The experience was good from start to finish,my Pm PRESTON KEPT US in the loop the entire process it made it EXCITING TO MOVE IN.

I made decision to buy this house even no time to visite till finished . But I think I made the a good decision.

Had a great experience with Jenee and Kyle. They are extremely supportive to our needs. As with any construction project there are too many uncontrollables and Kyle has meticulously managed them for us.

All questions were answered and addressed especially the final walk-through of the home. Loved the experience. Thank you!

From the sales experience, to working with the construction manager and now the customer care manager, all have been very responsive and great to work with.

Construction Manager Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went through every step of the house with me personally to make sure I understood every aspect of the home. Any questions at all were easily answered and very thorough. It is obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable in his area and been doing this for a while. That put my mind at ease and helped me to understand the quality that I was purchasing.

Overall it was really a great experience. Tim was very great to work with. He always addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to do so.

All Staff at sales are excellent. Very helpful. Especially Jill was my sales co-ordinator. She was amazing

We knew going in that the area we desired had higher housing costs, so the value is skewed. When adjusting for this, the value is there! From the first day, the folks from Pulte Port West were great. They expeditiously addressed any and all questions. From sales to the exterior build to the interior work and finishing, Tom, Rob, and Kayla were outstanding! We did have a few issues, but as noted, they were addressed to our satisfaction. We cannot of course speak for others, but with the cost of homes everywhere and the potential need for renovations at a high cost, building new became the primary avenue for us. Pulte Homes sales (Peggy) construction/ operations (Mark / Shea) outstanding commitment to excellence, professionalism, detail oriented and a positive customer experience. Where the company needs work is there design center , mortgage co and after purchase concierge service. Overall, Pulte builds a beautiful, well constructed home.

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful!

We had an excellent experience with Pulte. The quality of the building materials and the construction process were top-notch. Any issues we encountered were resolved promptly. Paul, our construction manager, was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He calmed any concerns we had. The only minor downside was the price of the home, which is higher due to Bidenomics.

Overall great . Pulte mortgage could have been better in communication that’s the only down side

The experience started with the sales agent Caroline. She was friendly, patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. We particularly liked that we could sit with her and get immediate feedback on the cost of each option we chose. Choosing the finishes in their display center was also a great experience. We could see and touch samples of all the options and again got immediate feedback on cost. During the build we had almost weekly updates on progress. We had opportunities to meet both construction managers. The final finishes were exactly what we had hoped. Derek was very helpful in the final walk thru and was very responsive. Overall they exceeded our expectations. The only thing to note is that the choice of finishes is somewhat limited but you have options from economy to high end. ... More

The house is great. Some roofing and carpentry repairs need to be made and some appliances don’t work. Pulte is good at coming out to see what’s wrong. The appliances are harder to get ahold of some to fix.

Good support from all team members, was only disappointed with mortgage team

We really want to thank Shaun, Derek, Marissa and the team for making the building of our first home a breeze. We had no idea about what the process would entail and the building process with Pulte was so straightforward that we knew exactly what each next step was. More importantly, we felt like we were in good hands every step of the way and the team was responsive to any concerns or questions we had even after closing.

Great people good quality home

As a remote buyer, it helped to have "eyes" and consistent progress updates from the site superintendent. Responsiveness to questions, concerns, or follow ups have been handled or are being handled by the team. A lot of things go into building a home and understand that usually at the mercy of several trades and people to make it come together. Perfection is the goal but not a reality usually but fixing things that should be done well and right is why you purchase things from certain companies or people. The Pulte Homes did a great job for us. The team was efficient and quick. I am very happy and satisfied with the services. Definitely, I will recommend others as well. If someone is searching for the best construction company for custom home building. Trust Pulte Homes. They were really very easy to work with.

The home buying process was very smooth and stress-free. We moved from out of state and the sales person kept us informed and sent pictures every step of the way. I’ve not had any issues, however, Pulte has been very proactive with everything and I am confident any issues would be handled quickly and professionally.

There were a few issues with the sales team. There was some confusion with incentive dollar amount and the give by Pulte homes and the interest rate given by Pulte mortgage. We were led to believe, that the interest rate along with incentive could get us a 3% mortgage rate through the VA. Apparently this was a typo and no forms of compensation was afforded to us. This was the only unprofessional act that we ensountered.

Everytime I contacted Chris with a concern or a question, he responded in a day or two.

The locks are not the best quality. They get stuck at times. Microwave door handle is defective. Overall it’s a good home and local Pulte staff were very good and helpful with issues as we moved through the building process. With a new build I’d recommend using a home inspector. Our inspection revealed several issues which were corrected prior to closing. (Wiring was hooked up incorrectly, hot water tank needed minor adjustments etc). After the inspection all things were corrected.
