The sales manager/assistant and the Pulte's home inspector were great in everything.

Was extremely excited about purchasing this new home from Pulte. the Sales representative (Tom) demonstrated to be very fair, honest and upfront about this purchase and assisted me in making great selections / upgrades. The onsite finance representative in my opinion was not attentive with my paperwork and failed to return phone calls. When it was time for me to choose the options AFTER I signed a contract the Design team member demonstrated poor customer service, I felt rushed during the limited time frame allotted, several options that I preferred just two days before our scheduled meeting was then advised specific options / selections were NOW discontinued. The limited color selections desired were not available, such as a grey color carpet selection was not available only through an upgrade. This practice compels buyer to spend more money. I choose not to select items such as gutters, garage door openers, kitchen backsplash to be included for various reasons. Was disappointed when the design team member failed to inform me that on the day of our appointment a third party vendor was present to offer for sale additional options for the home. I utilized the Pulte Mortgage option (Colorado) extremely happy with Ari during the entire process. From our initial recorded conversation he always demonstrated to be professional, always available and was prompt in retuning calls or explaining the task at hand. My initial case manager was useless (Kim) and after a month with no response I was informed she no longer worked for Pulte. So for over one month my loan application was not being addressed. Was then assigned April to assist and was very disappointed with her in fact after she provided me with mis information I had to escalate my concerns to someone else and only then was my concerns being addressed. Subsequent to shopping for the best rate I decided to use Pulte Mortgage due to the incentive that was being offered. I was assigned John as the field construction manager and felt he was responsive to my concerns, provided relevant information and exhibited his experience and willingness to ensure the buyer was satisfied within his control. I MUST take the opportunity to express my dissatisfactory especially towards the "drywall" contractors, and "painters" hired by Pulte to perform in my view sub standard and poor craftsmanship work. The amount of money buyers spend on these houses, in my view, should never be subjected to using inexperienced, incompetent trade workers. I can only point blame on PULTE as they hire these vendors and continue to use them hoping the buyer ignores the poor craftsmanship work performed. I am NOT the only buyer with this sentiment. I also don't think its fair on the project managers who desperately try their best to provide a great finished product and prior to closing and beyond their compelled to repeatedly summon the contractors to redo their work. Since I was available I watched this entire process from start to finish some things in my opinion could have been avoided if the Builder (Pulte) would utilize more proficient and experienced contractors and subcontractors. Construction and field team were great, low ratings were purely the result of sales team member we dealt with.

Our building supervisor was awesome. Very attractive to any questions or concerns. The sales team was great. Wish we would have upgraded cabinets to wood as the laminate is not the greatest. Overall has been a really good experience.

Some sloppy finishing work that needs fixed. Paint in interior is terrible. But overall everything else in the home was finished quickly and nicely.

Everyone on the team from sales to construction to customer care to closing did a wonderful job. Great experience!

Our buying process was very smooth. Great responsiveness from Pulte.

We are happy with our home. Quality and workmanship as good as any home I have built in past. Value is comparable to the area. Time will tell but so far so good.

I have had nothing but issues, then with the virus nothing getting repaired, once I HAD to give a good review nothing got fixed.

This is my second Pulte home and I Love my house inside and out. The build was a great and exciting experience and the value & quality of my home is top notch!

Each step was thoroughly explained

The home itself and the sales person are fine, The title company was rude and unresponsive. The follow up on punch list items is hampered by covid so not fair to rate.I did find Pulte very inflexible with regard to final walk through which cost us a lot of money and time.

I had never purchased or built a Pulte home. The process and people involved were terrific. Designing and building the home was much easier than I thought it would be. I lived far away during the entire process and the Covid-19 virus complicated my ability to travel to see the home. The Pulte team made me feel like I was there. They were responsive to every question, followed-up on anything I asked. I received frequent updates from the team with photos and videos. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Pulte and would not hesitate to use them again.

I didn’t really want to move here. I had lived in Carrollton for over forty years and many of my friends are there, but family concerns took precedent...the house of fine. It’s built like a tank, but the garage is ridiculously small. That’s my only beef...everything else is fine. The neighborhood is cool.

This is our first home and I'd say that except for a small detail we're pretty happy. So far we didn't find any major defects or things that can't be quickly solved with the exception of one thing: a fan on the roof. The architect (i'm guessing) thought it was a great idea to put a high power fan on the very top of the building, dead center in the middle on our master bedroom roof. We're trying to figure out, still unsuccessfully, what to do about it.

Many systems in the house are very good but poorly integrated. Very good HVAC, very good home controls, good lighting but the ceilings in the house have holes everywhere. None of the systems are aesthetically aligned, multiple access panels for service, each contractor did what they wanted without any overall management. Cleaners came in and ruined stained doors and trim by using bleach and water to sanitize home. Kitchen cabinets are not commercial. Installer drove nails through the side of cabinets, smeared putty all over finished surfaces, cabinet trim fell off, scratches everywhere, no trim around dishwashers, no trim around laundry room cabinets, more issues than I can list. The amount of rework required to resolve ceiling integration, re-stain the woodwork,, and replace cabinets will require us to move out for a few weeks. The only reason we proceeded with the sale was because of the current field superintendent and sales person. By the way, we went thru 3 field superintendents during the build of the home. Excellent Service

Homebuying experenice was easy, pleasant and professional. Staff was very responsive and extremely helpful. Communication was excellent and always done in a timely manner. Love the high quality granite, flooring, appliances and open concept foor plan.

So many issues with this house and moving in was the hardest. Broken promises from the builder who lied to me and feel tricked into buying a PULTE home

Pulte's response to issues that have come up since we moved in has been extremely disappointing. They do not follow up with you. The warranty department doesn't respond in a timely manner. I have water running into our home every time it rains. This has gone on for 3 weeks. No one has come out to repair it. Construction bins constantly have trash and garbage spilling onto the ground. This is vey unprofessional. I've told our friends we have made a mistake building with Pulte. They do not keep their promises after the closing. During construction I used to receive constant reports, I received important and clear information. Team was available and with prompt and clear answers to my questions. Warranty team is also very attentive.

Pulte was responsive to our concerns of after sale issues. While the finishing painters were not the best and I would have a hard time calling the landscapers...landscapers, over all we love the house and are pleased with our purchase. Our salesperson was the best! And our coordinator for picking out interior design was also good, she really knew how to put everything together.

Purchased a brand new townhouse from Pulte- the property was priced per market and the added upgrades were good too. How er, with being in the house for 2 months, we are starting to see creaking floor at one place (it’s a brand new house), issues with the air conditioners, bathroom hardware not fixed properly and the wall paint is so fragile that the slightest of touch while walking up and down the stairs with boxes is creating major marks. I have not put in a request to fix these yet due to COVID but will see how fast they fix these issues. Other the other hand, the community has been developed nicely and the entire transaction with Pulte for closing using their financier went without much hassle. ... More

Paid extra for an upgrade. Not worth it. Tiles & Grout were not sealed. Tiles have stained marks & excess grout. Bannister missing screws and nut bolt exposed. A toilet is loose. Vents/Extractors in bathrooms very inefficient. Places for show only. Paint lines crooked. White paint on the metal rails. POWER keeps tripping. Outside railing not stained. Garage and driveway excess cement not cleaned. Garden not weeded before closing. 30 day walk through still not done.
