Costly for the materials and workmanship

There is a long list of things that I am very pleased with, but I am sure the minor things that could have been better are more beneficial for any firm. Here is my list of changes I would make: - The grass was laid haphazardly and there are holes and empty patches all over the yard. - Our shower door does not close all the way and allows water to leak out - The grout was not sealed and displays each and every drop of water or dirt stain instantly and permanently.

Every step of the process was pretty straightforward and easy except for Pulte Mortgage, that was a terrible experience. I do not recommend using them. But everyone else involved were beyond great and helpful.

My wife and I really enjoyed the design and build process, our sales representative and project manager were thorough and transparent. Just wish the final product would have been as perfect as the rest of the process. We have been in our house 2 months and so far we have had minor water intrusion in our basement, our AC went out, we are having minor electrical issues, and there are multiple cracks in our basement walls. To make matters worse, we have come to expect less than caring, some might say passive aggressive responses after emailing customer service with these issues.

Get EVERYTHING in writing!

The sales person was nice at first, then went dark and was unresponsive during the closing process. They agreed to take care of options verbally during close to just turn around and cite the written agreement a week later, claiming the outstanding items weren't on the closing documents so they didn't have to take care of them. Do not go with their mortgage company option I have never seen such incompetence as they displayed throughout the build. This group spent months ignoring my applications and I had to constantly hound them to do the basics of their job. Was not worth the 10k incentive.

Buying not Building

The buying process, NOT SO GOOD ( Lance) lack of information on optional and details. Did not provide all options which changed our buying process and the things we WANTED to select. Mike on the other hands as the saving Grace to keeping us in the house. He’s one of the best representatives we’ve ever worked with. He top notch and knows his craft. He’s the type of people you want managing ALL YOU BUILDS!!

I am very disappointed with the response from the Pulte onsite Construction team. They were very responsive till I provided an internal feedback to their team but after I gave good feedback they stopped responding and did not fix anything.

I had to babysit sit their contractor to get wood floor redone. Carpet is bumpy all over. Giving up. Missing electrical outlets. Front door not installed properly. Pointless. Many more are there...

After two months of home ownership I have a 15+ bullet point list of issues still needing resolved. Still don’t have a working oven, and a row of tiles have fallen off my home due to poor workmanship during installation. A lot of the concerns have been brought forward from even pre closing dates that have yet to be fixed. Additionally since we started this process we are now on our third foreman... that should tell you something.

Disappointed with Pulte’s Service

We are the new homeowner from Pulte, just moved into new home since August 18th for 3 days but with many surprised issues. Irrigation system has been set up wrong initially by Loving group who is hired by Pulte which caused $1200 plus water bill for 1-2 months and Pulte told us this is not their responsibility; Important warranty registration information was not shared during closing so we missed good benefits for extended warranty. Cabinets have scratches, lawns are damaged by community truck, we are told these are all not covered by Pulte warranty. We feel quality of home is not good and ...

We had 2 salespersons. Male then female. The male sold us the home and was rather minsinformed about home options/upgrades and didn't seem to care. He just wanted us to sign the contract and move forward regardless of all the options we could choose. Some of which he either didn't know himself or didn't care to tell us. He was laid off and a female replaced him. She was better. Our first field supervisor was not very hands on nor responsive to get stuff done. He was laid off and replaced. Brand new home and already experiencing leaks in sink, cracks, paint coming out. Also, boundary vinyl wall was supposedly changed for a dent and that hasn’t changed even after a promise to change.

We had some issues in the beginning such as the punch list was not completed by the time we moved in. The person covering for our PM did not follow through except he removed all the tape where we had issues. We are still finding some of those issues now that we had marked to be fixed during our final walk through. Hopefully our warranty will cover it. A mouse was trapped inside the wall and died which started to smell but our PM was responsive and was able to recover the body and an empty water bottle. We wish construction workers were a little neater and took care of their trash ...

My review is of pure disappointment! I have been in my home almost 60 days and I have yet to use my master shower. Hot and cold water lines were crossed and here we are today, August 20th and I still do not have a working master shower. Too upset to say anymore.
