For me who loves to cook, the horsepower of the range hood is not enough.，Although the workers worked very hard, some corners could still be done better.

We've had 2 custom homes built in the past and Pulte provides a much closer "custom" experience than any other corporate builder we considered. We love the development (Anthem at Merrill Ranch) and the amenities are better than we had hoped for.

As a first time buyer we are happy with the service and experience so far.

After living the the same house for 56 years, this was my first experience buying a new house. Amy and Dylan made the experience easy and they were responsive to all questions no matter how inane as was everyone working for Pulte. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

I truly had a great time working with Pulte. From the initial walk in conversation with the sales team and with the follow-up conversations I was highly impressed and Pulte defined the term " Excellent ". I would highly recommend Pulte and if I could I would buy another home from Pulte!!!! I truly had a great experience with Pulte and all of their staff members!!!!!

The process and treatment from personal is awesome. Great example of Pulte pride and practice. A few finishing problems have notched my rating down a bit but otherwise Pulte’s reputation is still great with me.

Acquired a Mystique Plan home and have enjoyed the Pulte representatives. Unfortunately there have been numerous issues requiring inspections and plans to resolve. It appears that Pulte holds contractors to uphold the appropriate standards. All part of the new construction process, but the extent of problems should be less via Pulte’s final inspection.

The buying experience was easy and Molly and Nathan were great to work with.

We moved from the Shenandoah mountains to Richmond Hill, Ga. We miss the mountainous skyline, but we’re really enjoying our animal life congregating in the lagoon view right out the back door. Any issue we’ve had has been immediately addressed by the team that supported us through the whole building process.

We had very good communication with Maria, Todd and Kay that really helped address all issues during this process. They listened and took care of our concerns. I was very pleased with the way it all turned out

I’ve been meaning to write a review about Brian R., who showed me my unit during the walkthrough. He did a fabulous job with a detailed pre-closing walkthrough. Brian was incredibly patient and helpful every step of the way, especially as we stopped to ask many questions and took our time inspecting everything. I truly appreciate everything he has done for us and on behalf of Pulte. We met again for the celebration walk, and it wasn’t just those days—since my first visit, I’ve exchanged several emails with him, asking numerous questions. He always responded promptly and meticulously, addressing all of my concerns. The issues we’ve logged have been addressed accordingly as well. Chris was great with communication throughout the process and made himself available to assist post closing with any small items that came up.

Overall I was very happy to be able to work with pulte and recommend all our contacts to reconsider work with pulte but one concern I have is need to assign to adress any concerns in the office rather than we are chasing construction managers

The new home is great and we’re enjoying living here. That being said we have a number of issues with quality, poor craftsmanship and other deficiencies, including things being installed incorrectly, paid for items that weren’t installed, flooring needing correction and a leaky drain.

I was pleased that Pulte could accommodate the closing a few days earlier. They went through the whole process a few times with us, and were very accurate
