They were great from start to finish and we closed on time !!!!

It was an absolute pleasure working with Raul, the Sales Consultant, Devonte, the Construction Manager, and Marjan, the Area Manager. Each of them played a vital role in the process. Raul, in particular, was incredibly helpful. His patience and thoroughness in explaining all the details and options were instrumental in providing clarity on what we were looking for. His expertise and guidance were key in helping us secure a beautiful house that met all our needs. Devonte's contribution was equally impressive. His commitment to ensuring all our requests were met was admirable. He not only ensured the timely delivery of the house but also demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and meticulous attention to detail throughout the process. David, our project manager was very good. He explained everything very well and kept us informed along the way. Made sure home was built correctly.

My overall experience was good. I am sure just like every other builder issues come up. I was not a fan of our construction manager as nothing seemed to get done until we closed and I started dealing with the Warranty manage. Dan has been amazing and I cant say enough about the help he has been. He truly cares and tries to resolve everything as soon as possible.

Maria was super helpful in the buying process. Jeff did a great job responding to our requests and keeping us updated in the build process.

Our home buying experience with Pulte, from start to finish, was positive and even exceeded our expectations. Any questions,concerns or issues we had were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Both Jesse and Kyle are knowledgeable professional and were easy to work with. Brandon, Katie, Danielle and Brian along with Jesse and Kyle make a great team.We highly recommend Pulte Homes at Winding Creek.

The contractors and subs used to build $1.5 mil and up homes are the same that build the $400K homes. there is no attention to detail for spending this high price tag. It's very frustrating working with warranty and construction mgrs. after closing as they are not interested anymore in getting the small items not handled before closing completed. We are 9 weeks from closing and still have NO working refrigerator. We've had 2 and both stop cooling within 2 days of being installed. Seems like refurbished appliances are being installed rather than brand new. We had to expense the purchase of a refrigerator and surprisingly, we haven't had any issues with it. No one seems to care that we don't have a working refrigerator in a $1.586 mil home! Roof was missing a 6x6 sq ft area of tile upon moving in that we found several days later, we have glass that was scratched that was to be replaced within 4 weeks that hasn't been mentioned since. The backsplash in our kitchen is not level which has been addressed with the warranty guy with no results. ...and the list goes on. It's the details that Pulte is missing and the follow up from a team that doesn't gives a crap! ... More

Pulte was very easy to work with and very responsive to any issues identified during the construction process. The project manager for our build was outstanding. The communication through out the entire process was very good and very detailed.

Everyone was incredible to work with, the experience was the best.

The process was straight forward. The agent walked through the options and price. The closing process was very efficient as most of the documents were signed online portal.

House inspection is a must to ensure everything is fine.

How did you feel about the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in? It was great experience to watch the house from dust to finished. How would you describe the quality and value of your new home? Overall was fine How was your experience with the builder’s team? Did they do what they promised? Did they respond to you in a timely fashion? About this part was kinda disappointed . First, when they start to build the inside of house . There is a lot of broken wood that they use did not replace after I sent the picture to the builder team . Then there’s should be a hole for air intake for AC unit. Builder team was totally forget about it before I found out the issue. Last thing I was so confused about is the drop ceiling of the master bedroom. I didn’t see the blueprint. But by the common sense, and I’ve seen some other houses. it should be higher ceiling. This is the first drop ceiling that they built to made a ceiling lower. I don’t know if it’s they just forget about that same as they forget about the hole for AC . The build “drop ceiling” afterward. because I saw it was cut and add upside down to a finished ceiling. Other than that. Joe is the best to help us makes the house look better and better! Thank you! What would you most like potential home buyers to know about this builder? This is not first house that we got from Pulte Home. Still going to recommended to friends just need to check blueprints and pay close attention to the material they use and how they build. Overall process was a smooth and clear, starting from signing up to the closing. Construction manager was very helpful explaining every major step in the construction. I will 100% recommend to new home buyers.

Pulte homes provided a nice mortgage loan application process and offered me a good rate, which greatly reduced my time spending in closing.

I recently purchased a home from Pulte Homes and my overall experience, while not terrible, was a mixed bag. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars, with my satisfaction primarily stemming from the financing aspect. The financing process with Pulte Homes was smooth and efficient, earning them a crucial star in my review. However, the construction phase left much to be desired. The overall impression I got was that the construction was rushed, falling short of my expectations for a home in this price range. One of the main issues I encountered was the lack of thoroughness during the final walkthrough. I opted to hire an independent home inspector, and while they did identify several issues, the quick and seemingly cursory final walkthrough with Pulte Homes did not cover all the bases. I wished for a more detailed inspection that would have highlighted and addressed concerns before the finalization of the purchase. I guess it's my fault for not taking a more proactive approach. Within the first week of moving in, I had to submit five service requests for various issues. This was a disappointing and unexpected aspect of the experience, as I had anticipated a more seamless transition into my new home. Additionally, I filed a complaint about the construction workers who, inappropriately, hooked up their water and power lines to use their tools to work on the neighboring homes. Unfortunately, my complaint received no response, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the lack of attention to such a significant concern. While the financing process earned Pulte Homes a saving grace in my rating, the rushed construction and subsequent service issues have left a lasting impression. I hope that my feedback, along with that of other homeowners, prompts Pulte Homes to address these concerns and improve their construction and customer service processes for a more positive home-buying experience in the future. ... Very satisfied with the quality build of our home. All issues we did find during our "celebration" were corrected before our closing date. Home was finished on time!

it's been a good experience - all the way from shopping, through purchase. some minor issues but being handled very well.

Very good overall experience with Pulte. Builder and representatives that we worked with were very helpful and responsive. Would recommend Pulte to friends. That being said, Pulte should pride itself more in the quality of their developing sites: clearly mark lots, make sure lots are staked, make sure lots are livable with an open yard for families, etc. Overall good experience with the company, however, my family is paying out-of-pocket fixing our yard to make it more livable for a family when we asked prior to closing for Pulte and their land developer to help accommodate the back yard more for our children and pet. I love Cody my construction manager and Frank, they are honest and true hearts who cares about the Pulte home issues when they came up. I will not recommend Aaron. I love my Pulte agent Ana also, she is a force to be recognized. She bends over backwards to make sure you get into your home. I do love my Pulte home when you have the right people.

We had an exceptional experience working with Derek from Pulte Builders. Our home was completed ahead of schedule, which pleasantly surprised us. Derek's communication throughout the building process was outstanding. We appreciated the regular progress photos that kept us informed and excited about the developments. Any issues that arose with the home were swiftly and efficiently resolved by Derek. We're delighted with our new home and grateful for Derek's dedication and excellent service.

We have built 2 houses with Pulte in the last 2 years and the experience is great. Tanner, Sarah & David were great to work with. I highly recommend Pulte as your builder!
