Building my forever home was a really important endeavor and the Pulte sales, design and construction team made it a great experience. Each member of the team was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. The floor plan is amazing and I have the perfect lot. If I had one desire, it would be that the porch exterior would be a bit more finished with trim or brick work. That said, I really love my new home!

The whole purchase and closing experience was very professional. Responses to queries and warranty fixes were quickly resolved. Poor workmanship which led to warranty issues could have been addressed during the build avoiding inconveniencing the purchaser. Pulte supervision is to blame due to lack of adequate supervision of their subcontractors during the build.

From the sales team, to the project manager over construction to dealing with Pulte Mortgage (best rates available on select homes) and Pulte homeowners insurance, it all went super smoothly. This is our 5th new home purchase and the Pulte organization was professional,, courteous and prompt on every single detail. Our sale rep. Zac was a huge help in finding this home. He stayed in contact with me for months until we finally sold our home and were able to make a move. He assisted us throughout the process. The home itself more than meets our needs and takes a while to adjust to. When we discovered some "issues", they were mostly addressed in a reasonable time. Brittany in their customer care department has been outstanding with listening and assisting us with the issues. Jeff, our project manager, was awesome to work with. He kept us informed on the progress. Pulte Financial Dept was an absolute disaster to work with. Requested same information multiple times and on our way to closing, after 6 months of processing, notified us we required another 4582.51 to close. After 6 months they gave us an hour to come up with additional money!!!! Absolutely horrible.

Housing prices are all absurd these days so the value isn't really there, but the process itself was smooth and easy, with tons of help from various people in a timely manner. It was the easiest house purchase by far. The appliances and quality are great too.

Justin made the process very seamless and the house was completed in the timeframe given. The quality of the house is very good. The only negatives would be that everything shouldn't be an upgrade for the price you are originally paying with the "standard" house. Also some of the items in the house should have been an option, for instance fans or pendant lighting. As for your mortgage company, we feel that the employees are incompetent in knowing what to ask for upfront and not wait until a week before closing to ask for a laundry list of items that could not possibly be met. ...

So, one thing to know is you are not buying a custom home, despite what you think is custom home pricing. This is tract building with all the limitations therein. Once you normalize on that fact, I can then assess the experience with Pulte. In my view, having bought several new homes from builders in different states, Pulte's process and standards are high in the industry. We really appreciated being able to enter the property as it was being built to see the progress, especially in finishing stages where you are measuring, bringing in contractors to do your own post-closing work, ...
