good design, good attitude in customer service, but the receptionists could know the details better

Pulte Homes is a great home builder. They have lots of floor plans and options to choose from at reasonable pricing. Our superintendent was very attentive to our home. When we were designing and building our home it felt like we were building our own custom home.

We have had an excellent experience. Our salesperson Elli was not only exceptional, she has become a friend. The after the sale service has been good. Our rep Stephanie is very responsive. We have had issues with the warranty subs doing inferior work. However, Pulte has been receptive to getting it repaired quickly.

The rep we dealt with was amazing prior to closing. After closing, during our 30 day period, where we had multiple issues, it was the opposite experience. The lack of support was unbelievable and we've never experienced anything like this with prior home builds. We have multiple issues still waiting o be resolved 45 days after closing. Just know after closing is not what you'd expect from Pulte. Three of us who just moved in all have experienced the same issues.

A very well built home, very few issues. All the people from various Pulte groups were very friendly and helpful.

Overall I do love my new house however I do feel like the quality of the materials is lacking. Our hardwood floors scratch off easily. I have noticed parts where little splints of wood have come off. We have dark wood so these little spots are obvious because underneath the wood it is a light wood color. So it is very visible against the dark wood. I feel like the price we paid to upgrade certain things doesn't match the quality of the items. Also the appliances and sink installed are just average. I wouldn't say they are top of the line products. our sink has so many scratches after the first use. I also feel like there were a lot of little details that were missed, such as some corners not painted as nicely or grout not put in completely neatly. Overall the house looks beautiful but is lacking in the details, which would have really made me feel like we got our value. ... More

Good experience

Our pulte home experience has been a pleasure. Everyone was nice and helpful. With only a very few exception the house itself is of excellent quality.

Pulte built our new house and it is awesome!! They went out of their way to make sure we got everything we asked for and met every commitment they set forth. The company communicated effectively and handled working through workforce shutdowns and material issues with only state imposed delays impacting our timeline. The house is great.. the community is great.. We are happy.. Thank you Pulte!

It is hard to get a response to any issue. Or to get anyone to help.

I like the home but having been in the trades I am not thrilled with some of the workmanship. For the cost of the home I expected more.

We are proud owners of Pulte homes. We were very happy with overall process which was very straight forward and easy to navigate for some one like me who was a new home owner and did not have any prior house buying experience.

This was a completed home so there were some things I would have done differently but I can change or add some later. I feel that a number of items should be standard such as trey ceiling in master, a finished garage and a couple of other items. Now, on-site agents are FANTASTIC and should be commended. Bree was always patient, responsive and always professional. Tucker was excellently. A very pleasant experience.

The Model Home looks great but the contractors did a sub par job in building the homes. Minimal attention to detail. I would not close until all these are completed and if you do get in writing a time frame that they will complete the items

Warranty person Hector is the best we have ever worked with on our warranty issues. Gets them taken care of right away. Twice we have bought Ryland homes in the past and they were the worst to deal with on a new home warranty issue. I will never buy another Ryland home ever as long as there is Pulte Homes .

This was our 4th home purchase and 3rd new home build, and by far was the smoothest process yet. Very pleased with the quality and value of our new home.

We are very pleased with Pulte and Alec our project manager. We built our home from across the country and Alec made sure we knew exactly what was going on with our home via calls, texts, and pictures.

Several of the home owners in the development have had similar experiences of not feeling taken care of after the build is complete and you have closed. We have had several issues, some minor, and some larger, but haven't gotten good responsiveness to issues. There should be better communication and exceptions set with home owners as well. For instance, several of the home owners have reached out regarding large trucks driving too fast in the development, the response we've received is "we don't control the contract workers". Three home owners lawns have been damaged by truck drivers driving through our SOD damaging it, mine was never replaced or no steaks were placed with caution tape like I was told was going to be done. ... The loan process was good but the building part was poor and rushed the amount of stuff that wasn't done and stuff still ain't done is ridiculous...never again and I been in the house almost 2 months

I'm happy with the purchase. Good qualify of house and great support from the Pulte Team.
