This process was mostly seamless minimal hiccups. The sales team is very prompt and responsive, the field manager was very responsive and easy to reach. We had a third party inspection prior to close which found very few issues. My only complaint is that after move in, if there are still issues that need to be addressed, they don’t respond as quickly and are slow to Address those issues so my recommendation is to have everything fixed and addressed before move in and closing.

When we moved into the condo, we found two problems that should never have happened. First they installed the wrong size damper on the heat (net result, no heat on the first floor and too much on the second). Four days later, the problem was fixed. Second, when the closet shelves were installed, the drilled through a PVC waste pipe. The leak is now fixed, but I am still waiting for them to repair the closet.

Our initial build was not what you would expect from a new home of this caliber. However, Pulte so far has stood behind making it right and getting the home where it should have been at closing. This is completely due to Kristi from the Pulte Warranty department and in no now way reflects the oversight of the initial build process. There are still 3 more vendors coming to do work with the worst one being Synergy - which in a month and 10 days after close has still not completed the work we paid for when we bought the home. Also, the tile floor is on round 3 of being fixed and is still WIP. At the end of the day, we are confident we will be where things should have been with this house. We love our new home however I think that there were some corners that were cut that gave us the impression that is less then expected. For instance, unfinished walls that aren't covering electrical wiring in the garage, the storage area and the furnace area. For the cost of a few pieces of dry wall this would not have given the appearance of cost cutting. Clean up also seemed to be an after-thought.

We had an awesome experience! Our builder, Jason, was amazing throughout every step of the process.

I feel the house was rushed and should have been built with a little more care and quality. Only a month in and submitting warrenty claims.

Many, many aspects of the home were not completed at closing. There are many flaws throughout the house.

Not pleased

I discovered a couple of issues in the construction and service. The Pulte provided a decent quality of service until the closing date. After signing on all the required paper, my request or inquiry email is not well responded. Follow-up appointments extremely hard to schedule. Pulte mortgage didn't do their job thoroughly, failing to pay to insurance company. No show for follow-up service, etc.

A few workmanship observances but the service and vale are great. All Pulte employees were wonderful to work with.

Project manager tried very hard to stay on top of crews, but fell short in drywall and paint. Drywall was not installed properly and we tried to hang a ceiling fan only to have 5 nails pop out in the ceiling. Down the hallway you could see the drywall bow and swerve in and out. Paint in carpet, across tiles and in the grout; which was never sealed, not even in the wet rooms.

There are problems with my final inspection - and more that we are finding as we live in the house.

This purchase has been a very disappointing experience. I owned Pulte before and that's why I had some comfort purchasing another Pulte home. However, that won't happen again. My very first impression was when I walked into my master bathroom on my first day as an owner...there was urine on my toilet seat. Unbelievable. Additionally, I have come to find that the quality of worksmanship is just not up to measure commensurate with the price paid. These homes are thrown up just as quickly as possible and the substandard workmanship shows. I have contacted both the site manager and the warranty manager with a myriad of issues and not one has been addressed to this day (two months after move-in). Better builders for the price! ... More

As a single homeowner, I was very impressed with the level of commitment with which I was treated. Not knowing much about home building or the process, my questions were answered quickly and in terminology that I could understand. No question was a "dumb question"! It was a wonderful feeling to go through the whole process knowing, without a doubt, that the Pulte team was with me every step of the way!

We had the best experience possible! From the very first moment we spoke to Trenton in the sales office, we knew we wanted a Pulte Home! Tyler, our Field Manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. They both made the entire process effortless and enjoyable for us! We absolutely love our home!

So far so good, I am very satisfied with the way things are going in my new home, any problems that I had, since moving in, have been taken care of in a timely fashion. Your staff of Ray and Dave have been very attentive and Pulte should be honored to have them as employees.

When contacting customer care manager or office I’m always left feeling that I’m not important to them. Too much reliance on email communication and cell phone contacts should be mandatory. The basic tone is we’re here to help with issues but you’ll just have to wait until we get back with you and not how you would like (call) but how we like (email) especially when explicitly asking for a phone call when email is ineffective due to needing to discuss issue further.

The kitchen is great. Everything else is good but not as good quality as we were expecting with what we paid for it. It looks very nice at first glance, but once you move in you notice so many details that were missed (like bathroom counters half an inch away from the wall on one side, etc.). In the building process, a lot of nice and assuring words were said that did not necessarily always happen in the end.

From start with the salesman, to the final inspection with our home builders, everything was handled professionally. We are so happy with our new home.
