Any new home will have some odd and end things needing corrected, however Clark has been so understanding and responsive to correcting issues! Absolutley a great experience and thankful for our new home!

Rushed house. Promised they would make it right. Have not fixed a single thing in over 90 days. Never should have signed for the house. Home owners shouldn't be pressured into signing papers on house until things are right. Pulte only seems to care about you until you close on your house, COVID is not an excuse. There are plenty of things to fix on the outside of the home.

Great home with lots of small issues

During the process of building this home we had a building manager who failed to address multiple issues addressed by my building inspector. Halfway through this process that manager was “fired” and replaced another who did address all of our issues and responded quickly. The closing process was smooth, meetings with everyone went well and our needs were being met... until closing. We signed off on our house at closing after speaking with the new building manager regarding problems that arose during our blue tape inspection. Customer service was outstanding from the time we looked at homes until we signed with Pulte and paid our money. We didn't get our keys the day we signed. Move-in day keys still weren't ready and it seemed all customer service ended. When we finally got the keys, so did all the guidance on how to get registered as a resident with the HOA. Two months later we are still discovering areas we were supposed to have been given information from the business center at move-in (i.e., back gate). The whole entire process was smooth and even after our house is closed, Pulte is still responsive in handling issues that needed to be handled. They certainly care about their buyers’ complete satisfaction both before and after closing.

We had the best sales person and field managers. Keeping in constant communication throughout the building process is crucial. We checked our house several times a week. All issues and concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. Although there were a few things we would have liked to change overall we are very happy with our new home.

The quality is par - these are workers not craftsman; wish I could send photos of our upgraded paint work - we purchase upgraded paint (white walls and gray trim.). Our gray trim work should have clean lines - this isn’t the case, we have gray smeared into the floor and walls. We were told that they have replaced those workers for others but how does that help us know, as we now need to hire real painters to fix the paint. And not to mention our front door ( outside) looks like a three year old painted it. As for the material used - all we can say is that it’s cheap, unless you upgrade ...

Just check in often and take LOTS of pictures

If you chose Pulte you just need to make sure you check in almost daily. Take pictures of defective or incorrect work for documentation, also take pictures of where your plumbing is in the whole house so it is less likely to hit a pipe down the road. Make sure you check that the options you paid for are actually getting installed.

Our home itself is a nice home and we got it for a great value. Everyone I have worked with at Pulte has been pleasant and usually helpful. There have been issues though: The sliding back door was stiff as can be upon move in, and we had to realign it ourselves. The door to the airlock/laundry room does not fully close unless you give it a good push into position. There's a gap in the grout of our shower. The doorbell rang a couple of times when we first moved in then stopped working completely within a week. Despite reporting it as an issue multiple times, no one has been by to fix it in ...
