Great place, well thought design

Had a great experience with the sales, mortgage, loan process and the different phases. Would like the same experience and timely manner after you close and find issues that need to be corrected. The first issue was resolved quickly but after that it takes weeks for resolution. Still waiting on one to get fixed. I would recommend Pulte to other folks because of pluses I mentioned above.

The purchase and design appointment went so smoothly. The building process was great! I was told that it would be a 6 to 9 month process and my home was done in 6 months! I would highly recommend Pulte Homes.

The whole team was amazing, start to finish, especially LaShay. She was exemplary and was one of the TOP REASONS we purchased the house. If it weren't for LaShay, I don't know that we would have purchased the house.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with our Pulte Home build. Our construction manager, Gilbert walked us through each step of the process and ensured that we had visibility into everything that was going on. Any mistakes that contractors made were quickly corrected.

Pulte builds a solid, well laid out home with lots of add-on features to customize it to your needs and wants. Their homes are designed to be open and airy with lots of large windows for natural lighting.

The entire home buying process was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. Though I felt it was a little bit pricier than I wanted to spend the home is our dream home. The builder was great, he responded to any questions, requests and concerns I might have had. What I would tell any home buyer is Pulte is a builder you can trust!

Rosanne, I wanted to share some great news with you. The electrician came by yesterday and did an outstanding job. The switches to the lanai light were covered by sheet rock, but he expertly exposed the box and installed new switches, making the lanai light fully operable. We genuinely appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and ensuring it was resolved efficiently. The craftsmanship on the home was excellent. The landscaping was very good. But...the trash was everywhere and blew into our yard daily from new construction across the street for weeks! Food rappers, coffee cups, junk. Very unsanitary. Disgusting. Sloppy workers

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Sales representative was very knowledgeable & informative, not just during the initial sales but throughout the construction period. The site manager was also well informed and responsive. We are now working with the warranty representative & he too is very responsive and very helpful. I feel Pulte really cares about the customers and they built us a really beautiful home. We retired and this is our forever home and we look forward to many happy years in it.

I just bought a Pulte townhome and I’m loving it! The house is beautiful. A few minor issues with the doors but they have always very responsive and quick to fix anything I needed. I did have to ask for a few things that should have been automatic, like the key fob for the pool, mail key, and ring door camera (which was installed with no instructions and the doorbell on it doesn’t work). But overall very happy!

We are very happy with our decision to purchase a condominium here at Martins Landing. The entire experience from the sales representatives to the construction group to the customer service care group has been great. Like any other large construction projects, there were some minor issues that needed to be addressed. The responsiveness to resolve these issues was excellent. We look forward to many years of happiness here.

The Pulte home designs are very spacious, comfortable and good to living.

From day one of stepping into the sales office, Ryan was amazing to work with. Hugely knowledgeable about everything regarding the homes, professional and just a kind human. Any time, I asked, text or emailed a question he was quick to reply. He is a huge asset to Pulte he made the home buying process easy and enjoyable. Also, Chris the construction manager on site was extremely helpful during the process. He also was great at responding to texts and emails.

Issues during construction were addressed professionally and in a timely fashion. Construction and handover were in time.

The 1st time home buyer process was extremely fun because of the sales office members were some of the greatest people to get in touch with and the construction managers were also amazing. We are enjoying our home and are glad to meet skilled professionals.

I appreciate your response to my questions during the process. This has been a very emotional time for me in my life. This process has been nothing but smooth and professional.

Our overall experience was excellent. We want to sincerely thank all the teams involved in helping us build our dream home. Ashlea was wonderful. Brian was a delight! After reading some bad online reviews for Pulte, we were very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend them. We were out of towners while our home was being built. Andrea, our sales consultant, at the community was quick to answer any questions we had. Zac who handled our loan was quick and effficient. Ryan our construction manager was quick to give us updates on our home and resolved any items that we noticed that needed to be corrected. Eleanor at the title company was awesome to work with as well. Everything was very smooth. We did not use their home owners insurance as I found better and less expensive coverage elsewhere, but they were quick to offer a quote at least. ... More

A couple of suggestions for future builds. The door to the water closet in the master bath should open OUT, not in. It would have been nice for the home to have some basic window blinds and lights/fans as Lennar has done. Those are things that are needed immediately at move in and added around $4000 to our cost.
