This was my first time building a home - the entire experience was wonderful and went very smoothly! The Pulte team I worked with - CJ, Luke, Adam and Nick kept me informed throughout the entire building process and made the experience much easier than I had anticipated. I am very happy with my new home, the quality, and service.

Our Contractor Cody and agent, Nadia were great during the home buying process.

The agent - Parisa was excellent. She replied right away when we had issues. Even though she couldn’t do it she tried her best. The builder was also good but the sub contractor wasn’t good enough especially the tile job and brick a little disappointed. But we satisfied with insulation and teamwork.

We purchased this home for our daughter and her family. The buying experience was spectacular. The on;y issue we have thus far is that the GFI in the laundry room pops when she starts her washer. We plugged the washer into an extension cord then plugged the extention cord into an outlet in the hall and it works fine. I made a warranty request weeks ago and have not heard form anybody to date.

Overall great experience. Our sales guy was amazing. He knew our budget and helped us use it according to our preferences. Our construction manager was also top-notch. He had great attention to detail and took the time to make sure we were happy. Our experience at closing with the lender was great too.

My construction manager in particular made this experience a breeze so far. Our inspector said he’s never seen such a well built new build. Not all have the same experience in this neighborhood but Zach really stepped it up. He’s been extremely responsive and a “yes” man!

Pulte divided the home building process into about 3-4 phases and communicated at the beginning about these different phases and called us in at each phase to the home site or office and answered the questions that we had, also guiding as to the paperwork that is needed, sending us updates and pictures throughout the construction, it was a straightforward process!

Have not moved in yet so I can’t answer

I really enjoyed working with Kristina and Zach. The price is a bit higher but that comes with the quality. Only real issue I had was with the lack of driveway space, even with the driveway upgrade, it is not much room due to how close the houses are built next to each other.

I had an excellent experience overall with Sales team. While the project started later than we wanted the construction process picked up schedule quickly. The site was always clean and subcontractors looked professional and organized which is a good sign. Pulte is highly efficient..keeping their costs our costs as buyers down. Entire experience very process driven, buyer centric in my opinion.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of construction and finishing. Regarding the documentary part, everything happened according to our expectations. The engineer responsible for the work (Mr. Omar) was extremely attentive and kind, assisting us with all our demands.

The buying experience was good, some of the building issues could have been resolved before we moved in or purchased the house!

The staff that worked with during the process were helpful and very professional. We did experience delays in actually getting to move in. It was a long wait but in the end well worth it. Happy to be getting settled in a beautiful new home and community.

From meeting with Reuben(sales rep) Jessica(design rep), Travis & Glen(construction managers) it’s been totally positive experience for me. Nice that I had the opportunity to upgrade appliance pkg,countertops,add cabinets to laundry room,pick out tile & flooring. Construction managers gave me updates on schedule during building process.

The building time on my house was great!

Buying a home is be a headache, but Bobbette and Mimi quickly settled my nerves and guided me through the process. They were professional, friendly and very knowledgable. 100 STARS for these young women. Danica, Bobbi and Mercedes at Pulte Mortgage put the icing on the cake. While my initial experience with Pulte Mortgage left a very very bitter taste in my mouth, these three professional women made all the difference and turned a very unpleasant experience into one of the most pleasant home buying experiences EVER!!! Kildeer Crossing is an awesome community in greater Chicago area. Proximity to great stores is making is one of the prime locations. I am highly impressed with Construction Manager Mr Garrison .. who takes pride in his work and navigate us with all the process in timely and humble manner. I would highly recommend Kildeer Crossings for new construction in Chicagoland.

Pulte was on top of everything during the financial process. When i called for info or questions my call was returned within 24 hrs. Excellent experience.

I had a home built before and was a little worried how Pulte would do honestly. I felt they did a great job overall and our Construction Manager Rob was very attentive to fix what was needed before and after our closing.
