Design center needs to take extra time to make sure the buyer understands everything that is being selected. The overall quality of construction is great. The cleanup before the home owner could be better. We have a lot of grout that is smeared all over the tiles. It will take a long time to clean it. The tile installer was good on the floor but the kitchen back splash and shower stall tile could be better. The grout in the shower was very sloppy and the cleanup wasn't done properly. No one seemed to care when I expressed my concern.

We have always heard of Pulte’s reputation for customer service. This is why we decided to build with them. We loved our salesperson, and builder. We love the design of the home. The only issue we have is with some of the options they offer. The materials can be sub-par, and for this price point we expected better. We have built 5 homes, so we know what to expect. We lived in another state, so we were not able to keep watch or monitor progress as we would have if we lived in the area. The whole process was top notch compared to other builders I have bought from.

While workmanship is decent, numerous issue around the subdivision including ingress/egress issues and drainage issues. Columbus staff has not been responsive except with generic vague responses nor seem trustworthy at this point.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish when I built my new Pulte home at Gramercy Park. Laura Robertson personalized my home by focusing on what was important to me in my new home. She made the process of building easy and was very responsive to my questions. Spencer Mackey built a beautiful home for me and has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am completely happy with my new home. I would highly recommend Pulte homes and their excellent quality and the exceptional customer service experience that they deliver.

In comparison to a custom home builder the quality of our Pulte home is poor. Walls aren't straight, tile is crooked, windows aren't level, and paint work is lousy. Perhaps all production builders have the same bad quality, but for this pricetag you should be able to expect better workmanship! I won't buy another Pulte house!

We bought the Parklane home and the buying process was easy. The home came out beautifully and we couldn't be more happier. Our project manager was always available to answer any questions or concerns.

I had a very positive experience from first tour through and after move in. My sales consultant, Justin, was very knowledgeable and knowledgeable. The Design Center staff worked with me to stay in budget, while incorporating the features I most wanted. I never felt pressured to buy upgrades. My field manager, Sofia, was incredible. She was so supportive, attentive, and worked very hard to meet my move in date requirements. I am very grateful to both Justin and Sofia for everything they did to make this as stress free as possible. The end result - I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW HOME!

Excellent builders!! If you are going with their own mortgage loan, make sure you have every document available- that was the stressful part, the building process was fast and my home is beautiful!!

Seamless process, exceptional customer service, and workmanship and quality that sets Pulte apart from every other builder. This was my first Pulte home, but will certainly not be my last.

We do not have any issues with our sales consultant. The issue is in the quality of the materials used and the workmanship. We are also having a difficult time in getting Pulte to respond to repairs that are required. I would recommend that you tour a completed home prior to committing and do not use the models as your guide for materials and workmanship.

Low quality contractors, work completed is subpar for the money spent.

I just want to start out by saying I was excited about my new home when I first started this process. I am very disappointed and traumatized by your company. First, problem was with your lender and I feel I was treated unfairly and scrutinized but the bigger issue was after I closed. The Pulte representative I worked with forgot to offer me a patio in the initial stages. During the final walk thru, due to concerns from my lender about the drop off at the back of the house Pulte would put a patio in after closing. I closed May 22, 2020. The closing was amended with the patio to be installed by June 6. On May 30, the Pulte rep contacted me and my realtor to let us know the patio would be installed that week. My realtor asked her if I needed to be home to let them in. The Pulte rep stated “no”. I had not been staying at the home because the stores were not able to deliver my furniture. I came to the home June 6 and discovered my home had been broken into. The door from the kitchen to the garage was busted open and the frame was pulled from the drywall. The patio had been installed the patio and there were mud tracks only from the patio door to the damage garage. I called the Pulte rep to tell her the concrete company did this. She was adamant they had not done it and stated they did not come into my home at all. I investigated more and theare were concrete splatters on my floors inside my home and all on the back of my house. I made a police report. The Pulte rep never sent anyone to check it out and went on vacation. Long story short, Pulte rep admitted (in writing) that the concrete people hired by Pulte broke into my home. The Pulte rep stated that the 2 workers that broke into my home had gotten fines for not wearing hard hats and were mad about it. So they took it out on my home and broke in my house. The Pulte rep. stated that it would get fixed by her or the concrete company. It is July 21, 2020, almost two months later and it is still not fixed. This is very distressing because I am unable to secure my door. It has caused a great deal of distress and anxiety for me and my child. Also I was told that the men that did it were fired. This is not true one of the men that broke into my home is still out here working. I know he did it because when I investigated with my neighbor’s I have someone who identified him going under my garage and I also asked this individual a few days after this incident and he reported him and his crew did the patio for my home. So I know who did it and he continues to work out here with out any consequences. I have attempted to contact the supervisor for my Pulte rep or the division manager. I called the customer care line and left messages, no one has called me back. This is a serious matter and if this how Pulte handles issues I can not or will not recommend you to anyone and due to the fact of that no one has been responding to me maybe you will respond when legal action is taken. ... The buying experience went well. They were responsive but had limited flexibility on the new home. Overall we are very happy with the house.

The whole sales process was amazing, when it came to building that when we started having issues. We have issues in our home that still need to be fixed. we thought we had a 30 day evaluation check list but that was all lies. We are still missing a rack from our stove and Zack the construction manager said he ordered but that was a month ago and still haven't revived it. I and very dissatisfied with the construction part of the home, and something need to change quick.

Pulte takes care of you! From start to finish the building process is communicated to you each step of the way!

This was a fail. The buying experience was not what we expected. The option prices at the design center were 25-30% higher than the options price sheet from the sales office. This was very disaappointing considering the price sheet was printed 5 weeks before our appointment with the design center. We had to scramble to revise most of our carefully pre-selected options on the spot as each one was itemized for us. We can tell this didn’t bode well with the consultant who looked irked from the start. Post sale experience is regrettable too. Good luck with trying to contact the warranty center. Add this review tobthat horror story. The only bright spots from this experience are the professionalism of the Pulte mortgage staff, sales consultant Laurel and the FM Joel. ... More

Sales is outstanding. The agent on site in the model is top notch. The build process is tried and true. Quality and workmanship is solid. The financing process through Pulte Mortgage is excellent. However, upon occupancy customer service in the field falls down in addressing outstanding issues.

Good house for the money. Had some issues during construction that required re-do. Need to stay on top of things or they won't get done.
