Had two mayor issues within the 1st month. 1. Howling through the windows. If there is any wind outside, you hear a howling sound coming from the windows. Improper installation or manufacturing problems. Unknown. But windows will probably need to be replaced which is a mayor inconvenience. 2. AC has not worked properly since I moved in about month and half ago. AC tech's have been by the house twice and problem still present. Did not expect mayor issues like this from a new house. Maybe minor issues yes but not like this. Somewhat disappointed.

The team has been great. That said finish work was not as expected.

Overall, we are finally happy with the house. We have owned a Pulte home in the past and when we were looking for our retirement home, the location and design of the house was superior to anything we had been considering and we decided to buy again from Pulte. My only "complaint" was the overall build process. Things started out as expected. Patti J., our sales person, was exceptional. She was always there for answering questions and guidance, and still is. The issue was with the multiple construction managers who were in-charge of the site during the build and the communication issues that they had. Because of the manager "churn", the closing was delayed from the agreed on date. We planned our move into the house with enough buffer so this was really not a problem. After move in, we had to have Pulte come back and correct multiple issues, raised during the build process, which are just being completed now (6 weeks after move in). Once the third construction manager (John) arrived on site responsiveness improved greatly but he could not overcome issues caused by the churn of the previous two managers. Overall, we are very please with the house and the service provided by our sales person third construction manager. Pulte worst builder ever I had to deal with, poor customer service and poor quality, from twisted walls to uneven windows

Be thoroughly aware during inspection. Ask questions and don’t be pressured to buy.

We love the home we chose. But there are and. Have been several small issues and lack of attention to detail in the construction of our home.

Very poor customer experience before construction and Poor service after construction.. One time.. the Sales consultant told me to get out of the Sales office without any reason when I was asking some clarification, Change on the plan, and Requesting some documents for lot premium..(How it would be decided and any rule or process followed to come up with the premium amount.) About the HOA... They have specified the 2 digit number all time till before Closing.. and they strike out the HOA amount and changed to 3 digit number just before signing that HOA page time of closing. During walk though... Just get side/off tracked by the customer engineer and never gave proper time to review the home. :( ... More

I’m still not receiving any US mail since Pulte gave us the incorrect city and zip code. The materials used are cheap, things put together too fast. Sloppy job. Appliances are not high quality either.

Pleased overall with product and experience.

Our field manager was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to address our questions or any concerns we had. He always followed through with any requests we had and was kind enough to always send pictures of the house's progress (as we did not live in the area). We feel that the home we built with Pulte is of top quality and was built to last throughout our retirement. We are very glad that we chose Pulte to build with! We did look at other builders, but none of them had the quality or the floor plan that we wanted. Also, our sales person was wonderful as well. She was very knowledgeable about the homes, and helped us to ultimately decide which model to build. She was always very helpful in answering all of our many questions and concerns as well. Framers and drywall guys were horrible, field managers could care less went through 3 field managers till finally someone would listen to our concerns. Delayed several months , every time we pointed out build issues they moved onto the next house.

Everyone involved in the process from viewing the models up to the move in of my home was always so pleasant and helpful and most times went over and beyond, especially Trish with Pulte Mortgage. I’m so happy that I chose Pulte for my forever home!

We moved in almost 2 months ago and we still have issues from before closing that have not been resolved.

Looks nice but the not really satisfy with the quality of product used. Lots of cosmetic things are unfinished. Tried to reach the builder but said to contact costumer service, did but no response.

Pulte was great to work with. The construction manager was outstanding to deal with. Although we did have a few post move in issues, they have quick fix.

Need to improve repressiveness on issues that are still outstanding from the final walk thru. They were marked but never were completed our fixed.

We've had the best experience with Pulte. They have been professional and timely with each step of the process. We are in love with our new home!

Good home and loved it

Pulte provided us with a new home with exceptional workmanship and quality. Throughout the construction process they kept us informed, regularly. When a concern came to their attention it was addressed and resolved to both our satisfaction. We highly recommend the Pulte Group.

Construction manager was very good with walk thru. He pointed out issues I did not see. after closing all issues were addressed. Pain job was perfect. any concerns were addressed. Have talked to other people who did not buy Pulte and they had horror stories. Glad we bought Pulte. This is not our first new house so we have had ugly in the past, so we know VERY GOOD AND PULTE MEETS THIS

Upgrade the house itself. Upgrade certain basics after move in. Great building process and supervisors.

This was my first time building a home and felt like I made the right decision in a builder. The people I worked with directly, especially the construction managers, seemed to be devoted to quality and proud of the work they did. While I am not giving 5 stars to the value for price, I feel this is a very quality home for the price I paid. I have been in the home for a little over a month and the few issues I have had have been addressed or will be addressed in a timely manner.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy a home with Pulte again. The experience has been very good. They build nice looking, high quality homes. We are in the process of finalizing remaining punch list items, but we have found the home to be very livable from closing.
