We love our villa in Avanti, Madison, our sales consultant was great, and so was Andrew, the contract manager, we are finally home! I would steer away from Pulte Mortgage though, had the worst experience with them, and had to look for another lender in a rush to get the purchase going, it all worked out at the end!

From the outset, Pulte just felt different than other home builders. Our sales associate Eric was super attentive to questions and made us feel comfortable with our decision. The construction manager Tyler is beyond amazing. He’s very responsive and gets things done. We utilized Pulte Mortgage for our loan which was somewhat difficult, but in the end worked out just fine. Now in the home about 45 days and everything has been great. Just like any new home build, there are little things here and there, but very satisfied with the workmanship.

Great team who make the whole process effortless and easy, but given the fact that this was a very especial moment as we were buying our very first home i just expected a little more warmth and excitement from the PGP Title team, i understand that this is a daily routine for them, but they should also understand that buying a new home is a very especial mile stole in many people's lives and they should at least put on a happy face during the closing.

Good experience with many options to choose from and home completed on time. Materials and fit good with few minor defects that were addressed. Overall a good experience and we are happy with our home.

We had a fabulous experience from the day we signed to closing. Realtor, sales agents, construction manager always kept us in the loop and was always available to answer any question. Never once did we doubt this process or purchase of our new well built home.

The overall process from beginning had gone very well. The entire resposes to our each & every question pretty well & accurate. The officer during the inspections notes every point we mention to be corrected in the house and tries to clear out before closing. The closing process too is very quick and I like my home. I love our new home. We had one minor issue that was taken care of very quickly. Everything is great honestly. The only thing I’m not a fan of is our flooring. The quality is not that good. It was stained before we moved in. I was told I can wash it of easily. It’s not true. Also it doesn’t feel or look nice. I guess we will change that as we have an opportunity.

Everyone was very helpful through the purchasing process. Very attentive and courteous.

Wonderful and overall best home builder

From start to finish, everyone ..from our sales contact Harper to our construction contact Ron were very attentive to our needs. We chose a ready home. We had the opportunity to take multiple walks and Ron made every effort to follow up on everything that we felt needed to be addressed prior to closing. Also post move , they are very quick to address any warranty issues you find. I definitely would recommend Pulte Homes @ the Aurora Highlands area for anyone wanting to buy a new home

Overall, the buyer / build experience was better than expected. However, one's self should realize that you're the buyer, you're the one that will be living in the home and you're the one who will have to deal with outcome, therefore and ultimately, it is 50% my responsibility to maintain attention to detail, call a spade a spade and hold a firm footing if something doesn't look right, smell right, sound right, etc. As long as I was willing to hold my own self, personally accountable, to a degree, that if things did not turn out to my satisfaction AFTER I had tried every and all angles of tact, negotiation, conversation, discussion, and downright plain and simple communication, then at the end of the day I can honestly say that Pulte was competent and made for a pleasurable build experience. Yes, there were times of frustration and times where I felt running up against 'red tape', however, you need to keep the big picture in mind and prioritize, and view the lens from both sides. What are you willing to compromise on? Is the juice worth the squeeze. There are some wins, and there are some not quite but almost. Bottom line, I was anticipating needing to bring a dog to the fight for the entire build process, but in reality it simply took composure, patience, tact, meaningful conversation & discussion, and common sense professionalism to find mutual grounds of understanding and/or decisions leaning to my desired outcome. Last but not least, shout out to Cody, our onsite project manager. Truly believe his passionate personality, composure and professionalism too, played a crucial role in the human-interaction section of the pie chart metric for our particular overall experience. ... From the start to finish the people from Pulte worked with us, kept us informed of the progress and were very responsive to all our questions.

I trust the pulte name. the homes I watched them built from the ground up and I was satisfied with their ability to stay on track with their projected timeline for completion.

I originally thought I wanted a single family home until I walked in the Abbyville model at Hillcrest. The salesperson (Kay) provided the right amount of information and was always available for follow-up questions with a down to earth comfortable approach. The construction team (Chad and Ben) took the time to walk me through the features of my home and were willing to respond to issues found in my new home orientation and inspection. Kay, Chad and Ben were great to work with and represent Pulte very well! The only reason I gave a neutral rating for workmanship and materials is that I have only been living in the home for 4 days (moved in on 1/22)and have not had enough time to assess and/or work with Pulte Customer Service. ... Just a few words to express my experience in dealing with Pulte. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever dealt with in purchasing a home. It was very quick and easy with no red tape to cut through. Celestine was with us through the whole process and she was a pleasure to work with. JC was amazing in taking care of all the details for us and making sure our home was delivered in perfect condition. We cannot be happier with our decision in picking Pulte for our home. Pulte has a great team with Celestine and JC.
