We learned that we can buy new construction for same price as older homes..We did not realize a new community is a great place to meet people more then a exist. Community..new construction gives us a piece of mind no issues for a long time...Pulte has responded timely on all small issues and has made sure we are happy with our purchase

Very good process and product

Built long distance. Pulte crew kept us informed, any questions were promptly answered and any issues resolved quickly. Final walk through our expectations were surpassed. Closing went smooth. You pay a little more for Pulte, but definitely worth it!

When I had questions on anything regarding my home they always helped Brian was the one responsible for my home was great I really recommend him he's great.

We moved into the Westbury community in 2019. We had a good experience with the sales person Kelly and also our project mgmt team of Samer and Mike. We did have a couple delays for a few mistakes but Pulte and the team above made them right, and we are very happy with our end result. Don't misunderstand me you need to be proactive in your build process and watch at every step but if I did not have to move at the STUFF... UGH, I would build again with this crew and Pulte. A company is only as good as the people they have and our team is Top Notch!

We built a house in this community. We had great experience in interacting with the sale consultant, design consultant and construction manager. Everyone was patient and friendly, they listened to our need, were easy to communicate with. During the construction process, Construction Manager sent update at least biweekly or as often as needed, Responded to the questions or concerns that we had in a timely fashion. Builder did a nice work as they promised. Very trustworthy ! Our new house is beautiful and in good quality. Thank you, Pulte!

Out of necessity and no longer needing a big home my husband and I purchased a Pulte home. We loved the models and when we saw the perfect lot with emphasis on trees and a spacious lot with lawn and snow services we couldnt resist purchasing our new home. Service has been positive, prompt and polite and ultimately their aim was to please. We designed a beautiful home which are very proud to call our own and look forward to share it with family and friends.

Having been in construction all my life I have seen good craftsmanship and mediocre craftsmanship. Pulte has really good craftsmanship for this level of home. Well built, priced just right and personnel that really cares about the customer and the product they deliver. We are extremely satisfied and we recommend Pulte to everyone we talk to. Special thanks to Brian Hower for delivering a home that was stress free and making us feel like we were his only customer during the whole process.

Our field manager was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to address our questions or any concerns we had. He always followed through with any requests we had and was kind enough to always send pictures of the house's progress (as we did not live in the area). We feel that the home we built with Pulte is of top quality and was built to last throughout our retirement. We are very glad that we chose Pulte to build with! We did look at other builders, but none of them had the quality or the floor plan that we wanted. Also, our sales person was wonderful as well. She was very knowledgeable about the homes, and helped us to ultimately decide which model to build. She was always very helpful in answering all of our many questions and concerns as well. Construction manager was very good with walk thru. He pointed out issues I did not see. after closing all issues were addressed. Pain job was perfect. any concerns were addressed. Have talked to other people who did not buy Pulte and they had horror stories. Glad we bought Pulte. This is not our first new house so we have had ugly in the past, so we know VERY GOOD AND PULTE MEETS THIS
