Great sales and construction team. Settlement team not very responsive to questions from my title company. Also they insisted we go to Trevose while others settled remotely.

I want to give a shout out to the Andrews in the team (sales and construction agents) , Crystal and Brian. I had such a wonderful experience with these Individuals. They truly cared for me during the whole process. This was an emotional and difficult time for me and they helped me so much every step of the way.

Aspen Ridge will be a nice community with a great location and access to various amenities. This is my second time building with Pulte and they have their processes nailed down.

My home buying experience was good I was able to do everything with Pulte from the mortgage to include even the insurance a one stop shop.

Home and materials good quality

Our home is gorgeous!!! We love it! There have been a few issues that need attention. Our smoke detectors have gone off numerous times, including this evening, for more than an hour for no reason. This needs to be addressed. When we have called Pulte Warrenty for issues with thegarbage disposal and the smoke alarms, help was set quickly. Everyone we have dealt with have been very professional and pleasant. One issue that needs to be addressed is the list of utilities of who we should call for service, it wasn't clear that FPL was electric only. We didn't know that gas came from another company. Please make a note that gas must be called working 72 hours also! However, the experience was pretty easy and Joselyn and Andi were great to deal with and airways responded in a timely manner. The overall home buying process itself was great. It was transparent and exciting as this was for our forever home. I’m just not pleased with the service order I had to put in. It’s been about 2-3 weeks, and I was in contact with someone named Josh, and I let him know the repairs still needed to be made. I have yet to hear back. This does not instill a great deal of trust in regards to home warranty issues.

This was a great experience as a first time home owner. Quality work and professionalism throughout the entire process would be the best way I would describe this process

Dealing with Pulte Homes was pleasurable and efficient. Everyone we've dealt with have been extremely helpful and easy to deal with. We love our new home as of now. We only rated the responsiveness to issues as a 3 because we've yet to have any issues so we wouldn't know how to rate them.

Working with Pulte for my first time buying a house was incredible. The communication was great. The construction manager was real professional and polite. He answered all my questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were satisfied.

Aside from a horrible experience with Pulte mortgage, the home itself and dealing with Mike and Heartwood was an absolute dream. He met us over at the new house several times, explained everything to us, walked through with us, and has been extremely responsive if I have needed anything since then. They definitely have the right man for the job over there after closing. I feel very confident and supported that if anything happens with the house, he will be there for us. Thank you Mike!!

Very pleased with our new home. The local sales team was exceptional as was Adam the construction manager. The project stayed on budget and the work was finished in a timely manner. Any post-move-in issues we had were minor and the Putle team was quick to set things right.

I was delighted with the entire experience start to finish.

Overall I am very satisfied with the whole process. From sales, financing, closing and quality, I have nothing negative to say. Never thought I would own such a nice home for my price range

Hampton was attentive and helpful to all of our issues. This was a completely different experience than we had building with dream finders three years prior.

While the purchasing process was quick there really were no issues or problems. Overall everything was good and went super smooth.

Overall very happy. Kitchen Cabinets should be Real Wood. And Closet Shelves should be Wood and very sturdy, Other than that Overall quality is pretty good. Had a few warranty issues. They were addressed, no problems there. I would recommend. Just inspect carefully what you are getting and make changes up front. 9/10 Review

Our Pulte representative and construction manager were amazing to work with. They were honest and very easy to work with. The availability of different layouts of homes was just enough and the selection for interior cabinets, hardware, flooring, tile, etc were a little overwhelming. Stick to a budget and they will help with that! It took o ly 6-7 months from start to finish! Great experience!

Susan was incredibly helpful during the buying process. She stayed in touch with me and explained step by step the entire homebuying process with Pulte and visited after I moved in. The house is lovely and we are thrilled with our home buying decision.

So far, we have had a great experience with our new Pulte home. The purchase process was straightforward and seamless. Since we purchased a quick move in home, we can’t speak for some of steps in the process but the sales process wasn’t overly complicated. Leading up to closing, we had multiple walkthroughs to check the quality of the build and learn the mechanical systems. We had a third party inspector inspect the house prior to closing and they found very few issues, even said it was one of the better new constructions they have seen. Sean (project manager) and Alex (customer support) have been quick and responsive taking care of any minor issues that have come up pre and post closing. While we cannot speak for the long term quality of the home, based on what we have experienced so far we are very pleased. ... More

Pulte team was knowledgeable, efficient, and provided a great product on time

My buying experience was good from start ti finish. Dylan, my sales agent kept me in the loop. My punch list was handed in in a timely manor.

The house (townhome) is great. Very happy with my decision to buy here. Sales experience, financing, & orientation by the general contractor were all positives. The only negative I've found in the two months I've been here is that communication with the customer service guy is lacking in contrast with the rest of my experience here. I'm currently waiting to hear back from him after having a plumber in to figure out why my drains are having noisy air boluses that seem to be related to an underground sewage pumping system. It's been 7 days since the plumber was here.

Frank has been excellent, friendly and helpful.
