my final walk was great, Edward knew his job

We had a very good experience with Pulte. We lived out of state for the home building process and felt like the communication was very good making the process not stressful for us. We appreciate Carlos Coronado, he was knowledgeable and quick to respond to our questions. Susan Kane was very easy to work with and also quick to respond.

All of the staff were very professional and were so willing to help the process move quickly.

We love our house. It would be nice if you uses eggshell paint though.

Overall the home was built beautiful. Thank you so much.

The quality of materials and workmanship is disappointing given the pricing of these homes. You would think for the money, you would receive "upgraded" items compared to the other builders. Upgrades are ridiculously expensive and when you do upgrade, the workmanship is sloppy (trimming not aligned, sloppy caulking, paint on everything; the carpets, faucets, countertops, windows, just to name a few). When asked to have things fixed during the walk-through, it wasn't any better. We're better off fixing everything ourselves. On the flipside, our building supervisor was amazing! If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have known a lot of information that should have been told to us by our sales rep. Very responsive and very trustworthy. ... More

Staff is friendly and helpful. Until the sale is complete. Then you're an inconvenience. We have a couple of minor build issue that we've brought up, (one was corrected sloppily) we're still trying to straighten out our solar purchase. If you were to ask your staff there are issues because we're not very intelligent. At least that's the impression we get. Or we're a nuisance. I suppose that I should have expected this. If every request for help receives an indifferent response, then I guess they figure we will ask for help less often. Easier for the support staff that way.

When building our last home Pulte provided us with the best experience. When we decided to relocate and found another Pulte community there was no second guessing on the quality and experience we would be delivered upon completion. We truly love our home and are so happy!

they did awesome job overall had issue with pulte mortgage as they are slow and unorganized basically clueless and the home warranty is very slow as they only deal with specific vendors and they are far out on responses also we believe that they built the quick move in houses faster and put ours off so they could complete the quick move in houses faster

Our home is beautiful but we would never buy a new home from Pulte again. The process was a year and half long. Lots of changes were made over that time frame. Quality of the build is moderate, definitely not what we expected. Joey our construction manager did his best to make sure things were done however he only had so much pull. The worst experience would be the design center. Making you pick out every detail of a 4000sq ft house on a 4 hour period is ridiculous. The start was fantastic with Robb. I wish there was a little more time for the overall selection process of the structure of the home as that was very "rushed". wouldnt be so bad if you were allowed to submit a change order. Once the construction started the Project Manager didn't do a dang thing!! Brought up many issues and they were brushed aside. Once Chuck, his boss, got involved things started to actually be corrected. PULTE mortgage is a TRAIN WRECK. If you have any possible other option do that!! Almost every review/complaint/BBB statement about how bad they are stands true. Had an amazing experience working with them!

Every step of the way from model home walk thru to getting the keys to our new home was easy and fun. Our initial meeting with Victoria was great! She was very patient with all our questions, took the time to explain everything, and did not pressure us in any way. Walking through the model homes showed the high quality that Pulte Homes had to offer. Then meeting with Victoria, deciding on the specs and signing the initial contract was super easy! We received emails and communication along the entire way letting us know what the next steps would be. Meeting with the Design Center to pick out everything from carpet padding to door handles to kitchen counter tops was probably the most fun of the whole experience. Getting to decide all the small details that went into designing and building our home was an awesome experience! Our sales consultant was very patient with all our questions and took the time to explain everything and even show us how different materials would impact the final cost. Keith, our construction manager was THE BEST throughout the whole process. Answering questions, no matter how small or big, very quickly, even sending picture updates along the way! Meeting with Keith for the walk they’d was extremely informative and all our questions and concerns were answered and addressed, making us know that our home was being well taken care of. Signing the final documents was quick, everything was explained in great detail so we walked away with all questions answered. Purchasing, designing, and moving into our new Pulte Home was the best experience! We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with. Buying our dream home was supposed to be a joyful journey, but it turned into a stressful rollercoaster ride. Our experience, riddled with ups and downs, left us feeling both disappointed and hopeful. From the outset, our initial excitement was dampened by a less-than-ideal interaction with our salesperson. Their lack of transparency and communication left us feeling like we were in the dark throughout the process. It was a stark contrast to our expectations, and we found ourselves questioning our decision. In fact we would question his character as many things he said turned out to be false. However, amidst the turmoil, a ray of hope emerged in the form of our construction managers. Their dedication and professionalism shone brightly, helping to alleviate some of our concerns. Their attention to detail and willingness to address our concerns gave us a glimmer of hope that our dream home might yet be realized. We find ourselves hoping for the best. Overall, highly rated and would recommend. I gave 4 out of 5 stars on the workmanship & materials only because some of the cabinet doors were slightly warped. However, they were quick to reorder and replace them. Everything else was very high quality and I feel secure in the new house. The community and location is fantastic, and the sales associates were friendly and incredibly helpful during the whole process.

Melissa and Jared were truly exceptional! Both went way above and beyond to make sure we received the home of our dreams!

Pulte's finishes are weak at best. Their finishing work is suspect and truly they use low-grade products and market them as high-end finishes. If you love the neighborhood and location, just get a bottom-end house from them and have a contractor come in and do the upgrades. You'll pay less and actually get some qualified contractors to do solid work.

Overall from start to finish, everyone I have dealt with from the individual in sales, to the person who worked with me at the design center, and to my construction manager have been nothing but absolutely professional and incredibly responsive. I have been involved with building homes several times in different states and even in different countries and Pulte Homes definitely stands out in their desire to produce a quality home that meets the needs of their customers. I hired private inspectors that confirmed that Pulte homes are well-built homes and any minor issues were quickly resolved. I am very happy with the finished product! ... More

Our experience with Pulte Homes as the builder of our new home was incredibly disappointing. What should have been an exciting and memorable chapter in our lives turned into a stressful and frustrating ordeal. We were the very first residents to move into the community, which made our experience even more disheartening. We expected to be taken care of better as the pioneer homeowners, but that was far from our reality. To make matters worse, when we finally gained access to our new home, the house was dirty, far from the move-in ready condition we had anticipated. It has taken extensive cleaning to make it habitable. Additionally, we were greeted by a 1-inch gap under the front door, a clear oversight that compromised energy efficiency and security. Shockingly, it took almost a month for Pulte Homes to address and rectify this issue, leaving our home exposed to the elements and security risks during that time. It was an unacceptable delay in resolving a basic structural flaw. During the construction process, we encountered numerous delays and subpar workmanship, which cast serious doubts on Pulte's commitment to quality. What was even more disheartening was that I, as the homeowner, consistently had to identify flaws that should have been caught by the construction manager. This lack of attention to detail and quality control caused further delays. The inspection revealed a large number of issues, suggesting that quality had been overlooked at every turn. Addressing these problems became an uphill battle, with Pulte Homes displaying a disappointing lack of accountability. The closing process was marred by miscommunication and unexpected delays, leaving us wondering if Pulte Homes was truly invested in ensuring a smooth transition into our new home. Shockingly, after closing, we had no working keys for two weeks, making our move-in even more chaotic and frustrating. To add to the list of issues, multiple items in the home weren't installed as listed, and we now have to schedule them after the fact. This will impact my work schedule and result in a significant loss of time and productivity. Furthermore, the back door didn't lock properly, raising concerns about security and safety. Even though we brought these issues to Pulte's attention, their responsiveness to our concerns was lackluster until we involved the warranty department. Our entire experience with Pulte Homes, from the loan process through construction, inspection, and beyond, was riddled with disappointments and frustrations. Instead of our dream home, we find ourselves with a source of stress and discontent. It's disheartening to witness a company of Pulte's reputation falling so short in delivering on its promises. We share this review to alert others to the challenges we have, and still do face, including the surprising need for homeowners to identify construction flaws, the inconvenience of scheduling post-closing installations, and the disappointment of not receiving better treatment as the first residents in the community, along with the initial cleanliness and maintenance issues, and the significant delay in addressing structural problems, so they can make informed decisions. ... Home was purchased more than a year ago and half ago, took a long time to build and felt that since we didn’t live in the area home was left unfinished for longer than it should have been. Virtual walk thru failed miserably and after moving company is slow to respond to questions about paint and some other issues we had. Love river hall but need more attention to customer service and care.

It was not an overwhelmingly bad, nor amazingly good either. It was an ok experience. They have a very technical approach for everything which takes human aspect away. When they were delayed with construction because they had challenges they were happy with me because I was kind to them and praised me. But when I was 3 days away from end of my rental and they were still not done with finishes I saw no humanity in them to come to me and tell me that we are pushing closing ahead. So it hurts to see that they enjoyed my kindness to them but were not willing to show that to me in return.

Apparently, there were issues not under the builder's control, such as damaged bathroom counters, that needed to be replaced (manufacturer's schedule), as well as several painting issues, shower finishes, etc. We are not complaining about the finishing, since the Project Manager would take care of those right away, but we feel Pulte should have pushed the closing to the right maybe a week or two, instead of closing on the original date, since it was clear the property was not ready for move in; and there were so many details pending on the property. Troy and Damon did an Outstanding job Complying with my needs. They stayed in constant contact with me as far as update on my home. It was a very pleasant Experience getting to know them. Damon was Exceptional in addressing the issues I had in Regards to my 30 day follow up. Pulte should be proud to have such quality employees that are very passionate and dedicated to their customers.

The floor plan is excellent. Nice lot selection. Good selection of finishes at design center. Good value compared to other builders and developments. In many cases the finishing work was sloppy, trim poorly done. We had put in an order change request for master bath tile and the tile installer put in the standard tile. It took weeks to get it fixed. We got the base paint color on the first floor and an upgrade on the second. On a walkthrough, the first floor had the wrong color paint. Told manager. They painted a second coat in the same wrong color and wanted us to approve it. We did not. It did get fixed but you can still see it where the walls meet the ceiling. Despite Pulte setting the closing date-the house was not ready for closing. Some of the lights did not work. One overhead light package had not been installed (but was corrected immediately after settlement). Exterior work had not been completed, yard had not been graded, house hadn't been cleaned and it was a mess. Even after their post settlement cleaning, we were still scraping paint off the floor. We had set up contractors to come and do additional work, so it was not practical to move closing back so we had them escrow funds until work was completed. ... More
