The house is built very substandard, from the materials chosen to the workmanship. The house is completely out of square, we have had multiple failures, The worst is the contractors poured thinset down the toilet blocking the pipes, (Still not fixed a month later), so that bathroom can not be used. I would NEVER purchase a home from Pulte again!

Dustin offered weekly updates. He gave personalized care and attention to all matters big or small. Dustin was informative and took all concerns seriously.

It was a pleasure working with the Pulte team on the construction of my house. Steve was a fantastic Project Manager - knowledgeable, passionate, available and communicative. Pulte has a first-rate, standardized approach that yields a quality product that was delivered on budget and 30 days ahead of schedule. I would recommend Pulte to both family and friends.

Small work was pending but signed off per construction manager promise but never showed up and he stopped attending phone calls

There is lot of air leak from all the windows and when we approached the team they informed us that it is how they have manufactured Did we ask for that kind of windows which wont stop the cold air coming inside Staying in Illinois no one needs a house like this We paid the amount for this house no one gifted this to us No proper insulation entire house cannot maintain same temperature Lennar was the best when it comes to quality

As Pulte is a very large company, the quality and professionalism differ per department. The sales department did a great job of showcasing and promising services, but as soon as the contract was signed, they let us hanging. The builders did a good job and we had great relationships with the construction managers. The worst experience we had was with Pulte Mortgage. Extremely unprofessional, not communicative, not helpful or supportive at all. We had to switch to another lender because it got so bad. The servicing is run at minimal effort. We had an excellent experience with Pulte Homes! From the start, the Pulte agent (Conor) provided us with all the detailed information we needed to make the decision to purchase. The remainder of the build experience was timely, and managed seamlessly by our construction manager John. He was truly our advocate during the build process and has continued to follow through with us even after closing! We are so happy with the quality and beauty of our new home!

My wife and I are very pleased with the support of all aspects of Pulte. From the planning process before the build, the consultation with the home decorator, and the regular updates along the build process from the Construction Manager. Everyone took an intimidating process and made it exciting and fun!

Great customer service and staff. Cleanliness of house once I closed and moved in could have been better. House looks great! I love the house. Some corners were cut with small things like grout, drywall, and paint. Wish more things like light fixtures, backsplash, and fridge were offered/provided for price of house.

Overall, our experience was great. There were a few workmanship issues with a couple of trades but all were recognized and addressed by Pulte Homes. Still working on getting a few small issues resolved due to some staff changes but they are getting resolved. Love the neighborhood!

This is my second time buying a new home and it was the best experience. From Sales to construction the communication was amazing. I’m so pleased with my new home and the entire process was exceptional.

Post closing customer care is not good. Haven’t got any response for the issue which was raised a month ago

I appreciated the builders response once a week to keep me informed with my build of my home. From beginning to end staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I'd rate our overall buying process from start to finish as good. This is our second time purchasing a home (different builder). The Pulte team was good to work with. Specifically our construction lead and the gentleman who sold us the home were actually great regarding communication and working on our behalf. Overall construction is good on the home. We have been here about a month and we are already noticing the imperfections. These houses are going up so fast and the different trades are in and out and you can tell in the product especially in cosmetic areas. We are still waiting on some outstanding projects to be completed by the builder but communication has been good. At this time we would definitely consider Pulte again when buying a new home. ... From initial contract signing to closing, we thought the whole process was very smooth. There were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed after closing and for the most part, were addressed promptly. We enjoyed our interactions with all of the Pulte employees and are very happy with our new home.

Pulte made the process very easy an not as stressful as I thought it would be.

The house closing was scheduled even though I was out of the country and unable to do a walk-through with the builders. Pulte was not flexible on the closing schedule. Once I returned and had the walk-through, closing, financial portion had already been completed and now finishing the punchlist on problems With the home remain on resolved after several weeks. Unable to have the Furnace people address issues that should’ve been addressed before closing. Difficulty just having a lightbulb put in the garage door opener, it is unfortunate at these smaller items remain unresolved. I’m hoping that we can resolve these issues to a mutual satisfaction ... We loved our sales person and our contractor before we bought was awesome. After we bought, it has been so hard to get anyone to respond: we had issues with broken glass doors, cabinets not installed well. Two months in no one has showed up to fix them. Multiple shelves with damage in the kitchen (the guy who installed them should be fired). Now we have backup of sewage and after frantically calling, very rude plumbing contractor (pulte’s) came. We can’t use our toilets or take showers much less wash clothes or dishes. We spent a fortune for this house and I can tell you builders with half this price have way better quality, workmanship and follow up. ... More

In overall I am satisfied. Great and thoughtfull floor plans and quality,

The home we moved into has a lot of issues that could be avoided with some extra care during construction of the home. We found several floor tiles cracked or chipped. We also found, after being in the house for a month, that good workmanship was lacking in many cases: painting spills and misses, door weathstripping ripped, cracked pavers with a lack of paver sand and lanaii that should have been cleaned. There was also a cracked window glass and a shingle has already blown off with only wind below 50 mph. What would happen in a hurricane is a question mark. We have contacted Pulte warranty to address these issues and have waited a week without even acknowledgement of our call. This is clearly not acceptable. We feel taken advantage of at this point. ... We have purchased four tract homes in the past 25 years. This purchase and closing process went well but the finished product is not what we expected or were assured We were unable to have the house inspected by an independent inspector prior to closing for several reasons. In any event, our post-closing inspection revealed issues of sloppy quality control. We have an extensive punch list. We are disappointed and would not buy a Pulte home again (this is our second). We will not recommend Pulte to others.
