The purchase process with Carolyn was great. Derek, the construction supervisor was amazing and kept us informed all through the build process. His responses to issues found by an independent inspector was great. The selection of upgrades went smoothly, though the choices were limited and the cost for what was selected was high, sometimes exceeding purchasing the items from retail. The air conditioner and air handler are not sized properly for the upgraded square footage, being sized for the base model of the home. The furnace is also not sized properly. We experienced excessive heat on the second floor and expect to be cold this winter. ... More

We love how the house is design. Beautiful with smart design on space utilization. Open layout concept is my favorite which made me fall in love with the house we bought. Sales team (Matt) went above and beyond to help us through this experience. Our builder (Ryan) made walkthrough very smooth and friendly. The only issue we had was with Pulte Mortage team, it was a painful experience with lot of back and forth to get the loan approved. Overall, I am happy with rest of the Pulte team. Thank you!

Ron was GREAT - very down to earth, honest, kept us informed. We were in good hands throughout the whole process.

Michael lead the project for building our new home and he was fantastic! He regularly checked in and made sure any and all issues were handled promptly. We had inspectors check the house out and they struggled to find any issues.

Pulte really didnt care if I bought the house or had concerns I wanted addressed/changed. They threathened to cancel my sales agreements if I didnt like the way things were dictated. There attiutude was take it or leave it and they were not very accomodating and didnt seem willing to negotiate....

Very few options for Palmetto Series. Unwilling to budge on anything from cookie cutter plans. Construction Manager was dismissive towards women. He did not listen to concerns until escalated to upper management. Construction defects were grudgingly completed. The various trades did sloppy work. Cheap quality materials.

My daughter couldn't move into her bedroom for 2-1/2 weeks after closing because of a ceiling repair that lacked any sort of management. That will be her lifelong memory when thinking of moving into a brand new home. Celebration punchlist items still outstanding after two months.

The home buying process was smooth with the exception of the "Profiling" we encountered with the Sales representative for the community we live in. While the Manager of the sales team tried to reassure me ...the facts of the situation outweighed her safe responses. Our house was a Inventory house that appeared to have been purchased and then the original owners backed out. They worked so fast to get us approval for occupancy that they really did a less than PULTE job on the house. Our driveway is crooked, Our Keypad does not work on the garage, carpet is coming up (we've only been in the house 5 months) less than responsive times on customer service. The overall buying experience, while the house was under construction was, acceptable, however, a few days before the closing, during our final walk-through, we encountered issues with different items showing damage, for example, the Jack and Jill bathroom tub, it had a visible crack in the front, and our construction manager sent someone to patch it up, we requested to have a new tub installed, but our request was ignored. We do not want to have a tub that is patched up. We want a new tub, because we bought a brand new home! To date, we haven’t heard back from him after several messages, no intention to get back to us. Not a good experience, who likes to be ignored? He responded initially, that he tried to get access to the home, but the house was locked. After that we didn’t hear back from him anymore. We also reached out, because we got a letter from Cape fear water management that there were signs of a significant leak on the home, we were out of town at the time, so we reached out to him again, to see if he could send someone to inspect the property, but he did not respond to us at all! I would like if somebody could please get back to us and advise when the tub will be fixed, and also our kitchen ”hood”, as well as all the other touch ups that were not addressed. Thank you! The plan and the layout of the home is one of the best in the market. However, the quality control of the execution wasn’t upto the standard you’d expect in an expensive home such as this. Tthere were several issues identified during the final walk through that the closing had to be pushed by a couple of days. So many minor issues with paining, drywall, flooring, caulking etc. had to be attended to during the first few days after moving.

Overall we are not happy with Pulte. They delayed the delivery of the property for 6 months, they changed the delivery date twice. They made us spend a lot of money waiting. We do not receive any incentive for delays and additional expenses. Low quality materials and finishes. I recommend Lennar without a doubt.

So many little issues needed to be resolved even though the house was supposed to be move-in ready. Door bell not working, paint not properly done, nails could be felt under many places in the carpet...just to name a few. A proper list would take up a page. I would advise Pulte to have quality supervisors in place who's job it is to come do a checklist in the house before the house is handed over to the buyer.

Very well built home with all the amenities. Thankful to our sales agent and support staff. It was a great process watching the home be built from the ground up, and moving into the home was very nice. Thanks Pulte!

We recently moved into a new Pulte community in Rogers and we love our home so much! First off, the floor plan options are so much better than another other builders we toured. We have the Continental floor plan and the way the home flows is amazing. The perfect amount of space in the perfect places. We purchased a spec, and everything that was picked out for us looks so great together. I don’t know what we would have changed had we started from scratch. We had a few minor things we needed help with after moving in and we got such personalized care and help to get things fixed so quickly! When we moved in two of the ceiling lights in the kitchen were not working. It took about 4 weeks to get the electrician out. He repaired them but said that the electrical wires were never hooked up. We have globs of dried paint hanging down from the roof outside our master bath windows. We have been waiting now for 2 months for someone to come and scrape it off. The dry walls have many unsightly slice marks and areas that need scraping and smoothing. The landscaping has been dying due to lack of water. The landscaper came out and replaced the dead plants and now a tree and 7 other plants are dead for lack of water. ... More

My initial experience with Pulte was great and I was excited to build a new home. with them. The location is great, the neighborhood is wonderful and I was ready for my dream home. The further we moved into the building process with Pulte the more the excitement changed to disappointment and frustration. On every interaction, either we were misinformed, limited or not told the truth about matters we had concerns with. We were told they would look into it and get back to us and it never happened. Or we were told they have now moved passed that stage of the build and there is nothing that can be done, or we were simply ignored. The customer service was not customer oriented, but builder focused. When issues were addressed I was left feeling as though I was the problem. How about the problem is the problem and you look into it. Things were left unfinished and we never heard from Pulte again. We have been in our new home for seven weeks and have not heard anything more about making repairs to the items we requested at closing. On a rating scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest. I rate the experience, customer service and repairs a 2 out of 10. For the price I paid for this house I expected quality workmanship and materials.
