My house had A LOT OF. Unfinished/ lose / scratch / parts the first day one of the towel hanger on the master bathroom come part and I was noticeable that the screws was loose and several other issues I highly doubt I will NOT purchase another home from Pulty .

Compare to other new construction houses ,Pulty model house is simple design, not special at all. We found out lot of issues when we walked through the house after it built and the whoever person in charge promised he would fix the problem but which he missed multiple area not fixed at all. We are kind of disappointed. The material they used are super cheap. After we moved in not even a month , the paint on the wall started to peel off. All the material they used my professional friend said it’s the cheapest one can not last longer time. About the house pricing ... I can say the seller really good at selling. Workmanship sloppy in areas. Paint applied with one coat most places; lacks quality finishing detail touches throughout; bathroom sink smeared with glue. Sound proofing concern - can hear toilet flushing and sink draining through pipes above our bedroom. Screening on porch was lowest quality screen size. Will say that appliances, cabinetry seem good quality. Haven't had full experience with warranty/repair team due to corona virus limiting people into home. Communication was lacking from project manager until build almost complete - supposed to have walk through prior to sheet rock going up, but somehow didn't know 50% of sheet rock was put up prior to our walk thru. Ease of installing cable/internet was pushed at us all along due to the prewiring system, unfortunately wiring was stuck somewhere between floors and took the supervisor 3 hours to fix, this after cable guy also spent 3 hours. On positive side, sales experience was positive, design team and experience was great. We do love our neighborhood and hope no bigger issues arise! ... More

As a first time home builder I had access to the resources and support I needed to help the process run smoothly and finish ahead of schedule. All segments of the process from sales to property management were professional and timely.

People who work for Pulte are not good at all professional. The work they did for my home is below par and if we ask why you did it like this they say we need to put service requests all the time. Even service requests we put a month ago no one responded yet..still waiting on fixes for all the substandard work They did.

Be prepared for construction issues.

Some basics things not include. For a house 300 k , u can not have a bath tub, upgrade. That’s insane. Thanks pulte

First, we love the location and the house as a whole. The layout is great and the house has plenty of storage compared to our last home. We are completely satisfied with the products used to build the home such as the appliances, flooring, faucets, etc. That being said, we have had problems with the details of the finished product. Primarily details in craftsmanship such as flawed cabinets being installed and left as finished, cracked granite counter top, return flex duct in the attic not properly attached and sucking in hot attic air, just to name a few. All avoidable with attention to detail from the trades and construction managers but this seems to be a theme after to talking to several neighbors. Initially, responsiveness to issues was a problem but with our new construction manager the process has seemed to smooth out. On a side note, we moved in in late March of 2020 so COVID-19 has delayed anything being repaired but that is entirely understandable. ... More

Good team work

We lived in St. Pete and could only visit to look and purchase twice. Then one in early construction. We were given feedback often and when we arrived to move house was nearly perfect. We appreciate your warantee team as they have done great work.

Throughout the process from meeting Luis in sales to Doug, our field manager, the experience was pretty awesome. From August to March I had a thousand questions and they both took the time to always answer them and meet with me when they needed to. Always with a smile. The homes in the neighborhood I bought in were and are being built by several builders and after looking at them all, Pulte was my choice. I could not be happier with my new home! Thank you Luis and Doug!!

many new appliances that were and are broken; missing outside trim; two electrical problems; retile of the entire house needed.

I would definitely recommend Pulte to my friends and family.

Overall pretty impressed with the quality of the home. Warranty response has been quick for any small issues. Would recommend!

The best advice we were given and didn't follow was "Don't settle until everything is correct!". We believed the people we spoke to had our best interest at heart. However, once they had our money, we were less of a priority...and we still are! We settled right as the pandemic took hold of the country. We appreciate that they needed to keep their workers safe. We only wish they had corrected all of the blue and green tape items that had been mark and promises they had made to us prior to us closing. Additionally, we are now finding out just how much "misinformation" we were given during our sales meeting. We had felt very comfortable with the sale person, but now realize just how much misinformation we were given. BEWARE! We'd love to talk to someone from Pulte about these issues! ... More

Beware you can get decision fatigue from all the choices you have to make when you design a home from scratch. At one point we said yes to a shower head upgrade that Pulte charged $1,700 for and we later found on Amazon for $149. When we pointed that out, they were unwilling to make an adjustment. Otherwise, the buying experience was very pleasant. Unfortunately, our move in has been postponed indefinitely because of the corona pandemic, so we can't speak to how livable the house is just yet.
