We had a time crunch to make selections for the construction crews. The staff were helpful in making sure we could get in, which was a trick from 1,000 miles away. They kept us informed as the build progressed and had a video walkthrough since we were so far away. A couple electrical items were cleared up quickly after closing and we are happy with our selections.

Amazing Customer Service! Everyone has been great. Angel helped me through the sales process, Heather went above & beyond in my closing, & Lincoln did the same when it came to initial move-in issues. He responded within minutes each time I called him - even on the weekend - & he ensured that every issue was addressed. The home building experience was great. They gave update every week. Andrew toured the house before drywall and post drywall. He paid attention to every detail/issue provided by the predry wall inspection report and inspection post house was complete.The pantry could be bigger, the towel holders are not installed by default, the sweaky noise when walking on 2nd floor. The sod were dead initially, i complained and Andrew had it replaced it in a month. The salesperson should show other designs as well and not only focus on three model houses.

The house is perfect for my needs The layout and all the options I chose are just what I envisioned. Construction manager informative and kept me up to date and responds promptly to emails. Hello my experience buying was pretty good, what comes after is the issue. A lot of little issues in workmanship come up after buying a new home. A few small issues present themselves and all has to go through the Pulte ticket system. They are quick to answer but it seems that almost every week I notice something new not done to its best ability. I will still recommend them as they have handle the issue I have pit in a ticket for. But the truth is that I would have love to just move in and have no worries. Sales team is great, william the project manager was awesome, our project manager now ...

We purchased a home in February 2025. As we were relocating from a different state we were very happy with the willingness to work with us from virtual viewings to virtual signing. Travis in sales and Josh the superintendent were amazing to work with. Josh was available for questions and fixed every concern promptly. Would definitely buy from pulte again

I’m about 95% happy with my new home, and overall, it’s been a great experience!
