We are very pleased with our new home. The process was simple and the end product turned out really great. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but Pulte provided options for us to choose from.

The whole home buying experience has been great thanks to the support received by each person we have dealt with at Pulte. It shows they are really committed to providing the best possible service and support, starting with our first contact with the sales representative, then construction manager, and the maintenance manager. And that positive experience is is what makes a big difference. Besides the house is beautiful and well constructed with a nice community. We really love it here and we are very happy with our decision to buy a house from Pulte.

We purchased a quick home from the builder’s inventory. The home is fine, but the sales contract number differs from the actual closing numbers. For instance, the sale contract states $174 monthly HOA dues, but the actual HOA account shows $181.33 monthly. Before closing, and after closing, there are no change orders or other changes. We reached out to all Pulte departments, but no one seems to know who to contact regarding the monthly HOA price increase. This price hike occurred without any prior notice or legal letter, how it is possible? Let us know who can help us to resolve the issue. (HOA dues must be as per sales contract.) ... More

Overall this is a wonderful home. I don't like the interior white wall paint it washes off showing the sheetrock. Positives, the interior termite piping is an amazing addition to the house

My husband and I have had houses built a couple of times in our lives, and usually it was a big headache! Having this house built in carriage estates with Pulte homes was the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had! The building manager communicated and worked with us throughout the whole process. Steve was incredibly responsive to every inquiry my wife and I made about our home throughout the build process. We, as first time builder, were incredibly inquistive about all the details and he was patient and informative at every step. We also appreciated Claires timely responses to questions we hadnt even thought to ask. Both have continually been great even after we closed.

Minty fresh house, everything works dandy. Had a few issues, missing screens, small siding tears from a mower, dead tree. All are either fixed or will be. Very thorough walkthrough from construction mgr (3 hours). The interior lights are waaaaaay too bright. 1100 lumen. Like looking at the sun. I hired an electrician to install dimmers & rotating spotlights. Highly recommended to hire one.

The construction supervisors were always willing to spend the time to provide updates and answer questions.

Some minor issues here and there, but all in all, good experience.

Buying my Pulte home was a great experience from start to finish. This was my first Pulte home, and I truly felt supported by a team that values professionalism and integrity. Marki, my sales agent, was a gem — friendly, knowledgeable, and set a great tone for the process. The design studio experience was also helpful, and I appreciated that Pulte still offers this option when many builders no longer do. The only challenge was visualizing how paint colors and finishes would look on my chosen elevation. As someone in design and tech, I’d love to see Pulte use digital tools or simulations to help buyers see how their selections will come together. Jeffrey, my field manager, was excellent throughout construction and even after closing. He was responsive, informative, and made sure any post-closing items were taken care of. I was hesitant to build a home at this time in my life, but after speaking with Sam, I felt more comfortable. He answered concerns and was very enthusiastic to include my family in the process. Nick was also helpful and communicative in the process.

We’ve bought 3 new builds with different big builders and Pulte has been the best experience so far. The home was pretty good, minimal issues on our inspection. Everyone was friendly that I came across and they have tried to make everything right with any issues we have found since before closing so I appreciate that. Overall a good experience!

Nice floor plan, linen closet is needed in bathrooms.

Our Project Manager was very trustworthy, had a good eye for detail, and provided constant communication around the build.
