Our Pulte home was rushed to be completed and it shows in the workmanship and detail. After several walk thru appointments and issues discussed, nothing was corrected prior to closing. It’s taken months of meetings, missed appointments, emails to even have companies come in to correct issues, and they end up making it worse. The homes are not well supervised or managed. Our house manager promised many things would be corrected, yet moved off to another division and will not return calls or emails regarding issues still remaining. Absolutely terrible. After spending 1 night in my house we had our first, but not last, major water issue. I haven't even slept in my house for weeks because of the 2nd major water incident in which you knowingly installed a broken dishwasher which leaked and leaked into my kitchen island causing mold. I have major regrets working with Pulte and wish I had just bought an older house or gone with Taylor Morrison. This experience has been devastating to my wife recovering from surgery, my 3 very young children as well my my dogs, 1 of which is 15 years old in diapers and in his last legs. I ...

We had great experiences with our sales agent and field supervisor. Steve, our field rep, was especially good--went the extra mile to ensure our concerns were addressed to the best of his ability. However, not even his best efforts could overcome the carelessness and sloppiness of the construction crew, and a handoff issue at the design center has caused disappointment and ongoing frustration. Post-sales/warranty support has been disappointing. It's taken multiple attempts and constant follow-up to get the remaining issues addressed. Poor build quality: -received a flat tire from driving into my garage for the first time -swept up a cup full of nails and screws in the garage afterwards (Robert has a picture of part of this) -after removing the carpets, tons of screws and nails left under the foam padding -multiple windows are scratched on the outside (worst one has been replaced) -front patio fencing has a huge laceration/scratch in it; still awaiting replacement -multiple areas were patched in the garage but still doesn’t look correct -multiple scratches, dings and cracks in the drywall

Pre-settlement Pulte was responsive to issues. Since settlement have made Pulte aware of a couple of issues that have not been addressed in over 15 days. It appears that follow-up from both parties is needed.

The build experience was amazing! My project manager was absolutely the best! Very responsive and caring to all our needs. The only issues we had were with the underwriting of the mortgage. They consistently wanted reports and information that was redundant and not necessary for the approval of the mortgage. After the initial approval, they wanted the same reports and statements over and over again for 6 months. This became very tiresome and certainly didn't help my impression of Pulte mortgage. Other than the underwriting process, it was a very good experience.

We moved to Independence from Chicago, so it was difficult to be on-site during much of the building process. However we were given regular updates, including pictures, during the process and the house was all we had hoped for and more. The entire Cleveland Pulte team from Diane in sales to Dustin our project manager really worked hard to makes sure we were happy. They succeeded. Thanks!

Home is nice and seems decently built. But when issues were found during final walkthrough the repairs were done quickly and improperly. Also quite a bit of the finishing work looks like it was done be a novice and never inspected. For the price I would expect better craftsmanship.

We had issues that took long to get fixed, like no power on patio outlet due to outlet by A/C units covered by stucco company, holes on wall to find outlet, stucco patches, and paint after. Range hood stop working due to loose wire under range. Tub faucet leaking for two and a half weeks before fixed. Waiting for A/C units to be balanced, too cold in one side of house.
