The quality of the material is not as good as what we paid for. I'm not satisfied with the work done on the exterior. However, I had a good experience working with Tim, the construction contractor.

We absolutely love our new home. Our house is such good quality and so beautiful. We’re really thankful to our Pulte builder Phil for how he went absolutely above and beyond, noticing even more details than we did. We’ve lived here for almost two months now and are thrilled with our decision to build a new home with Pulte.

I love my new house even wwe still have a little bit of the mess around the house inside and outside from construction but we love your costumer service from Mary and Anisa they are the best they make this deal happen for my family I can not thank you enough ladies but in general costumer service is the best by far.

We came to Nexton in need of a move-in ready home due to a very bad experience with a different builder in another neighborhood. We met Meghan and she was like a ray of sunshine who immediately helped us find the beautiful Pulte home that we are now living in. The quality of this house is head and shoulders above the one we had been waiting on that was being built. We have had one issue with the house since moving in and the Construction Manager, Ryan, immediately showed up to take control and make sure it was made right. Extremely dissatisfied with the exterior quality/look/feel of the homes. The design and products used do not come close to what is expected for a house in this price range.

Great experience, beautiful home.

A few members of the team are not good at their job, made the sales process/process for waiting for the home painful. Construction manager was great

although 99% is as expected there are lingering issues not resolved since closing about 40 days ago. There is an gas odor coming from the sinks especially bathroom sinks that a plumber was supposed to come and fix but the construction site manager told us they should have contacted us we have not heard a word. The HOA was to approve putting gutters and storm doors so we could add these and again no word after sending in the information. Pulte Mortgage was a total insane disaster and luckily we were able to scramble at the end and pay with cash for closing. Pulte Mortgage put us through living hell for weeks and would have caused us to lose all our warranties because they could not close in the name and just told us to change the title after we purchased. The best term you could use for Pulte Mortgage is a group of complete morons and incompetent buffoons. I have had 4 major issues to communicate with Pulte customer service and they completely side stepped 3 of the 4 by telling me i had to deal with it myself (items affecting the entire community not just us). From the Day we booked till the day of closing we had zero trouble . The entire Pulte team of highland woods were instrumental in the this entire process . Overall experience was great from start to finish with Pulte group.

We couldn’t be any more happy with our new home from Pulte. From the start they are upfront about costs, choices, and answered any questions we had about the community we were buying into. Personally our home took almost a year and a half to build from signing to closing. That however was during the post Covid supply chain shortages so delays were to be expected and Pulte did there best idea to when it might be completed. Build Quality is great. We got to watch each week what was being done and you can tell little details such as using spray foam behind electrical outlet boxes so they don’t wiggle or have any give in them later once the drywall is up. A little thing but coming from a house before that when you would go to plug in a cord and the outlet would move/ bounce and thinking that was normal and now having a new quality home I appreciate the small things. Now that we are in our new home Inevitably things will come up. Pulte when you move in goes over your new home top to bottom as well as leaves you a welcome packet with vendors names and numbers and if issues do arise you can call them directly or if you choose you can call pulte to help but it seems simpler to just cut out the middle man and use the vendors. They are quick to come out and address any issues that come up. I have had to call for a plumber due to finding a small leak under the sink, I took a look and could see it was a faulty gasket. Called our plumber on the paperwork and they were out within a day or two and fixed the issue no issues about a bill or just had to sign a paper saying they completed the job and it was sent to pulte. I say that because its NOT a pay us and then send this in for a reimbursement type thing, no just sign here no bills, no issues. I was very impressed with Pulte, from the quality of their homes, the impressive array of customization options, the building process, to the sales agent, mortgage staff, and title company. Appreciated having everything we needed in a one stop shop. Would highly recommend Pulte to anyone that asks!

We had electrical problems, plumbing problems, ac problems and many more. What a joke of a builder you are

Poor poor workmanship. And advice to future homebuyers, DO NOT CLOSE with open items. We closed end of Sept and are still working through exterior open items one month later, never mind open interior items. But the bigger issue is quality and workmanship. Really, really sub-par. Must be a skilled labor shortage coupled with tok much work to get done. Everything with ours feels rushed and low regard for quality workmanship.

Our building manager, Karl was amazing!!!!! He was very responsive to any issues we had during the building process. Our closing date changed three times, which was frustrating due to having to move out of our other home. Love the layout of our home. The option selections were pretty good. The quality we question due to unstraight walls and ledges. Definitely feel we overpaid for our home. We are overall happy just a few things here and there.

There high level packages did not make sense .. they were not very accommodating over modifications.. we liked few things in one package and few from other also to select there are no more houses for all models neither have color schemes which we can see and realize how it will look like.. Within first week the kitchen grout came off when I told the construction manager during one week review he suggested to raise a service request Grout issue is happening with almost everyone I. Know

I am happy with the final product. The house was ready sooner than expected. The location so close to downtown Dallas is amazing. There are minor issues that I have with the workmanship but it’s nothing that Pulte isn’t committed to help fix.

Very dissatisfied with before and after closing services .

There were numerous things leading up to close that were not checked or inspected at high quality standard. I had to find those things and provide them to Pulte. The construction manager did work quickly to address these issues and concerns but they should have been caught sooner. Such as the water didn’t work and sinks were clogged. I caught that from running water in all sinks
