From start to finish, and even after closing, the experience has been great. The people involved have been professional and have minimized the stress. I would recommend Pulte to anyone in the market for a new home, and in the future I could see us buying another Pulte home.

The Pulte home I purchased has fit our family needs well and works really good for us. For minor issues we have had, Pulte has quickly resolved them.

We came in to the purchase after a previous buyer backed out. So, there was not much back and forth with Pulte. However, the buying process went smoothly and they accommodated our schedule to help with financing and relocating.

The construction manager Rob was outstanding. He continues to be even to this day. The rest of the team ( closing team) was not very helpful. The did not communicate well with phone, text or email. The guy who actually met us at closing was great. He did a wonderful job. The newest member of the sales team is very helpful and the male in the office has been very helpful through out the entire process. If I did not mention someone they did were did the least in selling or being helpful. Everything was always someone else job and they didn’t do anything to problem solve by contacting to person in Pulte who they say were responsible or follow up with the information. When I followed up with Pulte often it was information readily available or should have been known. Although I was nervous after reading so many horror stories about Pulte and pretty much all national builders, I am quite pleased with how everything turned out. There was a big issue uncovered during the pre-drywall orientation meeting (a major missed structural option), but to Pulte's credit they did not try to fight me on it and rectified the problem at considerable expense to them, essentially rebuilding the roof from scratch. This delayed the process by about a month, but I still ended up closing towards the beginning of the best-case scenario timeline they gave me when signing the contract. There are some minor little things that I should have caught prior to closing (slightly crooked outlets and some tiny dings here and there), but so far I haven't had any significant issues and am happy with my home. My only complaint is that there is very little noise dampening from the outside meaning I frequently hear howling winds. If I'm ever in a position where I'm looking for a new home, I would consider Pulte again. My understanding is that the quality varies wildly by area depending on the crews that work on the homes, and I believe my construction manager, Matt, was honest and did his best to ensure a well-built house. ... Pulte group from sales to after sale was a great experience. They are very fast to respond to any issue we have had.

This was my first time building a home - the entire experience was wonderful and went very smoothly! The Pulte team I worked with - CJ, Luke, Adam and Nick kept me informed throughout the entire building process and made the experience much easier than I had anticipated. I am very happy with my new home, the quality, and service.

Our Contractor Cody and agent, Nadia were great during the home buying process.

The agent - Parisa was excellent. She replied right away when we had issues. Even though she couldn’t do it she tried her best. The builder was also good but the sub contractor wasn’t good enough especially the tile job and brick a little disappointed. But we satisfied with insulation and teamwork.

We purchased this home for our daughter and her family. The buying experience was spectacular. The on;y issue we have thus far is that the GFI in the laundry room pops when she starts her washer. We plugged the washer into an extension cord then plugged the extention cord into an outlet in the hall and it works fine. I made a warranty request weeks ago and have not heard form anybody to date.

Overall great experience. Our sales guy was amazing. He knew our budget and helped us use it according to our preferences. Our construction manager was also top-notch. He had great attention to detail and took the time to make sure we were happy. Our experience at closing with the lender was great too.

My construction manager in particular made this experience a breeze so far. Our inspector said he’s never seen such a well built new build. Not all have the same experience in this neighborhood but Zach really stepped it up. He’s been extremely responsive and a “yes” man!

Pulte divided the home building process into about 3-4 phases and communicated at the beginning about these different phases and called us in at each phase to the home site or office and answered the questions that we had, also guiding as to the paperwork that is needed, sending us updates and pictures throughout the construction, it was a straightforward process!

Have not moved in yet so I can’t answer

I really enjoyed working with Kristina and Zach. The price is a bit higher but that comes with the quality. Only real issue I had was with the lack of driveway space, even with the driveway upgrade, it is not much room due to how close the houses are built next to each other.

I had an excellent experience overall with Sales team. While the project started later than we wanted the construction process picked up schedule quickly. The site was always clean and subcontractors looked professional and organized which is a good sign. Pulte is highly efficient..keeping their costs our costs as buyers down. Entire experience very process driven, buyer centric in my opinion.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of construction and finishing. Regarding the documentary part, everything happened according to our expectations. The engineer responsible for the work (Mr. Omar) was extremely attentive and kind, assisting us with all our demands.

The buying experience was good, some of the building issues could have been resolved before we moved in or purchased the house!

The staff that worked with during the process were helpful and very professional. We did experience delays in actually getting to move in. It was a long wait but in the end well worth it. Happy to be getting settled in a beautiful new home and community.

From meeting with Reuben(sales rep) Jessica(design rep), Travis & Glen(construction managers) it’s been totally positive experience for me. Nice that I had the opportunity to upgrade appliance pkg,countertops,add cabinets to laundry room,pick out tile & flooring. Construction managers gave me updates on schedule during building process.

The building time on my house was great!
