Problems!!!

Pulte wont help you in what ever situation you are. All they need is to complete with in the dead line unnecessary of what situation the homeowner is in. They make mistakes and you have to pay for it . In my case in they screwed up with the AC and they want me to pay for it.

Sal the sales guy is very helpful Stefano and frank are good Your title company is a nightmare The hoa is worthless Workmanship in the unit is average

I had a great home buying experience with Pulte Homes from start to finish and even post-sale. I highly recommend Pulte Homes. The quality of home is amazing as well.

Have everything completed in your home before you close. Also, make sure your keys are available when you close. The quality of the house is not worth the money.

Never again

Ever since my husband passed away, my daughter has been urging me to move closer to her. She sends me link after link, picture after picture of lovely homesites. My answer is always the same, "Thank you, but no." Then, one day she sent me the link for Hunterdon Creekside, and I fell in love with it. I saw it, I signed the contract, I moved here in June, and I love it more each day—the house, the Pulte staff, and my neighbors!

The construction of Our new home was completed while We lived out of state. All of the Pulte professionals kept Us up to date and informed during the entire build process, including pictures at all stages of construction. Our Thanks to Everyone at Pulte.We love Our new home.

I am not pleased with the way Pulte is handling my concerns. For starters I'm going to start with my sod and sprinkler situation that I paid $6,000 for. My sod and sprinkler system could not be installed because my soil had not been final graded. So I reached out to the field manager of Pulte for my community to find out when would my final grade be done so my sod could be laid down. so in the midst of waiting for my final grade to be done it was brought to my attention that my sump pump was not completely installed they had the pipe coming out of the side of my house but not running into the ground to the sewer. ( How did this pass city inspection) that was taken care of but my sod situation has not yet been taken care of as of yet and it's been over a month since I closed on my home. My next issued was my air conditioner went out my 2nd week in my home and I had to call out the heating and cooling company who installed the system and I found out that one there was a line that was not tighten and all the Freon leaked out. My 3rd issue is a classic I had a new refrigerator delivered and my GFI socket kept tripping which caused my fridge to shut off. so I would have to reset the GFI switch to turn my fridge back on which would trip again several times a day. I emailed the field manager who told me to call the electrical company and that their number would be on the inside of the kitchen cabinet which it wasn't so I had to contact my salesperson for the number. I called the electrical company and left a message and I'm still waiting on a call back. So I called the warranty department to make a claim about the GFI situation and the 1st thing I was asked is what kind of fridge do I have ? I told her that I have a Samsung Fridge and she stated that Samsung fridges Ice makers make the GFI switch trip and there is nothing that was warranty would cover to repair and I would have to contact an electrician myself for the problem (wow ) I just purchased a home for over $350,000 and I have repair a electrical problem concerning my fridge. So I called a electrician out who informed me that my fridge need to be put on its own electric line and Pulte should have had this done at the time of the build like everything else in the circuit breaker box like the range Ac and ect. It took this guy less than 10 minutes to fix my GFI problem that Pulte would not take care of so sad. So now I've reached out to the sod company who stated they do not know when they can come out and lay my sod which is so unacceptable considering $6,000 was paid out for the job..... ... More

Loved the process! Everyone was so helpful!

Pulte built us a great home and delivery it on time. There were a few corners cut that were disappointing but overall it is a quality built home and they have been very responsive to the little issues that have come up. I would definitely buy Pulte again and would recommend them.

I’ve noticed a lot of things either already pealing (lining/paint), not fully sealed, or just done sloppy... it’s actually embarrassing to be honest because we haven’t been here long and no matter how well I take care of it and clean, cosmetically, it doesn’t look brand new... on top of that, we’ve had issues with drains not draining appropriately and I can’t help but think there are things inside of them since we had to repeatedly ask to have workers quit leaving food and trash all over the place during building... I’m anxious about the quality with what I’ve observed. We love our home, yes. But minor things, like paint pealing, doors not properly closing or lined up in the frame, sharp edges where carpet meets tile, and things we’ve observed with plumbing... has me uneasy. ... More

Everyone at Pulte was great! From our initial meeting to closing they kept us updated weekly once the build began. They truly build a great home and stand behind it!

From sales to the loan processing through home walkthrough to closing, the home purchase experience with Pulte was excellent and everything went very smoothly.

The best part of the build is that they have done this at a pretty good pace and kept up with the timeline as promised (in fact a week before the tentative completion date). However the overall build quality is not to the expectations. It is quite evident in the finishing or touch up works done in the last minute and the very shabby job of cleaning the house or power washing the basement and garage. It was delivered in a "not so clean" state. Not satisfied !!!

Its been a great 5 months building my home ground up with Pulte Homes. My interactions were primarily with Mike Baggio @ Pulte Homes Spring Hill and he has been great to work with. Timely updates, early warning on delays, etc., Overall a great experience.

I had issues with the sales department. One person specifically- then they changed me and I was with someone great. The house quality is great but some small issues after closing. The responsiveness during the building process and after have been great.

Pulte is a cookie cutter builder. There is very little flexibility or customer understanding, Customer satisfaction takes a back seat to prepackaged home construction and no exceptions are granted, regardless of how logical the requests might be. All levels of management are virtually terrified to issue a "change order" for fear that their statistics will be negatively affected...but most of all that additional expenses might be incurred above the prepackage cost...even when the buyer offers to pay any additional expenses. Had I known their mode of operation, we never would have purchased from Pulte....truly SAD. ... More

We love the house and the craftsmanship is incredible. The post sale responsiveness to a service tickets has been terrible and borderline unacceptable. Apparently caring about a customer after money is in the bank ends.

Pulte homes are beautiful, our was put together wayyyy to fast and the craftsmanship is definitely not upto par. Lots of issues after closing on the home. Yes they fix it but it is still an issue having people in and out of our home. You have to double and triple check all of the work.

good design, good attitude in customer service, but the receptionists could know the details better

Pulte Homes is a great home builder. They have lots of floor plans and options to choose from at reasonable pricing. Our superintendent was very attentive to our home. When we were designing and building our home it felt like we were building our own custom home.

We have had an excellent experience. Our salesperson Elli was not only exceptional, she has become a friend. The after the sale service has been good. Our rep Stephanie is very responsive. We have had issues with the warranty subs doing inferior work. However, Pulte has been receptive to getting it repaired quickly.

The rep we dealt with was amazing prior to closing. After closing, during our 30 day period, where we had multiple issues, it was the opposite experience. The lack of support was unbelievable and we've never experienced anything like this with prior home builds. We have multiple issues still waiting o be resolved 45 days after closing. Just know after closing is not what you'd expect from Pulte. Three of us who just moved in all have experienced the same issues.
