I had originally purchased a new home build from Toll Brothers. I waited over 18 months for the house to be finished and it was a complete mess once it was completed by Toll Brothers standards. Very poor quality workmanship from many of the trades they used. Almost seemed like DIY quality of work in many areas on a home over one million dollars. I sold that and took a loss to purchase a Pulte built home. The quality of Pulte is night and day difference compared to most builders that I saw in the local area. The work being done in these homes is actually being managed and the level of finish is very nice without me having to pick the home apart. Great first-time home building experience.

My husband and I bought our first home about a month ago with Pulte. We ended up buying a spec home that was ready for move-in within a month. Gigi our construction manager was amazing and worked diligently to complete all items on our list from our personal walk through and our private inspection list prior to closing. Overall we were very happy with the process of buying a Pulte home for our first home.

We love our new home. We have had a few minor issues, but everything has been felt with fast and efficient! Thank you for your amazing customer service team!!

Pulte made it easy to buy. The quality is good. The personnel are helpful. At the end the whole process left a good feeling with us

Lots of contact and support through the process of building. Whole Pulte team was very responsive to questions and concerns. Minor niggle is that the process of closing is very standardized and did not cope well with my somewhat non standard situation.

Overall, we are thrilled to be here. “The Marys” in the sales office were awesome. Construction delays were frustrating but understandable. Sean and Mike W from construction were great! We love the quality of the unit and any minor imperfections will be taken care of. The clubhouse and small gym are fine but it will be interesting to see if will be adequate as the community grows. We really wish there was a pool here but I suppose there would be negatives to having one. Our neighbors are all very nice.

Jose (Sales representative) is great. He explain things in detail and always available to answer any questions we had. Shaun ( construction manager) is very thorough and knowledgeable.

Great location in Rochester Hills. Great experience (very profesional) through the buying process. Love design and materials of my new home, but the layout and materials inside closet are not my favorite.

Our Salesperson, Karen has been wonderful!!! Any questions along the way have been answered in a very timely manner. She’s a ray of sunshine in this whole experience! Alex, our Project Manager addressed any building questions and concerns that came up. He’s very professional and made our building process less stressful. The build quality of the home is solid. There’s still construction going on around us, and honestly, when we’re inside the house we barely hear it… we’re so happy we chose to go with a Pulte home.

The house is beautiful inside and out with amazing Mountain Views and spectacular sunsets. Our construction manager and sales consultant were absolutely great to work with!! We are very happy and looking forward to building memories at Copperleaf!!!

I was fortunate and had some really good individuals working for my builder at the site where I purchased. The sales side was honestly very above-board at every step, I was fully aware of what I was getting and Pulte stuck to the spirit as well as the letter of their agreement. The builder managed to close on time and got around to all items on the blue tape checksheet, so no complaints there. All in all I was impressed with what I saw.

I had a great experience working with pulte. Things were done on time and I really love my home. My sales representative was awesome. Not enough words to express how wonderful she was. I will not hesitate to work with pulte again.

I am overall very satisfied with my home buying experience with Pulte. The sales agent was wonderful and the contractor was great throughout the home being built. The only issue I have is since the house has been built I have been trying to get some minor things resolved and it has taken a little longer than desired. Other than that everything is great with the purchase of my Pulte home. Great value for the size of home we purchased.

Satisfied first time home buyer, I didn’t know what I was doing at the time, Ryan who works in the on site Pulte Office helped and guided me through the entire process, updating me about almost everything I needed to know. Very convenient to get a hold of the team for any questions and concerns I had. Mortgage team did also a wonderful job, they helped me and did everything to get my loan approved in a timely manner, I just submitted all documents needed and they did all the works. It was an awesome experience.

Couple things didn’t work when I moved in but Jesus and his staff were quick to correct issues but I love my house

We had a wonderful experience when our realtor took us to see Lis Diamantes, that is, once we found it! I laugh now, looking back, because Carlos told us that our GPS wouldn't bring us in the right way and warned us not to take any dirt roads to get there. After several dead ends, ending in dirt roads and a couple of calls to Carlos we finally made it to the presentation center. I'm so glad we preservered because Carlos showed us a home we immediately fell in love with. He quoted us a price and then went on to list the incentives we would receive if we closed by the end of December 2022. He took us back to his office and started the paperwork. While signing the intent to buy contract a group of hot-air balloons flew over the subdivision providing us with an omen that we were where we were meant to be. Throughout the loan process, our realtor, Becky, and Carlos were very prompt in answering every question we asked. Being out of state during the final walk throughs it was nice to know that we had people we trusted to make sure everything was completed as promised. Kay was awesome and really made the buying experience a pleasure. Darren was very responsive during the final days pre and post closing.

We were very excited, somewhat nervous as we are from Canada, but when we arrived after closing we were so happy, the home is beautiful!

Allyson, John and Cody made this a great experience. I worked at a production home building company in the past and was already aware of the process, but Pulte surpassed my expectations. Everyone was very knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues.

Some quality control issues needed to be taken care of after the purchase. But, they are being addressed.

Pulte team from sales, construction and mortgage are easy to work with and very responsive.
