This was our first home buying experience and we worried a lot. But, things changed when we get involved with Pulte Homes Anna. It was nice step by step process and got guidance from various Pulte teams. Even we were out of country for few months, we got prompt updates and progress. Overall, I recommend Pulte for new home buyers.

My wife loves the house

The experience leading up to the close out date was outstanding. The experience once we moved in with the electrical issues was not. Our Construction Manager handled the situation professionally and he had the contractors there right away. When someone moves into a new home there should not be circuit breakers tripping because of incorrect wiring. The electrical supervisor should have found these discrepancies before he/she notified the Construction Manger that they were complete. The start-up for the HVAC system also missed the fact the dampers were wired backwards. Your low voltage contractor (CPI) never completed their required tasks by not terminating the Cat 6 cabling jacks nor were we provided a certificate that the Cat 6 cabling met the minimum standards required for the installation and termination of a Cat 6 network. I corrected the wrong terminations and completed the terminations for the WAP connections that were not completed. Other electrical issues I repaired myself. I have just some minor issues to resolve but overall I am happy with coordinating with Pulte for the construction of our home, your sub-contractors however need a little bit of quality control to ensure negative items don't get repeated for other home owners. ... Our building manager Nick was truly amazing to work with. We literally came to the house every day and he put up with us in an extremely nice and kind manner. He answered every question we came up with and was also able to fix every issue that we noticed arise for the build. Highly recommend working with Nick if given the choice

2022 was not an easy year to build a new home, with shortages on material, trade labor availability, and the ever-looming interest rate increases. However, Ryan and Logan did a wonderful job of making us feel like there was some sense of control in an out of control environment. They were always responsive to any questions we had, explained everything in detail, and fought for us to hit the dates we needed for move-in. I appreciate Ryan and Logan greatly and they were a great representation of Pulte as a company.

I'm not sure what the expectations are for the sales people, but they were extremely slow or non-existent replying to queries while my house was being constructed. They were friendly, but not the best at communication. Eventually I was assigned a finish construction manager who was phenomenal. He should be the poster child for all Pulte interaction. During the process, your loan department was also very responsive and easy to work with . I have a friend who was trying to win my business, but he fell short. Pulte Mortgage just made it too simple and cost effective. The same can be said for my homeowners insurance. Finally, my post construction manager has also been great at following through. I've been impressed with the attention to detail and desire to make sure I'm 100% satisfied. Overall, I'd recommend Pulte to anyone. The baseboard had so many rough joints and most of them were not sanded after painted. Missing caulk line everywhere. Tiles are not level, and had over cuts under many door frames.

Everything went pretty smooth with purchasing a Pulte. home. Elaine and Adam are a pretty good team And I appreciate the way they helped us through this adventure

Julie in sales office and Nolan the construction manager are both great. Made our experience a pleasant one.

Our experience building a new home with Pulte has been nothing less than outstanding. Melissa, our sales representative, took lots of time explaining the process and helped us select options that would help our house become perfect for us. She also emailed us weekly updates with lots of photos (we were building from out of state). Andrew, our construction supervisor was super responsive to any questions and even saw things on our pre-closing inspection that we missed. That is attention to detail! It is a new home and I like it.

Overall buying experience was seamless from start to finish, thanks to the amazing sales agent -Keren, loan consultant - Trish and build manager Andrew. Loan approval process can get tricky as it requires hand-offs between several people. Nevertheless, the trust, transparency and willingness to step in and do the right thing definitely gets my appreciation.

The builder that I worked with was very responsive and took care of my concerns and issues in a timely manner. I had a very positive experience and love my new home.

The process was was seamless from viewing the property to closing. Zac was great with keeping me informed on the progress of my home. He was also very responsive to any questions or concerns I had.

I’m extremely happy with Jeff and Jim. They are knowledgeable and spot on with anything needed. Great attitudes and very helpful.

Our house is a comfortable layout, perfect for our family. Craftsmanship looks good and all items have been fixed as identified. Our biggest issue was the sewer pipe under our driveway was broke by someone before we moved in. Whoever broke the pipe said nothing and on the second day of us being in the home, sewage backed up into our first floor bathtub. There are certain quality checks and issues, like this example, that make it look like contractors were in a rush. Besides that relatively big issue, there are little items like the closets coming off their tracks that are again a lack of attention to detail. Any issues identified have been fixed timely but a few have required follow up. Additional quality checks and confirmation that work was completed appropriately by each contractor may help. Good experience as first-time home buyers. Felt very safe about asking lots of questions with it being our first experience and they were very communicative and helpful as we learned. We got what we expected so people were upfront and honest. It was relatively seamless process. We felt confident and comfortable from start to finish even given how big of a financial decision it was. Would recommend.

Once in home had multiple issues and repairs that needed to be addressed our warranty guy Phil was on to top of our concerns and issues and had them resolved in a timely manner.

Overall sales and project management was excellent. Pulte mortgage application process was relatively easy but settlement company was not prepared and missing documents. Overall experience was very positive but would like to have options to upgrade. The builder quality appliances and fixtures are very average. Flooring is nice but no upgrade options. Overall our expectations have accepted and yet appreciated the timely settlement.

My sales person Laurel was terrific, she never tired of all my questions, changes of mind and even helped me change homes when one became available. I haven’t seen her since the house closed, but I wanted to let her know how great she was. The home itself is beautiful, Chad and Joel were really helpful during the walk through and following up on any last minute fixes that needed to take place before the close. In fact they even stop by now that we have closed to make sure we don’t need anything else. We have submitted a couple of things to warranty and they are working through those requests now.
