I spent almost a million dollars on this house and simple things, like the toilet paper rolls, just keep breaking. Overall just terrible quality

We had a great working relationship with our sales person Alex who was so accessible with all our questions, both big and small, and even reached out to us on her day off. The design team was also very helpful. Our construction manager Zac and Preston, were very helpful especially Preston since he took over the latter part of the construction. He communicated with us every time there was going to be a new phase in the project all the way up to closing and even after that. On the whole the experience has been very good.

They have it down to a science, well organized in all aspects.

Any issues were quickly looked into and fixed.

Great experience! Everything I asked to be done/fixed was done and carefully taken care of. It was stress free and overall great!

The Pulte have delivered a Home as we saw it in the model homes. The quality of the work is excellent and after care from the property manager and support team is exceptional.

Everyone I have dealt with at Pulte Homes has been very responsive, professional and most of all always trying to make sure I am happy with their services.

When working with Diane and Dustin, I felt confident that my questions and needs were met quickly and honestly through the entire process. From the initial sale process to building process - everything was excellent.

I had a wonderful experience from the very beginning with CJ, who continues to support everything I need. Then to Adam and Kyle for doing such a wonderful job getting my house completed quicker than promised. Last, but not least, Mike who supported an open item I had on my home. They are the best of the best!!

The buying process was good, although some information requested that would have helped in our decision making process were not disclosed. Don't be fooled, it is sales. The building process was very good, Jared was excellent keeping us update to date and responding to our concerns and issues. After closing, the response of the 30 day warranty team leaves a lot to be desired. Attention to issues and timeliness was poor. If not for our persistence I don't know when issues would be addressed. This department needs to be improved.

Build quality is excellent and the weekly update from construction manager Shawn was great.

Quality of workmanship is absolutely horrible! Responsiveness to getting the repairs done on the punch list is terrible. I've never experienced such a terrible new home purchase. I would not recommend Pulte Homes.

As is typical with new home builders, particularly production builders, they will be more responsive when they don't have all your money yet (i.e., you haven't closed). Once you close you've got about 30 days to figure out what's not right (regardless of warranty), after that you might as well be invisible. We have bought new homes from a couple of different builders over the past few years. I would rate Pulte as slightly below average. Their after close responsiveness is about average (and average being not that good anyway), but their build quality, at least for our home, was below average. This is compared to other homes we've purchased/viewed by other builders, even those that have worse reputations than Pulte. For such a large production builder, their build process seemed disorganized and in some cases it appears the materials were literally used or 2nd hand materials and supplies. The construction manager we had was decent, but he had to work with what he was given, which is probably minimal. I have a feeling a lot of the issues come from the white collar part of the business, where squeezing out every penny of profit is the most important thing, regardless of quality and customer satisfaction. Of course this may vary by market. Being in Florida where demand is still relatively high, the builder has an edge. Whenever you point out quality issues along the way, they will just say "it passed inspection", as if that is the barometer for good quality, when it is really just the minimal baseline for safety. It's like if you purchase a brand new car, and before you drive it off the lot you notice it has dents and scratches, and the dealer says to you "well it has passed all the required safety tests, so you are good". My home took 4 months longer than the original estimate, and almost 8 months longer than homes the same builder built in another community. We had to inspect the house almost weekly to bring issues to the attention of the construction manager or they wouldn't be resolved. And despite that, it has taken several months to resolve all of the issues. And these aren't small issues either. It feels as though they're building them as fast as they can, forgetting to compare to plans, and then expecting the owner/warranty to fix issues after the sale. I don't appreciate it.

The home buying process is great, and the houses are good quality. There should be better attention to detail, but overall they are great homes. Having said that, getting them to do anything AFTER you purchase the home is another story. They will seem responsive at first, but you will get the run around, and you will have to fight every step of the way to get anything done in a timely fashion. And if they don't want to deal with you, you will get ignored (hence why you will need to have A LOT of patience and persistence). I was very pleased with the entire homebuying/building experience. Everyone I worked with, the sales rep, the construction manager, the mortgage officer, etc were pleasant and very responsive to any questions I had. Things were completed when promised and I was always given lots of information. The Pulte secured website made the entire mortgage process so easy. Homebuying can be stressful but this was a pretty stress-free experience!

Been very happy with the time of delivery, and the construction manager keeping us up to date and explaining things. Aftrer move in the Customer Care Person has been very attentive.

Worst experience with Pulte. Customer service keep asks for the rating to be 10 out of 10 instead of resolving the issues.
