The most important things, like structure, etc. were great. Quality of the most important things were great. Considering the cost of the house, the quality of the woodwork and the installation was not as good as I expected. Also the closets had wire shelves. Considering the cost of the house, getting wire shelves was not acceptable. The installation of the yard could have been a lot better. There are rocks, holes, etc in the yard. I'm going to have to rework a lot of the yard on my own. But like I said, the most important things were great.

We had a good experience buying the home from Pulte but for us we had a situation selling our other home. The day when everything was good to go, we had to pick up the house keys on our own and the office was about to close. We thought we'd see someone greet us but nothing. Going through the walk through, Make sure you go through it thoroughly. Don't rush. For me now I see all the flaws in some areas in the house. Feels like they were rushing. Thank you to Jon who was keeping us posted on the house.

All the Pulte employees I have encountered have been top notch. From sales to construction supervision to customer service, they have responsive, diligent and willing to go the extra mile. I had a frustrating experience with appliances and their installation. The lack of preparation and communication were driving forces. I would recommend that Pulte offer appliance packages and installation in the future.

We had a great project manager even after closing he addressed issues caused by a contractor after closing which we appreciate. We were a little upset to find out the pond isn't stocked with fish…. Even tho the sales people told us we could fish in the pond. This was a main reason we bought on a pond. That is why the trustworthiness rating was lower. I don't feel like sales has all the facts. For the most part the build quality was pretty good there were some minor things missed that of course we noticed after close, such a walls were not re pached well around window corrections and a piece missing from stair moulding. I will say some floor plan issues like doors going in vs out in the laundry room makes for a frustrating fit. These would be minor issues. Cleaning before moving in could have been better there was alot of drywall on the baseboards and I wouldnt say it was “clean” per sat like they said. I do wish our neighborhood had a park and/or pool like other Pulte neighborhoods. But we do love the smaller neighborhood vibe and close to trails. Pulte also has decent yard size as well and great buyer incentives which us the main reason we purchased as the price of the home and rate could not be beat with a pre existing home. We feel very fortunate to have been able to build a home in Magnolia Ranch. The value of what we received with all the extras included is unmatched to other neighborhoods around here. Specifically the hurricane impact windows, the tile roof, the paved driveway and patio, screened patio all included as the standard! We were very pleased with the care that went into our home. Our project manager Dan was great! Maguire was lovely to work with during the buying progress. AJ continues to be helpful with the warranty process.

The construction quality is excellent, and the design options allowed me to personalize my home exactly how I wanted. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my new home and would highly recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a seamless home buying experience.

Finding myself in a situation at almost 80 years old Buying a new home certainly nothing I expected. Employees made it so much easier kudos to Travis and Justin. I couldn’t have done it without you guys. They both helped me every step of the way responded almost immediately to any concerns that I had.

We had been looking near Northbrook Il but were disapointed with quality and quantity available. With Pulte Homes we found just what we were looking for and at a great price! Dylan and his crew did a great job and I have never seen so many smiling happy workers. A sure sign they are being treated well.

The overall process was great went without a hitch. Communication throughout very helpful.

The Pulte home I purchased has fit our family needs well and works really good for us. For minor issues we have had, Pulte has quickly resolved them.

We came in to the purchase after a previous buyer backed out. So, there was not much back and forth with Pulte. However, the buying process went smoothly and they accommodated our schedule to help with financing and relocating.

The construction manager Rob was outstanding. He continues to be even to this day. The rest of the team ( closing team) was not very helpful. The did not communicate well with phone, text or email. The guy who actually met us at closing was great. He did a wonderful job. The newest member of the sales team is very helpful and the male in the office has been very helpful through out the entire process. If I did not mention someone they did were did the least in selling or being helpful. Everything was always someone else job and they didn’t do anything to problem solve by contacting to person in Pulte who they say were responsible or follow up with the information. When I followed up with Pulte often it was information readily available or should have been known. Since closing the newest team member has answered every question or gotten back with an answer within minutes. Overall a good experience. ... More

Although I was nervous after reading so many horror stories about Pulte and pretty much all national builders, I am quite pleased with how everything turned out. There was a big issue uncovered during the pre-drywall orientation meeting (a major missed structural option), but to Pulte's credit they did not try to fight me on it and rectified the problem at considerable expense to them, essentially rebuilding the roof from scratch. This delayed the process by about a month, but I still ended up closing towards the beginning of the best-case scenario timeline they gave me when signing the contract. There are some minor little things that I should have caught prior to closing (slightly crooked outlets and some tiny dings here and there), but so far I haven't had any significant issues and am happy with my home. My only complaint is that there is very little noise dampening from the outside meaning I frequently hear howling winds. If I'm ever in a position where I'm looking for a new home, I would consider Pulte again. My understanding is that the quality varies wildly by area depending on the crews that work on the homes, and I believe my construction manager, Matt, was honest and did his best to ensure a well-built house. ...
