Everything was good, we've been here for a month, I wish they had told us to change the gas service over to us, other than that the actual home has been great.

We are very please with our Pulte home. The entire staff was great to work with.

We purchased in Longleaf at Oakland. Our builder was with us every step of the way. Standing out were Crystal and Dyanna, and wow these ladies are amazing! They really care about you as a buyer and will do everything they can to help!!! Jim and Matt and Shane also all did great to help us finish our dream home and everyone made sure we were 100% satisfied when we went to closing. No detail passed over, no stone unturned! This builder is who you want if you want a quality home with wonderful warranty! David with warranty has also been great to work with resolving those little things that you do not notice until living in the home. Beautiful home. No major issues, response times and construction manger have been supportive and responsive.

After searching through used houses on the market, we decided that we are not fixer-uppers, and wanted something fairly new. At the time we were shopping, the inventory of lightly-used houses was very thin, and the price difference for a new house was not significant. So we talked to realtors and friends, and they all had positive things to say about Pulte. Our expectations have so far been exceeded.

Lots of trails and parks.

In my case, I’m probably overly critical, especially when paying $700k. Ultimately, Pulte resolved every last issue and went above and beyond with its customer service. While the experience was challenging, as is with any new build, the end result was worthwhile and I’d recommend Pulte to anyone.

My wife and I had a positive experience with everyone who helped in the purchase of our new home. We've been in our new home for about one and half months and are enjoying getting settled in Columbia Townes!

Smooth process.

This house is the 3rd house my wife and I built in the past 14 years and this has been by far the easiest, best experience out of all. Our CM was super responsive. He and I spoke almost every day during which time he kept me informed of the timeline, the process and answered all our questions. I visited the job site every day, sometimes twice and many times I would see our CM (Branden) in the area and stop and speak with him. He was always available and willing to talk for a bit and answer our questions and concerns. We trusted him and Pulte with our home build and we are more than happy with the outcome. We started our build this summer, 2019, and it couldn't have gone smoother. There are always hiccups when building a home, the question is: HOW WELL ARE THE DEALT WITH WHEN THEY ARISE? Pulte takes care of their clients. Mistakes happen and if you think they don't, you shouldn't build. If you want to build Pulte is an excellent company to work with. I applaud their timeliness in responding to issues. All issues were handled withing 1-2 days (including the weekends). It is not possible for me to honestly give any sort of negative feed back. I loved the house since the day I saw the model! Now that I have my own y love it even more, some of the issues it had when we moved in were taken care of almost immediately. The builders were always very kind and responsible.
