Dustin, Diane , and Allyson were always on top of issues, they replied to concerns in a timely manner, and they work well as a team. When you build you will always have issues come up. They did a fantastic job of fixing them. They are each experts in their field and do a wonderful job helping you figure out options for your home.

I appreciated the reliability of the builder and crew effectively managing the build timeline. That along with weekly updates was helpful in knowing what to expect. My questions or concerns were addressed quickly. Now that I'm settled in, I can more fully appreciate the building process and all the coordination it took to build a new home--and now enjoy the end product.

Our experience with Pulte from start to finish was excellent. Sales, mortgage, and construction manager were all great to work with and are very responsive.

We have been disappointed with the workmanship - we have had a list of as many as 15 items that needed repaired after we first moved in. Two months later, we are still waiting on most of them.

Asher was our sales agent and from the beginning we knew we had struck gold! He was very knowledgeable and very responsive to any issues we had during the building process. Dustin, our construction foreman, had to step in at the end of the building process to take us to the final stretch and did a great job. We felt like the different arms of Pulte Homes were not communicating with one another on the national level. We are extremely pleased with our new home and would go through the entire process all over again in order to get the final result.

With being a first time buyer had a lot of queries, they helped us throughout the process , it was a great experience working with Pulte. Ryan and Samantha are awesome.

During the sales process, one of my biggest concerns was the train tracks behind the home that I eventually purchased. When I inquired about this, the lead sales rep and the other sales associates told me that it's a utility line and that trains seldomly passed by. They mentioned it was a few times per week and generally during the day. I've now spent close to two months in this house and the train passes by several times per day and blares its horn. It also happens frequently in the middle of the night, waking me up. I feel like I live in a permanent construction zone and have already grown to hate it. This is not the infrequency they had sold me on and I'm now regretting this home purchase, as I can't imagine living here long term with this constant noise from passing trains on a daily basis. Yes, this was ultimately my decision, but I trusted the information they provided that it wasn't as frequent as it actually is. They've been selling homes in this neighborhood for several years, yet they claim they've had no experience or reports of the train passing as frequently as it does, added to the fact that it often passes by between 3:30 and 5:00 AM. It's as if they want me to believe that this only started happening the moment I moved in. This is beyond disappointing and it's the biggest purchasing mistake I've ever made. The Pulte underwriting group asks for document after document after document. It's as if they see what your assets are and attempt to drain your accounts. Once they have your earnest escrow funds, it's game over. They hold your funds hostage and make you jump through hoops.

Cody was hardworking and advocated to get my needs me. He was tenacious with supporting the viewpoint that he was there to serve and minimize concerns.

We were searching a home long time in Plainfield area. We found some hut some of not enough some of was too old. Finally when i drive i cross with pulte office and everything changed that day. I think it was fate. We love model house and we got same. Thanks for all Pulte team from the begining to end.

I love the location and the house. But I have had issues. At the walk-through, I fully expected to find many cosmetic issues but I found disappointing, larger issues. The carpeting was stained by some contractor that the whole thing had to be replaced, the pavers by the pool company is is a substandard installation with cracked tiles and molded tiles, and the house was just dirty, although the so called cleaning crew had cleaned. The kitchen is damaged and they tried to do it make shift repair, and the whole island just looks shabby. For the money I paid, I was disappointing. Further, the attention and customer service I have received post closing is poor with unreturned emails and ticket responses. While I love the house and for the most part the house is in good shape the lack of customer service, slow response and presentation of the house at the walkthrough had left a bad taste. To the PM’s accolades, he knocked out all the important non-cosmetic items and some cosmetic items off the list. The major outstanding item is the pool lanai and the poor workmanship by the pool installer which we had to use through the builder since it was the only pool builder they contract with. That is still a major problem we are left to battle out on our own with no backing from Pulte. ... More

We have bought many houses but this is the first time we have been overwhelmed with Putle's services before and after closing. Putle provided good quality materials, excellent floor arrangements and excellent support from their staff. Our house is located in a good area and thank you for Putle's expert selection of the area and the hard work of their organization . We recommend that all buyers invest their commitment and lifetime wealth with putle real estate. 5 stars from us.

It took a while to get going but once it did it was good

Overall wonderful home buying experience. I can not complain about a think. I challenge you to find a better interest rate on your purchase. Special thanks to Jamie and Faith who nudged me towards their financing.

We have built our last homes on our own. To have a quality builder take control of our new home was a God send. We are so happy and stress free . We are so happy with the quality and follow up from Pulte. Bill Pulte Senior would be so pleased that his son and team have maintained his vision. What a great Michigan based story. Pulte built condo was a good bargain for new construction everything outlined was delivered.

This is our 2nd new construction build with Pulte and they delivered us an incredible home that we couldn’t be happier with. The experience was smooth, they constantly kept us updated on the progress and every Pulte employee we worked with was fantastic. They have also been very responsive about getting any issues addressed in a timely manner.

The entire experience was outstanding. Both Mario and Jonny were on top of everything in lightning speed as the entire experience was a pleasure to do business with Pulte. Even once our home was closed, the terrific customer serve with their guy in the field (Windy, yes that's his name) is one of the most pleasant individuals to deal with. Now the constructive criticism which isn't all that much. Pulte has aligned themselves with a very good pool contractor. Regretfully, there is only one to select from and at sixty-seven years old and being multiple generation Floridian, this is the very first time that we have either purchased or built a home without a pool. The primary reason, the one pool contractor is extremely expensive and based upon the lack of pools built in HighPointe, I would give an educated guess, it is solely because the cost is well over 100k an abbreviated sized pool, not even a full size. A solution, have more than one contractor to select from. We would have gladly spent; 65k, 70k or even a little over 80k but our quote was over 110k for a base pool, absurd so we didn't do it but if there were more contractors to keep prices in check, it may have been a reality and we would be much happier new residents. New residents - upon our closing day of Sept 25, 2023, my wife and I were stunned there was absolutely nothing in the house. No thank note, no welcome note, no bottle of vino or champagne, not even a bouquet of flowers for my wife. Pulte is an outstanding company, but in my opinion, they could be even better with little things like this when someone buys a new home from Pulte. Besides those two issues which are very repairable if there is the desire, we have no complaints whatsoever even to the point that if presented, we would buy from Pulte again. ... More

The whole buying experience was exceptional from start to finish . The gentleman that started us on the experience was completely professional at all times answered all our questions and made all necessary phone calls . Helped us every step of the way . The original project/ property manager was A1 . The only hiccup was when we went to close . The office In general was not totally prepared to do what was needed . As a matter of fact the manager came into the room to apologize, which was not necessary. That finally got everything straightened out and all were satisfied. That was our only problem with the whole build and paperwork portion of the process. ... More

I must say, I never would have thought that Pulte would build such wonderful homes. I have purchased three new homes in the pass and from well know builders and none of them compared to Pulte. Best experience I have ever had. From the salesperson to the construction manager. They were all great. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I love my new home now!

We appreciated the good communication throughout the process. Our sales consultant Tyler kept us informed on the progress of our new home during the construction process. Our project manager Fabio was also excellent in keeping us up to date and made sure we were happy.

We are in the process of moving f NJ to AZ and the entire Pulte team has been amazing in every aspect. Andy K
