I am really disappointed with the quality and service. - Poor material and quality - Closing process is flawed; you will have not have enough time to inspect the house.

Really poor, cheap and low quality both material and workmanship. Very disappointed and regret chooses this neighborhood. All other reviews that I seen on google and etc is true. Moved here not even 2 month concrete at patio is cracked and leak plumbing near garage door. Hopefully this not happen to other people/buyer because we spend a lot of money and we don’t get what we expected. Always lot a good promise at the beginning, but the truth is way different. Good question, It’s brand NEW HOMES guys, why have a lot an issue? Hope someone take this seriously.

This is our 3rd home being built over the years and this is by far the best home in aspects of quality and in Pulte's handling of all issues.

Have been in our home 2 months now and are enjoying it. Would recommend.

The home is great. I wish Pulte would put a blind on the glass section of the back foot. It’s very difficult to obtain something to cover the glass for privacy. Also at least paint the garage so it does not look old on the walls. Thank you.

I submitted a review. Guess If you don’t have all 100 % positive words it gets rejected and says contains legally sensitive content so therefore won’t be found anymore reviews. My mom isn’t happy that she spend 3000 for an unsafe service door.

Developer is good but some contractors who build the house are really bad! Unfortunately a lot of thinks in the house are bad! Quality of the job done for paint, door installation are bad! Painting walls without covering the floor. Pulte need to check people they are hiring to build the house. They will fix everything but you have only 30 days to do that! Everything else is good!

Overall positive new home experience with Pulte team's quality services in timely manner.

The process was a great experience and we really enjoy our new home.

Our home was an inventory home so wasn’t involved with the actual build process. Very pleased with everything and the finishes selected. Craftsmanship is great. Have already recommended Pulte to some other people. My sister and brother-in-law liked our house/location so much that they decided to build right down the street from me.

Good and seamless experience in home purchase

Working through the warranty process for some things that have needed fixing and it is taking a long time to get fixed. There is a lack of communication and I am having to consistently follow up.

From the initial deposit transaction to the closing and moving into our new house, Pulte and all its employees have been fantastic. We have found Pulte to be very responsive even after the closing We are enjoying our new home and would recommend Pulte to our family and friends.

Overall it's a nice house. Quality of materials used in the home could be better for the price paid. Workmanship is a bit sloppy. Builder has stopped responding to fix simple issues in the home that are under warranty once we closed on the house.

Built the home as mentioned during the initial meeting. Built with nice materials and followed all the standards. Couple of small findings here and there but those are negligible. Overall had good experiences with pulte and definitely recommend to friends.

Was really pleased with the entire process. The house was completed on time and we were very satisfied with our foreman.

We had a great experience with Pulte. Any issues they arose were always quickly addressed. We were always kept informed about the process. We enjoyed building with them and are so happy to be home :)

Pulte was working with me while the building process of the house was taking place (The Landings at Cherry Hill Village, Canton MI); right before the closing (on the same day) however, I was asked to accept the house as it was -OR- postpone the scheduled closing to a future TBD date. Some of the promises that were made through the building process were never addressed (did not honor their word, their promise). We did not have a choice to push the closing out as the moving from our previous house was already contracted. Once I have taken ownership of the house my requests continue to be open without a clear day on when these open issues will be resolved... Pulte has ignored my (many) phone calls, without even having one single phone call in return. It seems that once you are inside the house, Pulte "Warranty" only exists in an email address. I could not submit my "satisfaction" survey right after taking ownership of the house (I would not like to think the glitches in their survey systems were "coincidentally failing" when I tried to submit my dissatisfaction scores in their survey. ... An easy experience.

Overall good value. Makes sure you do pre-closing inspection and get a commitment as to when things will be fixed. Hooking up to the internet is a nightmare but not a Pulte issue.

the home is well built. Our contractor in charge was excellent, consciousenscenous. Kept updated on progress. The final walk through yielded very few and only slight cosmetic issues which were corrected quickly. It is a beautiful home, well built and priced well.

great customer service. Staff were helpful and made the process easier less stressful
