1. First, we do really like our new house! These are some issues (not deal-breakers) that we have encountered after we moved in: 2. Very little closet space and storage space. 3. The house seems to be better suited to very tall people (the shelf in the shower is too high to be useable and the showerhead is too tall for my wife to adjust, the cabinets in the kitchen are too high to be used without a stepstool, the closet organizers are too tall to be useable for my wife - a person who is 5 ft 2 in - Even the shelf in the laundry is too tall.) 4. We absolutely love our new home, such a family friendly open floor plan with great use of square footage. Our Pulte rep was very clear on upgrade prices from the beginning so we knew exactly what to expect. Construction stayed on schedule even during the pandemic. While we’ve only been in our home a few months, so far it’s been amazing and we’d highly recommend Pulte to anyone.

Thought this would be a smooth move in. It was not. House was not complete and promises to fix took too long. Features paid for were not in place and were found at a later time. Some repairs are still needed after a month here.

Our Pulte home here in Berkshire Forest was completed on time by a team of professionals that really listened to our needs. From the day we walked in the sales’ office to construction to closing and to our final move a month ago, every step went smoothly. Questions and minor issues were addressed quickly. Moving from out of state during a pandemic was extremely stressful, but the entire Pulte team eased our worries, had a sense of humor, and treated us like family. We have owned many older homes in our lives but this home is our first new home. All of the people that we have worked with have been very helpful and the few problems ( and I mean very few ) that we have had they have taken care of quickly. We will recommend Pulte to anyone looking to buy a home.

Never again should you let your house close before the builder has completed each and everything without anything pending. Even something as little as putting a nail in the wall. Because once your home is closed, forget about getting those items done. The project manager will not respond to any emails or calls. My yard was graded and seeded with lawn but had significant amount of concrete rocks and stones. In fact there were more rocks then mud. I have had nothing but issues since the day I moved into this house. For the amount of money I paid, I should not be experiencing so many electrical issues. Not impressed at all.

House was built in a timely manner. The quality of workmanship of the trades they hire is Very Sub Par. Work is very poor quality and the Pulte Warranty Group's answer is what do you want me to because these are they workers we have and this is the quality of work they do. Pulte needs to set expectations that their trades do not provide quality work to let the home buyer know what to expect in the end so that the home buyer will know that they need to spend tens of thousands of additional dollars to make there home meet the expectations you would expect when getting a brand new home.
