home! Looks they rushed the build which transfers to quality shown.

We love this beautiful house of ours and know it will withstand the test of time! It fits every aspect of our dream home and we’re so happy to start our family here!

I love my new home. The floor plan is amazing. I feel like the crew was rushed to complete by the close date causing things that need work. No one has responded to my home inspection report.

For additional lot payments of $17,000 for an end unit and $23,000 for the lot premium, all that bought was a dining room window and side brick facade that does not align with the front brick facade. Usually an end unit has some bit of property on the side and back. I understood before making my deposit that abutting the fence would affect the size of the deck, but I did not expect the entire back lot to become a quarry due to the English basement foundation or the end unit to have absolutely no side lot. I specifically asked the sales agent about the lot because of my son’s dog and understood that some property would convey, but I should not fence it if I wanted the HOA to maintain it. I’m also surprised Pulte markets and prides itself as a quality builder with high standards and would skimp on two rows of bricks for a $500,000+ property. This is very obvious when standing at the corner of the property and looks like Pulte is trying to increase its profit by skimping on brick. Brick facades on the less expensive Teravista model align, so why not on the highest priced model in the Central Point development, Devereaux? I will not recommend Pulte’s attention to detail in masonry for the brick facade and end unit upcharge assessed to the buyer. The kitchen island placement does not conform to NKBA standards of 36” - 48” space between perimeter counters and the island. It was 63” from the perimeter. I expect a national builder like Pulte would conform to NKBA standards in all of its models, considering its promotions for kitchen innovations and kitchen throw-down competitions. I cannot recommend Pulte’s kitchen layouts because they are inconsistent between models, despite what it markets online for kitchen design and in its own interior photos for the Devereaux model in Charlotte. I have hired a private contractor to move the island for more efficiency. Even more of a surprise after settlement, there are NO - NO- towel racks included in ANY of the 4.5 bathrooms for a house that costs over $500,000!! I'm lucky that Pulte provided toilet paper holders for the 4 1/2 baths - woo hoo! - but is too cheap to buy towel bars and towel rings for each of the bathrooms. I contacted the customer care manager, Chris R., and this is what he said, "Our offerings such as towel bars and rings change from community to community. This is something that is decided upon by upper management and filtered down to the construction team and respective vendors. It more (sic) loosely based on the limited selection of styles and colors that we could offer in a production environment compared to all the differing styles and colors available in the marketplace.” That's a bunch of BS, because the design center offers upgrades on bathroom fixtures for the sinks and could've easily offered matching towel bars for the customer to purchase, since greed and profit appear to be the primary motivation for sales. If Pulte shortchanges the buyer on towel racks at Central Point, I wonder what other corners were cut during construction despite meeting code. This is the sixth home I have purchased in my lifetime, and this is the worst experience of any of them. From sales to sold and beyond, Pulte and the friendly professionals we encountered went above and beyond. Extremely well built home.

Though we love our home & are happy with how beautiful the house turned out....the process was miserable and we felt as though we were just a number to Pulte as a whole. There were some individuals working for the company who we had relatively pleasant experiences with but as a whole there was a SEVERE lack of communication. If asked by friends and family, I would not suggest Pulte.

Exceptional service from every employee from the sales office in Orlando to the processors in Colorado. Everyone I spoke to always had an answer and helped me out with understanding the entire process of buying my home. The Pulte team definitely exceeded my expectations!

I was excited to purchase a lot and have Pulte build a house for my family. Below grade work went well. We paid for two floor outlets, and only one was installed, so the slab had to be cut later for the second. It makes me wonder if anything else was missed underground. After we moved in, we did have the drains cleaned at no cost to us because the landscapers had filled the clean-out with gravel. Some very rough lumber was used and spliced instead of being replaced. Plumbing had to be moved to fit in walls, outlet boxes are on twisted studs, and many are to deep to be flush with finished walls. The paint is unbelievable thin and and scuffs even by brushing with a shoulder. They are building these as fast as possible, and I don't think all the inspections are taking place. Because of the CoronaVirus, we could not meet with the foreman and had to do facetime with him leading and showing what he felt like showing. I did get a great interest rate and closing money, so I took it. Forget autopay and your loan will be sold. Pulte finance was a good financial choice but not the greatest, easiest customer service. Pulte Insurance is unbeatable on price. I haven't had to use them yet, so who knows about that. ... More

I love Pulte Homes. The entire Building Team experience was excellent, extremely responsive and thorough. The workmanship was very good. Would recommend Pulte as a Builder any day, all day.

We love living here and are enjoying the house. The home was built quickly and there are a few items that could’ve been done more carefully.

As long as you follow the standard design, you should be OK. If your model is flipped, or you have some upgrades, you will need to keep on top of things. Many small finish details get overlooked at the push to the end.

Great home at a fair price.

We love living here and the Pulte buying experience was excellent. The trim work through the house appeared rushed and in places a little sloppy, but Pulte fixed most of it for us and is addressing more as I write this.

A good community to live

We relocated from another state to GA. We purchased the model home so we didn't have to pick out any materials etc. The purchase was conducted online and over the phone because of COVID and was a smooth process. Just lots of paperwork that normally comes with the purchase of a new home. We love the model because it has many, many upgrades not available in the other homes and it was mostly ready to go. It is beautiful and any repairs or problems have been addressed very quickly. We had a bit of a snafu with our move in date but could be blamed on COVID and a delay in getting a city permit to reconstruct the model home office back into a garage and a driveway had to be poured. Our construction customer service person is extremely friendly and responsive. We are now in month 3 of living in our new home and there are still some items on our 30 day list that need to be addressed, however, I feel confident that they will be fixed to the best of their ability. ...
