Kevin was always responsive in answering questions and dealing with any issues with the buildout. We are enjoying the house and the local area.

Sales team is amazing, construction manager is responsive, however expect issues with your home when you move in. For example, two months after closing, our building still does not have any internet lines running to it.

When we had 1st time walk through one the cabinet of living room kitchen was broken. They told me to replace it but not replaced yet more than 2 months

Overall experience was good. Have issues with vendors Pulte partners/subcontracts with. Guardian services is poor at best.

Home is wonderful so far. Pulte is very thorough in orientation and review of home. They have a. Complex title process and the closing day took 2 hours- because we messed up a page on one of the signatures and dated a couple places backwards. I would recommend either putting date in so that is not required on 40 or 50 signature spots. Maybe just have the couple pages that require notary signature to have date hand done. The other option is to allow initials to verify a change- this is done often with multiple signature documents.

We recently purchased and closed in on our home at Sawgrass. The entire process from identifying the lot, applying, bidding, signing purchase agreement to design options and changes during the process was straightforward and helpful sales staff made it easy. Lori as our sales consultant was great throughout. The time from signing purchase agreement to closing, did go very smoothly and they were able to meet the timeline promised. Closing process transition was also straightforward and overall no issues. Overall great experience , hence we are repeat buyers. This time closing was a bit of hassle due to system/ people lapses but rectified. Seasonal items took lot of time and with no/ less intimation of timelines. Some basic things like sod for lawn in backyard, latest appliances is a must for the price paid for the home- which was a disappointment. We had this is our previous home which was 25% lower in price

Fist time purchasing a new build. Experience was great. Love the service and communication.

Our builder did an excellent job in making our new home befitting, the only issue I have is they didn't use the right brick that we picked and the sales rep didn't upgrade our door handle as discussed with the builder, but overall,I had a good experience.

Fixing problems does not happen quickly.

This was our first new construction and overall, it went very smoothly. Our construction manager, Sarah, and quality manager, Angel, were great -- very responsive and highly professional in caring for our home every step of the way. Wish we'd had the opportunity to create a little more customization in the build, however; ended up doing some thing that would have been a lot more efficient and inexpensive had we been able to choose them in the design phase, Quality of materials is good. Biggest complaint is the landscaping -- scruffy plantings and pine straw for ground cover look horribly cheap and hardly a good compliment to the overall home. Planning to tear it out as soon as the HOA will allow. Would have been better to give us an allowance or closing credit and choose our own plantings. ... More

Been in home approx 1 month and week. I didn't notice this on the walk thru, but there are some areas now where I can see the tape in the ceiling and even some small cracks.

Overall it was a great experience during the entire process.

People say don't buy a new home in todays' market. Buy old if anything and renovate...new homes today are more expensive than ever before, and they are not built with the same quality, materials, workmanship, and integrity that they were years ago. I am here to say, while all of that holds a fractional amount of truth, Pulte really did their best in trying to uphold those values. We are happy with our final product - our new home. Today they incorporate more energy efficient and "green" aspects into building and for that we are thankful. I think certain aspects in new homes today are built even better then yesteryear. The main thing I want to say here is that many people worked their tails off in building our new home and above anything we appreciate those people. Exceptional quality of home building. I fully trust Pulte. The construction manager Eric was awesome. He resolved each and every small problem I reported.

Tom and Haley made the experience of building a new Home exciting . I took this adventure on by myself, which is some cases companies would take advantage of that situation. However, Pulte treated me with respect and walked me through each step. When I could not get to the house while it was under construction, Haley and Tom took the time to send me pictures and updates. I feel they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Pulte homes and their team!

We looked at another builder first. However our customer experience with that builder wasn’t good. We heard good things about Pulte which is what made us turn to Pulte. Pulte didn’t disappoint. The buying experience was quick and easy. Each step in the buying process was guided by a group of professionals that were so helpful and responsive to any question we had. They seemed happy to do business with us. The quality of service was exceptional and we got a lovely home.
