We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and friendliness of working with Pulte. Having come from a full custom build, downsizing to this Pulte, was so pleasant. Mark was a superb foreman and answered all our needs quickly and effectively.

I bought a home with other builder and my experience with them was much better than Pulte. We moved in recently into this new Pulte home and there were several things need to be fixed even after closing. I called and texted several times the supervisor, but their response was very poor. Its been a month since we moved in, still they did not fix the things yet. I am still waiting and frustrated. So make sure that everything was done before closing. Once closing is done, it will take months together to get the pending works done. Don't have an assumption that big builders will be very ...

Not at all happy with the purchase. We like the layout hence we went with it, but the sales agent we worked not at all knowledgeable and we are suffering implications because of it. Also pulte management is not at all flexible on things compared to other major builders. Also the things included in standard price not good , also build quality as well not great as even paint, trim etc are very sensitive

We chose Pulte because of their commitment to quality and their warranties to back it up. Our sales agent and field manager kept us updated throughout the process and we’re responsive. Post-sale we have found the same - minor cosmetic issues/repairs have been made as soon as we reached out to them with requests. We would definitely recommend Pulte Homes.

We purchased a home that was built and was unoccupied for 9 months. Home is good quality but expect contractor grade hardware and fixtures unless you are going to build from scratch and upgrade. They have been quick to fix issues we have run into after our purchase. No wiggle room on price from my experience.

Pulte was horrible from start to finish. No communication. No honesty. No quality. Ignored several of our requests entirely. Messed up the few small changes we asked for. Delayed closing multiple times because the house wasn't done. Our inspector said it was one of the worst houses he'd ever seen. And that's not to mention the lack of landscaping or drainage. Nothing but regret for us.

Great sales team. Working with the developer was great. Consistent and transparent in providing information on Phase II development progress. Can be confident that you are getting accurate information. Options for selecting finishes, appliances and other items can be limiting. For example, we wanted a free standing tub, which should be a standard option, but was not available. Instead had to get the surround tub, which in my opinion is more costly to build out. From day one when i walked into the property office and was greeted by Laurie, until the keys were put in my hand by Riki, this was a great experience. Thought Pulte was a step up from budget builders like KB. They had many issues during construction that we had to stay on top of. Then when we moved in still many more unresolved. We're now working with them to resolve so they will hopefully come through.

The attention to detail or lack there of really was disappointing. Lots of bumps in the road and still finding the little things that were sloppy in the craftsmanship. You can tell that everything was done with speed not care. Don’t even get me started with the sales representative.

This is my third build with Pulte homes! I have always been please with their attention to detail and willingness to come correct any issues. My first build was in 1989, second in 2000 and this last one in 2020. Great teams every time!

Our house was not built very well. Our ceilings look awful. The house is built cheap and the quality looks nothing like the model. The workers don’t show up when they’re supposed to make repairs and they don’t do a good job on the repairs. We have broken baseboards that no one has fixed our driveway concrete is sloppy and doesn’t look good. I would not recommend pulte to anyone

Thrown up as fast as possible and the small details have been very overlooked. Their contractors lack the quality they should be showing their clients and the customer ends up having that fight with Pulte and Pulte tries to get away with as much as possible.

After moving in we noticed the Drywall texturing on our home was extremely bad. You can see lines, holes, defects, and areas that was not finished or sanded, etc. To date, workers have spent 5 days of re-texturing and sanding. And now, 3 days so far, of painting our home and probably another 2 ti 3 days to finish painting Then, they need to send cleaning crew to clean as well as cleaning the air ducts due to ALL the dust that have accumulated. Pulte's Quality control should have caught this issues prior to move.

Covid has delayed everything in my experience with Pulte (is what I'm told) this year. I've lived in my home for 3 months & still have several workmanship issues that were notified by my overworked field manager & still haven't received notice from another rep whose supposed to schedule our appts to get these items fixed. It's caused significant delay in being able to unpack & things which need fixed after getting worse.

Considering that this is a new construction, my expectation was much higher. During the first month, I had reported many issues that have not been addressed in a timely fashion, meaning takes weeks to get things done on warranty. Before you go to the Design Center try to get an interior designer. It will help you get the most design for your buck. You want someone that works for you. You don't want to spend unnecessary money on upgrades you can get later. Focus on the bones of the house, such as pony walls, baseboards, lighting, staircases....things that you would not want to rip out and replace after you move in. And please, do not get a balcony for your bedroom...its so unnecessary! I also recommend the cabinets but not the hardware, You can buy that later. I also do not recommend buying the appliances...you can do ...

Some features listed as upgrades could be of better quality (cabinets). Paint coverage could better throughout. Instruction on home amenities such as how do you turn on the fireplace? Should leave paint for owners so they can touch up various paint issues (interior wall and trim and outside wall and trim) so contact with customer service is not only reduced but issues are corrected quicker.

We got a good deal our house, but if you're OCD in any way, don't go with Pulte. The longer I've been here the more I've noticed how the air vents, lights, outlets, etc. are not lined up with each other which is shocking. The trim board is literally cardboard and doesn't seem of high quality. Also, we had an issue with a door handle not working within the first 30 days. The builder just dropped the parts off at our door for us to fix it ourselves. He didn't ring the doorbell or anything. That was also shocking to me.
