We still haven't had our 30 day walk through where we do have areas of concern. There will always be doubt due to how the buying and follow up processes have been executed. This probably will fall on death ears.

Kitchen cabinet for the waterfall island was misplaced. When i asked why, i was told that's the way the vendor made it..which didn't make sense. A week after moving in, i noticed the island wasn't done properly. I reached out to the field manager. Was told that's the way they did it. This wasn't true as that wasn't the case for another home i saw. Till date the issue has not be fixed. I gave a 3 star overall cos other aspect of the home was average.

Beautiful home

There were lack of details in finish. When we did our final inspection on our closing day, we found several issues such as dirty floor, stained kitchen faucet, missing pendant lights, missing cabinet piece in kitchen island, not levelled cabinet door, visible nail marks on molding, construction debris on roof, and etc. Although the majority of these were addressed, we are still waiting for our pendant lights and new kitchen faucet after two months. In addition, our driveway and walkway were poured more than 7 weeks after moving in. Our yards still not graded, so we might not be able to put grass seeds this year although we moved in spring. It is frustrated not being able to enjoy what we already have paid in full. The most frustrating issue is with our hardwood floors. We have hardwood floors on all three floors, but we found out that there were a lot of drywall dust trapped inside of grains of hardwood floor pieces. We raised this issue during the final inspection and basically got no solution. After trying few different methods, we realised we need to manually get the dust out of individual grain using a small screw driver. I stopped almost immediately because it could damage the hardwood pieces. Therefore, it looks like we are stuck with dirty hardwood pieces because they have no intention of cleaning for us. I believe this could have been prevented during the construction if the work was done more carefully or the floor was put after drywall was completed. It is definitely disappointed to see these floors every day. We feel that we deserve a better quality finish product, considering the price of the house and the payment was made on the closing day. Please check all the details of your house as much as possible before moving in and make sure that the majority of work gets done immediately after your inspection. I actually think the final inspection should take place few weeks before the closing day instead of closing day, so the issues can be fixed prior to move in or closing. The Central Point community appears very nice, but the interiors of the homes are not as attractive as they should be due to a lack of high quality workmanship. Additionally, my home buying experience with Pulte Homes was very disappointing. My celebration walkthrough was performed while my home was incomplete and while there were serious paint issues everywhere. I also required multiple independent home inspections before being able to feel comfortable with my purchase, and I did not appreciate being rushed to sign on my home before a passing inspection was obtained. Pulte Homes has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs work, and I strongly advise all future home buyers to obtain an independent inspection before purchasing. ... More

Double and triple check every detail during your walkthrus especially concerning electiical work. You may be told prior to purchase that your townhouse will look exactly like the models. It won't. Models have pavers and wrought iron railings. The entrance walkways to townhouses have concrete walkways and very few have wrought iron railings

The quality of work is extremely poor, the finishingwork such as the trim, paint is very disappointing for being a pulte home. In Charlotte NC, Pulte had a reputation for Excellence but i havnt found it hear in the Johns island Arbor community which i bought in. I spent over $500,00 buying and adding items to my home. Im still waiting on my punch list to be completed and I closed on march 13th 2020, I understand about the corona19 ut had no contact after being g told it would be taken care of.

the quality of the home was excellent, the quality of the yard and landscaping was poor

we had built a new house with Pulte and we really love. Our field manager was a great guys. we had no problem with him. He make him available every time we need anything or a questions.

We were fortunate to be able to buy a beautiful model home with views of the Las Vegas strip. We were also able to purchase the tastefully decorated furniture and decor.

Our rating states it all. We are so happy with the Westgate model in the Boca Flores community. If you are looking for a one stop shopping experience from selection of models and finishes to financing and closing, Pulte is the homebuilder for you. It all started when we met Pam, Pulte Sales Consultant. Her engaging personality coupled with her knoweldge of the Builder and Community sold us on the property. She introduced us to neighbors who popped in to say hi while on their walks so when we moved in - it felt like "home". She is a value-added asset to the Pulte team. She will be missed by all when the community is complete. Ryan, Field Manager, consistently demonstrates his uncompromising focus in the area of quailty assurance and responsiveness to issues, even after we moved in. He is a man of his word. He too has an engaging personality and who is clearly dedicated to exceeding expectations. He too will be missed when the community is complete. Eric, Property Manager, has addressed our 30 day warrently needs in an expeditious and friendly manner. It can be overwhelming the first month of move-in. He kept us informed on the progress of fixing minor issues and reminded us to complete all the warrenty requirements on our appliances, water heater and air conditioner. I should mention that the Pulte contract crews are also amazing. They are skilled craftsman in their trade and clearly take pride in their workmanship. Very professional and friendly. Customer service is excellent. However, some problems with the home: They skimped on the interior paint, it is just an obligatory color coat and is easily removed by any contact. For a well-into six-figures home, I expected better. There are also some other problems that should not be occurring in a house with the advertising claims that are made. I would expect this from a lesser builder, not Pulte.

Still waiting for repairs, master bathroom mirror, fan switch in the master and family room and very unhappy with the baseboards there a 1/2” to 1” gaps from the door frames throughout the home. Some areas they did correctly but for the most part it looks terrible

The entire buying process was simple and quick, great communication all the way through. The house is built beautifully and the couple of small cosmetic fixes were taken care of right away! A+

In general we've had a very good experience with Pulte, quality homes. Some details that need to be repair though.

Affordable, creative, open floor plans.

Overall our home is great, however there are noticeable instances where you can tell the construction was done just good enough. The floors are all sloping, the stairs creaking and the paint job that they did was rushed at best.

Everyone has been very professional.
