All the representatives working for Pulte have been attentive, supportive, understanding and helpful. The overall experience with Pulte has been excellent. I do not repent in making my decision to go along with Pulte. Thank you for making this transition go as smooth as possible (even when moving across the country).

We love our new home in Turtle Creek!! From start to finish, CJ made the home buying process very easy. We had total trust and confidence in her!! During the building process and even after closing, Luke and Nick were very responsive to our questions and addressing any issues that may have come up.

Buying with Pultie Homes gave us the security of knowing our home was built well. The guarantees are the best in the industry and response to issues are timely. Everything went smooth from signing contract, walk through and closing

Weekly updates during build were excellent and included pictures. Found many issues after move in but are being addressed as needed.

The workmanship in some areas was not very good . I had a door that was dented at the top. In one bath there was some grout missing on the floor. Can see drywall tape Through the paint. Paint not cleaned up on the floor. Woodfloor has some chips in it and was never cleaned up thoroughly With contractors scuff marks I find very difficult still to remove. Crack in a bathroom cabinet. The kitchen sink has residue.I cannot get off. Customer service has been responsive. And will address issues hopefully. Other than That the condo is beautiful. Also I really love How they keep up clean streets due to construction debris. Shows me they really take care of stuff and take pride In the Maintenance Of the grounds. Having the opportunuty to purchase a home can truely be exciting and sometimes daunting, Pulte has managed to make this an easier and more pleasant experience.

Very professional experience throughout the entire process. Our construction manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs and all inquiries.

Pulte builds a quality home. If anything does go wrong they are responsive to fix the issue.

The buying process was smooth. The sales team went above and beyond to earn my business. Because of the nature of my job, I would arrive just before the closing hour and Jim would not complain but would answer all my questions and walk me through some homes being built to help me understand the floor plans, despite the freezing winter cold. Pulte mortgage was a good experience. Uploading documents was easy. I wish they have a means to monitor their interest rates to better inform home buyers the best time to lock-in their rates. Quality of the home is good. I would rate it as 4/5 because it can’t be perfect. Nothing major, just minor defects. Some were corrected quickly, but the response from Pulte warranty for defects noticed within first 30 days was at snail speed. ... More

Our sales agent Andrea was great and our construction foreman Mark is THE BEST however our closing was a nightmare. The Tittle Co. was clueless. Closing kept getting pushed back bc of inaccurate paperwork! There is very little support offered once homeowners move in. For instance, learning how to program community gate, garage ect. There isn’t a lot of support by HOA.

We had a wonderful experience working with our Pulte team. Our sales manager Terry was a wealth of knowledge about the home we were interested in. Once we were under contract our construction managers Sonny and Matt were phenomenal at keeping us informed about our build. We were over 700 miles away throughout the entire process and were fully confident in our team to complete our home efficiently and with great craftsmanship. They definitely did not disappoint!

Very easy buying experience with PULTE.

Overall I think the turned out as expected with only a couple of minor issues which were easily and quickly corrected. There is one change I would suggest. I paid extra for the Energy Package Upgrade 2 which included insulation for the exterior garage walls as well as an insulated garage door. I wanted to have the garage ceiling insulated as well but was told this was not an option. Insulating the garage ceiling should be part of the package to properly insulate the garage. The insulation company is already here. Now if I want that done I have to find someone to do it and it will probably cost more than it would have to have it done during the construction process ... Pulte was very easy to work with and understanding of my changing closing date. We needed to sell our current home as part of a corporate relocation and Pulte was flexible with us on the closing date. The pre closing celebration and inspection all went great. Overall, they build a really nice home with many great features. The only thing I would like to see improved is the fine detail with trim work and paint. Some areas were a little sloppy considering its new construction and we paid a premium price.

Overall buying process, House were good and fully satisfied. However, professional workmanship was missing (I am not that demanding person). Painting, Wood work finishing, Concrete finishing were too much rough. Home appliance installation was amatuer ability. I already made a lot of service request ticket in a month. Some cabinet parts are still missing although construction manager promised to set up asap when I closed document. Fortunately, Ms.Nicole in customer care center was really helpful to solve all the issues.

We bought the house while still living in a different state. Pulte did a nice job of communicating with us and bridging the gap between us. We had a third-party inspection done and Pulte quickly addressed any issues we had. It was a very positive experience for us.

Overall great experience from Ed, our sales rep (as well as July in Aurora who didn't get the sale but helped direct us to the right home and neighborhood), Jeremy, our construction manager, Allyson at the design center and others.. Everything was finished on time (actually a few days early to meet closing on our new home) and work was as expected.

A serious builder that you can trust; has a good overall homebuying experience, good quality of workmanship & materials, and value for the price paid; good responsiveness to issues.

We have built seven homes in seven states therefore I feel Qualified to comment. You should know Pulte design centers do not offer the same options in all parts of the country and some of the options may seem a little pricey but if you go in with a budget and an open mind Allyson will meet expectations. We used and would recommend Pulte title services and Judy who will keep you informed every step of the way. All builders have minor issues. Pulte service and follow up addresses issues in a seamless process and my requests have been handled to my satisfaction by Dawn and Kayla. Pulte is unique among builders in that as part of the warranty they will perform an 11 month follow up from move in to insure complete satisfaction. Based on previous building experiences, I must give the Pulte Cleveland Region very high marks due to the quality of building materials and dedicated employees who seek to meet or exceed my expectations. ... Overall we are satisfied with our home but after living in it for a couple of months, we noticed some flaws with the finishes. Specifically, the paint on the doors and trim was not done completely and there are several nailheads sticking up that were just painted over when they should have been nailset and filled before painting. We have pointed this out to Pulte Customer Care representative Amy. So far they have not sent subs in to correct this. Also, there was a hail storm that happened before we closed that damaged our neighbor’s roofs . We asked Pulte to come out and inspect our roof to see if we also sustained any damage but so far no one has come by to do the inspection. ... More
