My husband and I had the pleasure working with Victor to buy our first investment property FL. Victor thoughtful and honest which is hard to find in today’s market, he also straightforward these are ethics we were looking for in person. We got the transaction done quickly with all of his efficiencies. We appreciate all he done for us and continues to follow up after the purchased . He is truly amazing and hope others get to work with him!!

Overall great experience, especially Kelly the sales agent was very caring. The loan process was frustrating due to communication breakdowns and phone calls not being returned in a timely manner. All other experiences were pleasant.

Builders was very nice, always availble to answer questions and make things work based on my expectations

They quickly respond, and they schedule visits shortly after reporting anything. They'll have been friendly.

My home buying experience with Pulte was pretty painless. I paid a little more than I wanted to pay. I trust Pulte the builder. The only part I have a complaint about is the sloppy construction cleanup!!. Two of the large windows needed to be replaced and were ordered and arrived after my close date. My walk through was prior to the final cleaning. I didn't realize the stains in one of the tubs or the paint left on the den door glass or the glue/paint/mud would left on the tile would still be there after the final construction cleanup. Turns out the stains in the tub are permanent. All the other items I clean as I find them and/or find the time to clean them. The Super on the job was very responsive to my requests until it was up to me to put in warranty claims. Sloppy construction cleaning is not under warranty!! ... More

My initial buying process was great. Working with Taylor was amazing, she’s patient and extremely kind! She answered all questions and a million emails! After closing, I’ve been with my care manager Agustin, he’s just as amazing. Came out at our 30 day, and has since made himself available for any questions and/or concerns we’ve had about the home. He’s fixed/replaced anything that was broken or incorrect from the original build that was missed. Couldn’t ask for anyone better!

The whole process from initial purchase to close was easy to follow, came with regular updates, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final product. Suggest some time spent during the closing walk through to have Alex show where the instruction manuals are for the water heater and go through operation of all appliances to ensure you know any peculiar features you may not be familiar with. Mary was also able extremely helpful in providing a list of key subcontractors for everything from general workmanship to pool companies.

The best experience I had was with the salesperson, Derek, who was amazing, and the builder manager, Dylan. I had a really great experience with both of them. They were always there for me, and Dylan was especially attentive to my needs. Overall, Pulte is a great company compared to others. I own properties from Lennar, GL homes and Neal Communities, but my best experience has been with Pulte. This is my second house with them, and I have no regrets — it’s been a truly great experience.

Appreciate the pre-drywall, final walkthrough meetings where builder explained everything in great detail.

Overall we had a great experience purchading a Pulte home. We now are enjoying it.

Overall, great experience with the salesperson and the construction manager. They were transparent, quick to respond, accommodating and showed great integrity. While I'm very satisfied overall with the home, there are several less than quality finishes that are requiring repair. I have not received service although the person at the warranty department was very helpful. This is my first experience with Pulte and I have to admit they are a well oiled machine and made the overall experience very easy. We live out of state but the well defined process, consistent updates with photos, and consistent contact made me feel comfortable despite not being able to visit often. The construction manager(Dorian) who built our home was awesome. He kept us updated every step of the way! We are excited to finally be settled in our new forever home!

The Pulte experience was smooth from start to finish. Transitions between the various components of the process was seamless and the very first Pulte employee contacted remained with me throughout the entire journey. Tina A. was an incredibly cheerleader reliable library for information. She created a calm in a potentially otherwise chaotic process. I’ll forever be grateful.

Excellent overall experience. Sales rep was outstanding in helping to design upgrades, house and lot choices, very responsive .

I love my new home. They did a great job. I hate Pulte mortgage. I spent two and a half days finding, printing and scanning my financial documents, but that wasn't enough for them. They wanted another dozen documents. I gave up and paid cash.

James has made his experience a very pleasant one. There is no perfect home but each time there are issues that needs some attention, special requests etc, James always goes above and beyond. Rick aswell when was dealing with urgent issue. Great team

I needed a home quickly because of another builder falling through on the home I had planned to purchase. Pulte was super helpful in finding me a similar home that met my need within my price range and even had additional move in deals that I qualified for. They were able to close really quick and I was in my new home in 30 days. I have had a large number of issues with the quality of the work done. Missed painting and bad caulking in multiple areas. I also had issues with the front door handles being damaged and the door frame for the garage entry door being broke to the point the door wasn't staying closed. There we other problems with the installation of the microwave vent with no gasket and the vents to the outside from the microwave and the bathroom vents not being done correctly and allowing moisture in. The warranty group is good to work with and most of these are repaired but it costs me a day off work each time to be home when these repairs are being made, so it is nice they have a good warranty team but it is still taking time from me to repair a brand new home's workmanship. Overall Pulte has been great to work with, just a little disappointed in the quality of the work. ... More

Great working with Austin and Ramsey.

From our sales agent, two construction managers and the warranty department, we've only had good experiences. Wish we had more options; i.e., choice of appliances, option for screened in porch, flooring. This is our third downsizing and the one that worked the best. Overall we love the house and are happy with this community and location. I would highly recommend Pulte.
