Love the home!

It was a wonderful home.

The only suggestion that I have is that you go through the entire process of initial consultation, the smart home consultation and the design team consultation and then allow the buyer a week to finalize their decisions. This allows the buyer time to review in case they want to make final adjustments on the final product price.

Overall, it’s the housing and development is amazing. However, now that we have closed and moved in and noticed some damages that we wouldn’t have seen during the walk through, there has been very little responsiveness to issues and not a lot of help addressing concerns.

Pulte hit a home run here. They built my 4 bed + den/3.1 bath in just four months. I visited almost daily to check out the progress. The worksite was always kept exceptionally clean. Whenever I had questions about the construction/methods, my site manager was very quick to reply, setting my mind at ease. I've heard horror stories about other builders, so, I'm glad Pulte was at the helm here. If I built in the future, I would not hesitate to build with Pulte!

This place our new residence is more than a place to call home. It’s place of new beginnings in this complex, new friends, everyone is so friendly. The grounds are beautiful with the atmosphere of the woods around us. My wife and I love living here, it’s nice and quiet.

The building process was pleasant and seamless and the result was a well constructed home.

Our builder was great at communication and responsive to the few issues we encountered.

We were told that we should pick Pulte Title to do the closing because being part of the parent company the things go much more smoothly. Lie. Total lie. Our final walkthrough was scheduled after the closing and the keys to the house were not given to us for two full days after the closing. And then when we needed repairs done, we simply did not get any response for weeks, and got service only after we escalated the matters to senior management.

The quality of work is very disappointing and for the price we paid we expected something much better

We had a great experience from start to finish. Every question we had was answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Our site manager was just fantastic to work with. Robb was truly a pleasure to work with and would recommend pulte to anyone who asks.

Sales rep was /is terrific. She got to know my preferences and style. She advised me through some tough decisions that I may have been second-guessing during the long COVID waiting period. Once here, everything is even better than I had hoped and I am very grateful to her. Suggestion: The first walk through should be just to SEE and take in the new condo. A second one should be the "technical" one to check the windows, cabinets, painting. etc

We were lied to repeated times by employees at Pulte about the size and grading of our house. The quality of the house is an absolute disgrace, lack of consistency in the finishing even though the houses are the same model. We have to fight with Pulte to fix the issues we have had specially with the backyard and side yard. This was supposed to be our dream house but it has become our nightmare house. Leadership of Pulte should come to the neighborhood and ask each homeowner how satisfied we are with these homes. The CEO of Pulte would be embarrassed after hearing each of our comments about these joke hoses we received. PLEASE DELIVER GOOD QUALITY AKD ADDRESS OUR ISSUES!!! ... More

The door to master bath is in awkward position. Conflicts with shower door when open. Slider hidden door would have been better. Similar issue with master suite door and hallway. I am not fully satisfied with insulation of floor of unit above us. I do realize in multi level living there will be some noise. I thought your system of insulation would be a little better.

They deliver what they promise. Transparent process ... they not hide any information, everything share in the beginning and they stick to it. They gave my home before the promised date. They construction quality of house is very good. Their customer care (any issue post closing) is very responsive.

There is high cost applied to few things like lot premium

We have an issue with mud. Mud from the lot next to us is flooding over to our lot. The mud is about 1 and a half to 2ft deep. It runs the length of our backyard. This mud patch never dries. It is a very very bad smelling mud. 100% because of improper containment and barrier of adjacent lot that is not built yet. This has caused a nightmare for us when our two dogs go out to do their business.They are tracking mud and sand back in to the house everyday. This has been a constant battle for a few months now.Kinda takes the shine and joy out of buying a new house. Our construction manager Nate has been great overall. He is very good at his job and the whole neighborhood is happy with him. That being said we should not have mud and sand tracking in our home from negligence of the adjacent lots containment. Now we have dead grass, a muddy backyard, and no solution. I have many many videos and pics if anyone cares to make this right. ... More

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. Any issues were fixed within a reasonable time frame.

Good value for what I paid, all appliances and blinds installed. Bought the home already completed. Workmanship regarding drywall and cabling could have been better. Also cleanliness of the floor, still removing paint spots and wood glue from the floor, nothing major. Truly love the house, great value for single or couple young professionals looking for quality lifestyle.

I had trusted Pulte to build my family and I a safe home. Every day since moving into our home , we become aware of more defects that should not have been missed.

Pulte builds a house with high quality finishings but what is behind those finishings leaves something to be desired. We have lived in our home for 2 months and we already have some visible water leaking issues. I am worried that we will find years down the road water issues that are invisible until it is too late. Also, while nail pops are a normal issue for a new home, I have never experienced them to this level before. It is almost to the point where we will have to re-paint whole rooms when they are repaired. My last big complaint is a general lack of attention to detail. There are multiple points in the house where the quality of workmanship is not what you would expect from a $500k house. ... More

The house is very structurally sound. Very impressed with this aspect of home.

I would take the time to make helpful suggestions to add additional outlets, data points, etc
