For the price paid our expectations were higher. We are unfortunately frustrated and surprised by the lack of responsiveness to multiple concerns we had and have now. Hoping for some resolution sooner than later.

I would say the overall quality & service is good, although it's not as perfect as themselves claimed. My new house has a broken hole on the drywall on a not so noticeable corner, and one of my bathroom blinds as a part of the paid package, is askew severely. For the hole, I personally didn't find it during the "house quality celebration" before close, and for the blinds, they installed a portion of them after "house quality celebration", which makes me have to go through customer service and wait for some extra time. Except for a rush close, I would say they're overall good, I got timely responses from customer service(although due to CVOID-19, it may take longer). Pulte's people are quite nice and willing to help answer questions I have. People also help introduce my new house very clearly, and the overall value for the price paid is also not bad. ... More

Pulte was the worst experience ever from the time we started to the time we closed. The communication throughout the entire process was horrible. The only ones who were great was the design center. Our person who was in charge of the house during the process of it being built was Jackson. He failed many times at communicating things to us, fixing issues we had and staying on top of the workers. A couple of times when we came by during the build the workers had their children while bricking our house and then the end result of the brick on our house is now being fixed after being fixed 3 times prior to this! We were not impressed with pulte, save your self trouble and go to another company! The quality of Pulte is just ridiculous. I’ve seen way better and have had better experience with a previous builder. The only reason we stayed was because of the location however this isn’t even worth it to us now looking back. Great experience

The Pulte salesperson separated from Pulte just after I signed the purchase agreement in January. I was not able to do a walk-through to view the construction progress. I did a walk through the morning of the closing in mid-March and everything looked okay except for a few missing upgrades that the sales rep had verbally promised. The governor issued a Covid 19 "stay-at-home" order so no repairs can be addressed at this time. The essentials are working fine... HVAC, electricity, plumbing, water... My repair list is long but does not include any major concerns. I've purchased and added weather stripping for the drafty doors that will just need some adjustment. I fixed the door bell by moving the wires so now it has just the one chime... it goes just "ding", but not "ding -dong". Thanks to YouTube I have fixed the balance shoes and pins on the windows. In some cases the pins are completely missing so the windows cannot stay open. I've taped down where the wood floor has raised splinters so it doesn't injure my stocking feet. Unfortunately the Pulte Warranty Manager, like the sales representative, was released from employment. He had kept a list of all my needed repairs and had planned to address them as soon as Covid would allow workers to resume employment. Need more attention to quality and details..

Build Quality is not great. Especially dry wall. Sales person could have been supportive during option selection.

This is my first house, i really like the quality of Pulte and design but the only thing was few minor details were not discussed not a major issue but like gas connection at the backyard patio and light fixture at gathering room.. rest everything is great.

Very nice location and home

I was not pleased with my Pulte home. Upon my moving in the air conditioning unit completely malfunction and I had to air for many hours on my move in date, not to mention water dripping from my master closet. I also experience electrical issues, where my main line was cut and I was without power for over 5 days. This has not been a great experience at all!

Pulte has a member of their team to walk you through every step of the process.

I need things repaired. My shower door is literally, falling off and is cracked. It’s been two months and no one has even scheduled. There are other issues too but this is an emergency and the builder doesn’t seem to care.

Mostly satisfied under the current prevailing conditions of Lock down. Coordinating nearby inter state move has been challenging. Couldn't move for 2 months after closing. A shout out to Lori [Sales Person] and Nick [Housing Manager] for their helpful guidance during entire process.

The entire process was professional and transparent. All parties involved including sales, service and mortgage were professional and went above and beyond what was expected to make sure we were happy. Highly recommended

We picked up a really nice home from Pulte. I’m picky, so there are things that could be better. That said, I’m massively impressed. Our last home was built by KB Homes. Hands down, Pulte built a better product and treated us better than KB ever did.

After closing the house .. Pulte Doesnt respond to there customers and lot of negligence

If you are not an advocate Pulte will try and pull things over on you to meet their deadlines etc. great neighborhood but house quality and transparency by pulte is poor

Smooth process in buying the house

Construction of my 4th new home just happened to be slightly ahead of the pandemic. The mandated downtime made me look closer at workmanship and materials. I noticed several issues that I’ve requested action on, to no avail. Employees come and go, each promise timely service and then disappear. I resolve some issues myself without the hassle of trying to arouse the interest of the come-and-go Pulte workers.

we are a first time home buyers and the experience with Pulte has been slendid. The impression I had on the very first day and the aprroach and trustworthiness I had continued till the complete process was completed. The timelines were well communicated, well followed. SPECIAL THANKS AND KUDOS TO Kelly and Corey for great job done. The experience couldn't be better.

We are very happy with our experience working with Pulte on our new home in Greyhawk, Naples FL. The Pinnacle Model is amazing and the community is just what we were looking for...!
